3/19/2024 - Had a situation with my battery. Needed to know the lifecycle of it. Andre was a tremendous help. He tested the battery twice and confirmed I needed a new one. He also educated me on threats to battery life, like an alternator issue. After he replaced my battery, he offered to test and confirm the health of my starter and alternator. Thankfully, they re good. Andre s customer service, approachability, and professionalism is top notch. After hearing he d only been with O for three months, I felt the need to write this review because some of this stuff you can t teach. Great all around experience.

This store has everything; however, the behind the counter staff is very rude and angry. Every time I have gone in there, they are screaming and cussing at each other. The old British guy is the nastiest. I asked a simple question today I order to find something, and one of the guys he was yelling at snapped at me. They need to get rid of the staff of angry old men and hire new staff. I'm over 60, and these guys are an embarrassment to senior citizens like me. I'll still shop there because they have everything, but I'll just go in, not ask questions and leave.

Ariel, Store Manager amazing employee! He installed my windshield wipers in a stormy day and was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend shopping at the O'Reilly store in Davie.

Had the best , most efficient , trustworthy and pleasant experience one could have with a car that wouldn t start . I came in, they tested my battery , determined it was dead and replaced in less than 30 minutes . Ariel , who replaced the battery, was so professional , kind , friendly and fast. I highly recommend this O Reilly location . It was an absolute pleasure .

Ariel was the best!! Didn't know where to put power steering fluid and to make sure he came out and helped me and got completely filthy because I had spilled oil!! Excellent service highly recommend

I went to buy a wiper blade from my car, the guy (Argentinian) was there told me it was good and can help me to installing, but never did, just walked away, then I asked the supervisor in the store, and she told me, can not help me, because she was busy ( but she was not busy) and did know how to do it, the service was awful, this employees the Argentinian guy and her supervisor Lays are the worst people to work in a place like this, I wish the get some training in customer service.Horrible service, I will never come back to buy anything in this company, lack of service.

I ve been going to this location for quite a while, even since before it was an Oreilly s, and up until today I ve had nothing but good experiences. Today when I walked in there were four employees there with one helping another customer. Two of the other employees refused to help even though they weren t doing anything at the time. After standing around waiting for one employee who was actually working, I got pissed and left. It seems like the entire staff turned over recently, too. I don t know what s going on with them, but I won t be back to find out.

My car is on the edge of a new year model, and these guys helped me find an oil filter - you wouldn't think that would be that hard but for an Audi A6 with the last year they made the 3L with a supercharger, it is a serious challenge for me whenever I try. other places couldn't help - I was literally looking at the screen with the staff at two other stores asking them to check other nearby year models and their electronic system was ineffective for me. These guys knew exactly what questions to ask to get the right filter.

I ordered a seat belt Extender B4 X mas & to be pick up on 12/27/22 when I arrived around 10:00 Am I show the receipt to sale person at the cash register he when to the back to see if the part was there as he came back with the product I was very disappointed to see that the order was wrong I point out that I ordered seven inch seat belt Extender, not a 3 inch seat belt extender the sale person kept looking at the receipt and scratching his head & was looking at me like I was stupid and I didn t appreciate that made no attempt to correct the problem. He just kept staring at me. In closing I rate one star because of that the customer service when flying out the window management should revamp their personnel in ordering process also their associates that s is all

LANDAN should not be working for O Reilly! He has no patience, horrible customer service & the most rude person I ve ever had to deal with at this store. He was unwilling to help me from the moment I walked in. I believe he s RACIST! Because he was eager to help another man who was of another race no problem. But he kept fidgeting & acting like he s so impatient & getting slick with me. When I finally spoke up for myself he walked off on me & disappeared to the back. I officially hate this store & I will never return!!

Went and bought a battery, I had to get to a meeting 50 miles away my fault I asked the guy behind the counter to make sure it was the right size. Completely wrong wouldn't fit in the hole had to take time off and go back and get the right one

Disappointing. I took a $5.00 coupon into the store only to find it was 15 days expired. "Gimmicks" The paper filter wasent a bargain. At least I got the last one they had in stock. The parts specialist was fine. He was knowlegable, Experianced, friendly and happy with his OReilly employment which I was glad to hear. I have mixed feelings about yet another consolidation. Hope he benifits last a while, Corporate America is a double edged sword,, I don't trust.

I had the Privilege of dealing with Dariel who I believe might be the manager of the store, the Service he gave me was Above & Beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend that you pick this store over it's competitors.

Ive been going to this location for years, even before the new ownership. Their re stocking is great. Customer service is great, i always go in to see my man dan!. Everyone is always a help.

My local autoparts store. People are friendly and they have a large inventory. They do have a large selection of unique tools that you can't find at home depot.
