What happened to me was not fair. My mini was leaking oil..I brought it there 3 TIMES and paid over $2K and it s STILL leaking oil. I obviously paid for labor and parts I didn t need..moreover..Instead of making me a priority each time I brought it back, my car would sit outside for over a week before they even looked at it, each time I would call they would tell me that they hadn t had time to put it on the lift yet.,They had my car there for several weeks or more in total, with no resolution. I m tired of spending my time and money for nothing.

Do not take your car here. Brought my Bentley in several times to get the top fixed and after even having the Bentley Dealership tell David what was wrong with the top it still did not go up and down consistently. Asked David to contact me for at least a partial refund of close to $3272.35. I did not get a response. Just looked at his website and to add insult to injury two pictures of my car (Dark Blue Bentley) that he could not fix are on his website without my permission. TAKE THE PICTURES OF MY CAR OFF YOUR WEBSITE NOW! You claim to fix Bentleys and did not fix mine then use it to make your business look good. Really? Just an additional example of the way he does business. PS: I know it is my car for sure. Heads up, he also reported issues to Carfax. Nice guy right? Beware the same does not happen to you. Run. There are other reviews that seem to reflect other dissatisfied people. So I am not some crazy person making up things. I just wish I never would have give him the opportunity to service my car.

Everyone hates going to the mechanic, but if you have to go to one, go here. This place has been nothing but great. Honest...upfront...and sticks to his word. David was 100 percent transparent and upfront about everything. Great shop!

We were traveling and in a bind with a convertible BMW stuck down. Euro Tech Performance displayed thorough knowledge of my automobile and superior customer service and had us on the road in no time despite the fact he was very busy. A++. A true blessing!!! Thanks so much!

Took my F82 M4 to Dave to install a new differential and a new carbon hood and couldn't have been happier with the job. Daves extensive knowledge and reputation not only in the BMW community but the German car community as a whole makes him my forever go to man when it comes to any work needed on my F82. His wife Estacia and Son Gabrielle are wonderful people and I had an amazing time getting to know not only him but them as well! The other technician Zach is also very knowledgeable with German cars and aided Dave in my differential/hood install. All in all Dave, Estacia, Gabrielle and Zach are a great group of people and Daves shop performs even greater work. They are now like a second family to me and I'm a customer for life!

I can t enough good things about David and his team. I was towed of I95 in an early 911 a few years ago with what turned out to be a faulty alternator. David and his guys diagnosed it properly and quickly. Sourced the part, made the repair and charged a fair price. I was on a 1000 mile trip with car and with their help, I made it just fine. Dave has ALWAYS been my GO TO BMW EXPERT!!!! Unfortunately, he now resides in Florida... I can call him with ANY questions prior to having my car serviced to be sure i am being treated fairly by the shops here in NC...Dave has ALSO walked me through (over the phone) doing SEVERAL repairs on my own, like coil pack, spark plug, and valve cover gasket replacement.... He is hands down the most knowledgeable BMW EXPERT i have ever used!!! Professional, knowledgeable, meticulous, and a true EXPERT IN HIS CRAFT!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We drove a little over 400 miles from Alabama to take our X5 to Dave at Euro Tech Performance. He met and exceeded all expectations. He looked over everything told us what absolutely had to be done, what could wait, etc. If we lived closer I would absolutely take it to him for any and everything that needed to be done. I can say if any major work ever needs doing again I would not hesitate to send it to him once again. I trust his word. He is an honest man and gives it to you straight. Great service and great prices.

I have brought my car to many places to get it serviced and install modifications. So far, Dave and his team are the best I have came across. They have provided the most professional and knowledgeable service I have ever gotten. Everything is very transparent. I had to drop my engine to repair a damaged wastegate in my turbos due to improper installation by the previous car shop. Every step that Dave and his team did, he took photos and sent them to me to help me understand what was wrong and where was wrong. I cannot thank Dave and his team for taking care of my car at his shop. He does honest work and if you are looking to get your BMW up and running right, he is the best to take to. So far he has installed Precision Raceworks upgraded coil packs, turbo repair, engine diagnostics, vacuum line replacement and many more. I can assure you that he is the best in town. I wholeheartedly recommend Euro Tech Performance as they went above and beyond to service my BMW 335i, and go out of their way to earn a new customer's business for life.I brought my car here after my other mechanic down the street kept giving me problems with scheduling and needing to leave the car all day to check one tiny thing. Not David and Euro Tech. I was able to coordinate over the phone with Kenny a next available appointment slot first thing the next business day for my car to be looked at for no charge.David's tech Anthony was able to diagnose my car's tensioner and pulley system malfunctioning and even showed and let me listen to the problem myself as he was working so I could trust that it was indeed broken. No other service shop has ever extended such service!! From there, they diagnosed that I would need a new tensioner kit, and David (The Owner) was able to negotiate with the previous shop who had performed the work a warranty replacement part free of charge to me, and I only had to cover the labor. The shop ended up ordering the wrong part and David and his team had stopped everything they were doing for me to be able to bring my car in and have it fixed. Because the wrong part was ordered and it was only discovered after they had begun repairing my car, they unfortunately wasted an hour of labor on the other shops mix up but still faithfully pledged to do it right and order the correct part. Today I was able to meet the crew again and they performed the work masterfully and my car is running better than ever thanks to the shop crews keen eye and awareness.David ended up not charging me for the hour of labor lost, and the final price for his time and effort was well beyond what I deserved. I was able to wait in his air conditioned office and finish school work with the provided free wifi and the whole experience was nothing but a god send in an area full of shady "repair" places. I will be a customer for life and plan to only trust David and his crew to repair my BMW 335i in the future. God Bless and thank you!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

While driving back to Colorado from Florida our car started shaking and sputtering on I95. Luckily we were close to Daytona and pulled off the highway. We found Dave on google and called him knowing there was a slim chance he'd be able to help us such last minute. He met us at the EuroTech Shop right after 9:00 and we were back on the road by noon. The process was quick, entirely transparent, and Dave and his staff were accommodating and professional. 15/10, would recommend.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Got my 2016 Audi a3 serviced there. Highly recommend. Very honest and knowledgeable. Best prices around too. David Dominguez knows his stuff. Kenny was great also. Veteran owned and operated !!! Will definitely return. God bless all who read this in Jesus name.

Only thing that was correctly fixed on my car was the ac blower motor.After having my car fir months and all my parts were paid for upfront.I was rushed to get my car New Years Eve and none of the things that were supposed to be fixed were.Car is now @ another performance shop fixing everything Dave and his staff lied about doing.He used apoxy on a fuel sensor and my car left his shop leaking fuelCalled him and left several messages and no reply.Very shady shop in Holly HillThanks Dave for making me spend 2500 more dollars to get my car running and tuned correctlyServices: Electrical repair, Air conditioning

Dave and his team are the most knowledgeable and professional people I have known and worked with. Their devotion to European automotive and enthusiasts of such is unparalleled to anyone I have ever met. Not only are they bmw guru s, but Dave has also been very compassionate and genuinely cares about every person he has come in contact with through life. There is no doubt in my mind that they are the best in the area for all of your needs.

The people at this shop were some on the nicest and most reasonable people I've dealt with. I just needed an oil change but I needed it immediately and they were able to get me in asap on a busy day to help me out! They even found several issues that a different local shop had caused and were able to fix those for a good price! I've been looking for a euro shop for my bmw for a while and I finally found my place at ETP!

When I made the call for adam to tune my Sprinter ,I thought I would get no as a response-When he said yes to give it a try as my sprinter was in a limp mode after a well known dealer worked on it & totaly screwed it up with one fix after another for over 3 months & not accomplishing the job of making it run better-Long story short -Adam came through & it runs great -I can't praise the shop enuff -nice people ,good work -Thanks again Adam & the crew top Grade ..........ChasService: Auto engine diagnostic

Guys here were great! Took their time to make sure everything was done right! TJ and Dave explained everything and made sure to go over my Bimmer with a fine tooth comb. Cannot recommend these dudes enough!

Euro Tech Performance did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with my car quickly and also adding some additional modifications to it as well. The communication was quick and very informative and overall very fair prices as well.

Well, I guess no one wanted to work today or overslept. I wasted my time and came here for an oil change at 9am on Monday, and was there about 15 min early. 845a, no one, 855a, no one, and then finally at 905a, still no one. Anyways, thanks for wasting my time today, guys. I'll find somewhere else to go.
