It sad when you make sure to do everything before going in for service so you can come out in timely manner and they fail to provide the service what you are expecting on a timely Time is money some of us have to get to work and the service dept take there time to service there customers unbelievable we don t have to wait . But they expect there payment in full and time of check out really we should deduct The time that we re waiting to get a loaner especially when you process that prior to entering the service department sad serviceService: General repairs & maintenance

You know how they say the dealer will charge you way more, well they do here. Took my car in for a diagnostic, took 3 days, needed a motor mount. I took it away from Holman, paid the exorbitant $299 diagnostic fee. They literally treat you just like a number, under the guise that only they somehow know how to handle BMWs. Somehow I was smart enough to take it from here and took it to BTG Automotive in Miramar. My estimate from Holman was $3400, BTG did the same service for $1500. Take my advice, support a local independent professional mechanic like BTG, you can't go wrong and you will get faster service and save a lot of money.Service: Auto maintenance
