Recently took my vehicle to Local Auto Repair for the first time for a rear main oil seal replacement. I was instantly impressed by the clean and professional look of the mechanics and the shop. Everyone extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they did a great job. They didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done sooner than I expected (it s a big job to change that seal) Very happy with the experience. I would highly recommend this shop.

This place is a true gem. Jessica is the Nice woman that answers the phone and is very helpful and informative. Noel is an amazing mechanic and for the work he does could charge a lot more but is very fair with the prices. I had a lot of issues with my car took it to a shop in Hollywood and after still having problems I found this place through A friend who recommended Local Auto Repair , and I m so glad that I found this place they fixed everything that the other place couldn t and charged me way less than if I would ve went to another repair shop. I highly highly highly recommend them.

If you're searching for a trustworthy, honest, and highly-skilled professional auto repair shop, then you absolutely must visit Noel and his crew. I cannot recommend him enough. Noel is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and he was able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle within minutes and fixed it up in no time. Despite being busy and without an appointment, he still took the time to help me out. And when I asked him how much I owed him, he refused to take any payment. It's rare to find such exceptional service these days. He has earned my business for life, and I'll be telling all of my family and friends to go to him. Don't hesitate - go see Noel and his crew.

From start to finish you will receive amazing customer service. Noel addressed my concerns and more. He went above and beyond in taking care of my car. I felt comfortable and at ease that he was being honest and straightforward with what needed to be done. Great service, from the moment you make an appointment, how well Noel explained what was required, promptly updates and fast service. I got kind of a major breaks work and they finished the job the same day. Prices are reasonable. I ll definitely coming back and recommending them.

Honest service at a good price. I took my college student s car to Local Auto for service before we drive it home for the summer (~1200 miles). They provided a thorough inspection along with the scheduled service. I highly recommend Local Auto!

Noel, Jessica, Mario and the entire team at Local Auto Repair are fantastic. It is nice to experience that in this era where it sometimes seems customer service has dwindled, Local Auto Repair still maintains a high level of customer service. This is the "go to" place for auto issues in Broward.

100% would recommend coming here. Conveniently located, and extremely friendly and professional. Brought my car in with major but unknown issues and Noel quickly figured out and fixed the problem. If you need any work done on your vehicle DEFINITELY come here. They have a 5 star rating for a reason.

I found this shop on google and decided to give them a try since they had lots of good reviews. I went in on a Tuesday morning and after diagnosis, I was informed that I needed to have my shutters replaced & air conditioning/evaporator repaired and I also requested for an oil change, tire rotation, and a cabin air filter replacement. The price for both parts and labor was fair. Also, for months despite there being washer fluid in my vehicle, the washer fluid warning light always stayed on but Noel was able to do a quick fix and get that warning light turned off which he didn t charge me for tuning off that light which was great. Noel also helped by working with my insurance company and getting a repair claim, there was a small hiccup when picking up my vehicle where I had to wait in their lobby for over an over waiting on my insurance company to pay the shop, Noel was very accommodating and even gave me a discount for waiting so long. All in all, my car took two days to complete, the front desk staff and Noel were friendly and will take great care of you and your vehicle. I recommend Local Auto Repair.

Unfortunately couldn't do any repairs (vehicle too rusted). $140 for the "diagnostic". Will be happy to do business with them in the future. Front desk is great. Very friendly and efficient. Noel (owner) does a great follow-up.

Local Auto has been flawlessly maintaining my 2008 Trailblazer for several years now. The owner, Noel, is excellent at diagnosing mechanical issues and making sure that they get fixed right the first time. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

About month ago I had a issue with my car over heating and I went to some mechanic near my job. My car was fixed for a week or two. Only tho the second time my coolant was leaking. I went to Local Auto Repair. Chang out the parts that were replaced by the last mechanic. And made sure it was put in properly also with better quality. Communicated throughout the process and in 24 hours I got my car back. Other mechanic took 5 days. It shows how timely and professional they are.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great work. Went in with a pretty bad transmission leak, turns out my car was worse than i expected most my components rusted out. Which explained why it just seemed as though i was leaking everywhere. I had just bought the car so im guessing the owner never drove it or took any care of it. Either way Noelle did great work and stayed within a budget that worked perfectly for me and kept my car alive and running as well as finding other issues thats aren't completely urgent but ill be back here for sure. Jessica at the front desk is also great her and Noelle do great work keeping you updated regularly and quickly.Highly recommend this place for any in or near the area.

Our neighbor uses this mechanic and recommended them. They were super nice and professional.I called about my car and the woman in the phone said that they were very busy tomorrow, but wait, is it your daily driver? I said yes She said well in that case we can get you in first thing tomorrow morning How cool! And I was just a stranger calling, I hadn t even told her our neighbors recommended them.We dropped off the Honda at 8am the next day, the diagnosed that it was the starter, and had it fixed by 1:30pm!Thank you Local!

My first visit, but I will definitely be back. I was pressed for time, and they got me in and out within my time frame.Also, the tech set my Oil Life indicator back on 100%; many techs do not know how to do that with Honda HRVs.

Noel and his staff at Local Auto repair are very honest kind and reliable. I had several wear and tear items that needed replaced. Noel sent pictures and explained in detail the recommendations. I am so grateful that I spotted many recommendations in a local Cooper City Facebook group for Local Auto that recommended Noel.I have a huge road trip in a few days, and of course my car is acting up. I took it originally to All Tune & Lube on Pines. They kept my car HOURS, charged me for work that did NOTHING to fix my problem, told me to get a tune up for A GRAND even though I literally just had one done last month and I know now completely misdiagnosed my problem and attempted to completely overcharge me. When I paid the bill for their needless work and then pointed out in the parking lot the problem was no where near fixed, they tried to charge me thousands more-totally making it up as they talked to me.I turned to my group of neighbors and thankfully found countless praises for Local Auto, and now so also can t say enough good things!! He quoted me $150 for something optional someone else had quoted me $600 for so I was deferring it. AND he immediately knew the real problem messing up my car and honestly hustled to get it fixed in time for me same-day, even patiently waiting for me rushing yo get there to pick it up after they closed.My car is now SO good!! WOW!!!!!There are some incompetent jerks out there that will look you right in the eye and be super shameless about taking money for problems they fabricate. But there are also really honest, competent folks like Noel at Local Auto that have great work ethic and integrity. I can t rave enough!!!Thank you so much to those that took the time to recommend Noel. I m writing to do the same to pay it forward to others. Noel dealt with me for almost a whole week trying to accommodate my crazy work schedule. I finally got permission to go to work late and he promised to have me in and out so I wouldn't be insanely late to work. And he delivered. The guys did my oil change as soon as I got there and in less time than anticipated. They were friendly, professional and so nice. This is definitely where I will continue to go for my car services now AND their prices are so much more affordable than these big name shops. Thank you so much!!!Service: Oil change
