Charged me for a "lifetime free alignment" that I've already paid for. False reports of issues during inspection. I'm not sure if this is a company of dishonesty and taking advantage of people but I would never recommend anyone go there. During inspection they didn't even check oil just to show how little interest this company has for your vehicle. 0/10 recommend and I will never be a customer here again.

Mike at Firestone was fantastic. He was in constant contact with me regarding the multiple issues with my truck, and got me back on the road extremely quickly. Highly recommend.!

Unfortunately I had an appointment for the 12th at 5pm for a couple new tires. So I show up and somehow, my tires (incredibly the last 2) got sold to someone else earlier that day. Mistakes happen...but that's not very professional.Fortunately my most recent visit has redeemed them. And I greatly appreciate the service provided.

Not happy at all. They take 4 hours to change set of tires and do alignment. Clearly i can see the alignnent is not right. The wheels bounce. Asked them just to place to tires in back and the slammed them in so hard that it forced my barrier down wedged...real jerks here. Do not trust them. I have an appointment but i think i will skip and take it to a more reputable shop closer to me to get second opinion on the tires and alignment. The only reason i bought tires here this time is because the manager complained that i only came to his store for the lifetime alignment which i bought from another store. At that time i was spending more time in daytona than in st. Augustine. I really should have gone to port orange as they have better manners and faster service. This Daytona rates the same as the places surrounding it. .poor attitudeNo respect for peoples time.

Went there twice to fix the Tire Pressure Sensor. Paid more than $400 and workers couldn t fix the sensor. Light is still on.

Don't go there. They are lazy and do a poor job. I went to repair a brake caliper and hose for a total of 450$ and I have a rattle in the front since then. I found out that they didn't even screw the hose mount back when they did the job. Now I live in canada 1500 miles from there and have to pay to get it fixed. Go somewhere else. I have amended my review, as I said I would.The air conditioning repair I initially went for is now fully resolved. I have no complaints here, as the technician who did my work was outstanding, and the location went above and beyond to make things right regarding the initial snafu.When all was said and done, the slight marring to customer service buffed right out and I feel things are solid with the customer experience at this location.My sole gripe as things now stand is that the corporate stranglehold on shop policies with Firestone leave them the least accommodating of the three primary regional giants: Monro, Pep Boys & Firestone.In the service bay, a technician is a technician. They have good and bad days, but they all work hard. What they are allowed to do for customers, though, is defined by the grip on their blue collars. The looser, the more magical the resolution most times.Firestone very much inspires doubt and concern when the proposition of requesting specific brand products and parts prompts immediate rejection. Is this a matter of quibbling over markups, or suspicious familiarity with liability issues? You decide.I will say a competent wrench can twist any oil filter the consumer prefers just the same. And let you decide whether you, or a shop knows better regarding which grade or brand goes on or in your vehicle.This location can do what you need, most likely. And the quality will be there. If you're less hands-on than I, they'll be more than sufficient for you.

Very nice people but the over charging of services is insane. You can go to a local shop and do everything needed for your car for literally half of what they're asking for parts and labor.

Good service. Online appointment. Courteous staff. Oil change and tire rotation. They recommended air filter as it was dirty. On time and not too busy when I went on a Tuesday morning. Lots of service bays. Appear to have all of the proper capabilities in a serve center.

It is conveniently located right inside the mall parking lot so you can walk over there while you are waiting. I would strongly recommend ordering your tires online, schedule an appointment and call to verify that the tires that you ordered actually came in before you head over there.

The manager, Doug Romeo inflated the cost to repair my tire from $30.00 on the phone to $45 when I got there. It was an obvious bias either because he saw my new Range Rover and got greedy or for some other reason! If for no other reason don t trust these people regarding pricing as managers can becomes managers by increasing the revenue of a location and it may be linked to overcharging customers! Personalities were very stale also, as if you owed them something! Be aware! I DON T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Took my Fusion in for Lifetime Wheel Alignment check up. Service was great and car was done approximately 40 minutes from our scheduled appointment. Want to give a kudos out to Keith. Very professional and took time to point things out that were important pertaining to my vehicle. I will definitely go back to this site again.Thanks

If you need anything beyond the most basic of repairs I would recommend going somewhere else. 4 out of the 5 times I ve been there they ve told me they can t do the work, the mechanic I go to afterwards can never understand why. I d go to a shop that knows how to repair a car all the way.

I will be back this Friday to purchase new tires for my Toyota Corolla.Dough or Doug (I'm not sure how he spells it) took good care of me & they did good work on my drum brakes.They also replaced both of my front tie rods, swapped the front tires with the rear tires & did an alignment.Doug told & showed me on their safety check paperwork that one was a 2 (I assume out of 10) the other was a 4, & two were six, so hints to why I will be replacing those two this Friday that are a 2 & a 4.I checked the number 2 tire to verify once I arrived home & it is definitely time for replacement.I swore that I had just replaced my Michelin tires not that long ago but I have been going through so much & driving more than I remember that I honestly forgot that I had already put these set of four tires on last year so it is definitely time for the two.I trust the work that they do & I appreciate & respect the recommendations when a manager or technician is telling me what needs to be done on my car.Thank you.

Kindness is everything!We re a family from the Netherlands and we rented a car at Hertz. On our way from Orlando to St. Augustine, the car started making weird bonking noices and after that we went to Hertz at the airport to hear that they didn t have a new car, but we could try to get it fixed at Firestone.When we arrived there they needed to get approval from Hertz so we went to the beach with an Uber. When we got back at 6pm we ve got the message that they just had the approval, but they couldn t repair it today, because they didn t had the part to fix it today so we needed to stay in a hotel. But NO WAY, we wanted to go back to our vacation home!So service manager Mike Turchon called the Hertz airport office and explained that we needed a new car TODAY! When we got the yes, Mike took my dad and my boyfriend to the airport to get us a new car. We ve got the new car and went on our way back to Orlando.Via this way I want to thank Mike and his very, very nice colleague (I didn t ask your name, I m sorry!) for your kindness and your service.
