I m sure the work will turn out just fine when it s all said & done. But if you value your time don t bring it here, all I ve heard from this place is excuses excuses excuses never results empty promises or never a gurantee because they don t want to do the work. Going on 4 months they have been holding on to this damn car & it s just never ending. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Worse place to go to and definitely do not recommend. Years ago these crooks hijacked my car, preventing my car insurance to pick up me vehicle and instead they racked up on over 3k in storage fees. I'm not surprised they're still in business because they've been getting away with their shading dealings especially with the city's contracted towing company. I would recommend finding another shop. There are tons of local small business who are way more reliable, honest and loyal to their customers. If you decide to still go here, good luck. P.s. I had to get cops involved on-site I order for them to release my car to my insurance. This all happened during covid and they very well took advantage of car insurances not being able to be onsite to deal directly with the shops.

I saw some imperfection with my 2013 civic here 10 years ago, the door was still messed up a little the window crack and glass damage badly repaired, and I never said anything cause it was leased, payed the fees and returned it and didn t sell it.

UPDATE: Never heard back from the owner. On a positive note I received a notification today 4/11/23 that my original review has been viewed over 500 times which means I have hopefully saved a lot of potential customers from getting scammed!WARNING!!!!! We referred one of our loyal clients to this shop after the owner "Billy" drove by and introduced himself and offered his services. If you are looking for a reputable shop to complete repair work, DO NOT hire these guys... after endless excuses as to why the work couldn't be done accurately, we ended up having to pay out of pocket to get the vehicle fixed at a reputable shop. He charged $7k cash for repair work and we had to pay an additional $5,300 to get the work fixed and his response was "wow they charged a lot". To add insult to injury, his employee curbed the customers Bentley rim and acted as if it was us, luckily, we took photos of the vehicle before it left the shop and when we brought it to "Billy's" attention we were told that we had to bring it to "his guy". We quickly realized that the owner subcontracts workers to come do the repair work and does not have staff that is knowledgeable to handle repairs on exotic vehicles. I am not going to go into detail as to what hack job was done, bottom line is a door should be able to open without rubbing against the fender and pieces shouldn't go missing when you return the vehicle. We have given Billy several opportunities to rectify the situation over the past 2 months and advised him that we would need to warn others about his unprofessionalism should he ignore the situation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs.

Unlike the other reviews which were probably written by competing body shops, my review is real. Impressive Auto Body is the best Auto repair shop in South Florida. This guys are a class act and know how to provide the white glove service your car needs to get back on the road. I strongly recommend using Impressive Auto Body. I had 2 accidents in 1 year and both times took my car to Impressive. They were courteous, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Even 4 months after they I had work done on my car I was able to fix a scuffed bumper at impressive and they did the work for free! Honestly I was pleasantly surprised how accommodating they were. And it's not just the management that was so courteous, it was literally every employee I encountered. If you had an accident go to Impressive Auto Body. I promise you will be happy you did.

I took my car an truck there for body work and paint, very happy with the results on how the car came out. I took my truck there to get the bumper repaired and paint was matched to the whole truck. The paint blended with no problem. Got my car back in a timely matter and truck was in for a few days. The office staff are very people friendly. No headaches ,respectful. I would recommend to friends and family anytime.Service: Painting

The company's owner is never on the premise, their staff consists of an Indian receptionist and an old man who is ultimately the only person working on vehicles. My cars interior was covered in paint/dust, and they tried their hardest to not to total the car and to repair it for their benefit. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worse enemy, I'm not sure how they pay their rent every month. This place is a junk yard with bottom of the barrel staff and work ethics. DON'T GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE.

I don't understand the complaints. A good friend of mine a well known attorney who is extremely picky suggested i take my car there. I have probably the worst insurance company on the planet but the shop manager himself made sure I had everything I needed to get the check signed over and even towed my car in for free so they could start working why I fought for the money. Most shops will say show me the money I'll show you a fixed car. I haven't gotten my car back yet but I know when I do from the way they've treated me if I did have an issue they would do more then resolve it ignore the negative posts its people wanting the world because they got in an accident and realizing you just get fixed what you break. To the owner you have some quality people running your shop

The personnel at this shop is in over their heads. My mother's car went in Nov. 20, 2019. Their initial Estimated repair complete date was Dec 10 2019. As of today it is Dec 27, we still have not received the vehicle back with completed and correct repairs. Everyone at the shop is quick to provide all the excuses and reasons why the car is not complete. However after 15 days past the ETA return date any reason is unacceptable to the customer. Be aware that for most of the repairs needed they hire a secondary shop two doors down from them to complete the repairs. They have no established protocol with insurance company adjusters making the process slow and painful. The person that takes the calls is defensive and rude and sincerely this doesn't solve the problem that I am now without a car and my mother is not able to go to work.

The staff AWESOME, these people are so friendly they had my car from the day of the accident, called me to let me know what was going on, handled all the insurance stuff, who could ask for more. They even sent pics to my phone because I forgot to take them. Man they are the bomb. They took the time to make sure my car was fixed correctly. I called again this morning had to make a few adjustments and the young lady that answered the phone is so polite, sweet, and kind she was like Felicia just bring it in. She even remembered my name now that speaks volume. I recommend Impressive to any and everyone, man forget the rest and come to the best body shop.

Had my car back and forth for two months due to a serious accident. Twice I had to come back because my car was not completely fixed. First time my blind spot detectors were not working and second time the front bumper started dripping. The back bumper is now dripping and I'm not going back. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, they will literally insult you if you give them push back on their incompetence. Only reason I went here is because Westway insisted that they were the best. They must have a deal worked out. This is probably the worst collision center around. Please spare yourself from this place.

Just got my car back from Impressive and I couldn't be happier. Everything was fixed like new, on time and without any surprises other than the fact that they actually cleaned up a few dents and dings that were on the car that we're not even part of this job. The manager, Louis, is a stand up guy who went above and beyond. If your car gets banged up be sure to ask for Louis. I think the fact that I had him involved from the beginning helped everything go as well as it did. Highly recommend.

Great family owned business! Brought my car in on a Tuesday to replace a fender, received the keys back Thursday to a perfect new fender and a great job. Very good communication, highly recommended!

This is absolutely the worst auto body shop I have been to. PERIOD. First, I was neglected for a good five minute. Second they refused to give a repair estimate. They were telling me that if I am shopping around and compare different shops they are not going to give an estimate. Third, they trashed talk their competitors. They directed me to their competitor across the park lot and said his competitor needed my low paying repair jobs. I will advise anyone not to do any business with this body shop.

Would not recommend to do your repairs here. I was involved in a vehicle accident brought my car here. They stated they would fight to get you OEM parts vs if you take to the insurance company repair facility they would place after market parts on your vehicle. Well they replaced still by whatever the insurance company wanted to pay for which were aftermarket parts. When I got the car back 3 months later it started giving me problem after problem. Took the vehicle to the dealer where they told me the hose replaced for the radiator were leaking the relay fan was improperly placed. Screws not placed properly or missing. They state they guarantee their work but after hearing from the dealer the poor work done to the car not worth bringing back here for the work.

Awesome service they took care of me in every step even when my insurance (geico) gave them the run around I m. In so glad I chose them over geico auto body shop cause they would have given me a patch work which would not have held up in the months to come. THANK YOU IMPRESSIVE ! ignore the other review fake d...kheads. I m a legit customer! And got the receipts to prove it.

STAY CLEAR!!!! My husband went to this body shop because of an accident. They recommended a lawyer that doesn't care about body damage and car sat for months! Then they decide to call the financing company to say the car was abandoned when they clearly knew what the circumstances were. My husband is filing a lawsuit but I wanted to make sure everyone knew the type of people they are.

What an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly, My car was delivered on the expended date. They made sure I had transportation to my rental. Best of all, my car was like new when I picked it up. Great company with a great staff.

I recently had my 2013 Hyundai Sonata repaired at Impressive Auto Body, and the word "Impressive" says it all.They did such a great job!!!I definitely recommend this place.

Did not completely fix my car!! Left bolts loose on my car & didnt fix, advised me to take somewhere else. Roller arms were loose on one end and other was not tightened to specifications. After they had already been paid to fix everything. I am soooo disappointed, I trusted them.

They are awesome! Very professional and couldn't of asked for a better job. I took my car in for my mom and when I picked it up, was cleaned and looked like new. Highly recommend.

Billy and his team couldn't of treated me any better then any body shop in Florida they do great work and very flaws very kind worker's and right to the point and in a timeless matter i highly recommend Billy and his son Anthony and his wonderful worker's are all very kind so the next time you need to have body work give them a try you won't be disappointed, I'd like to thank you for all you have done Billy and Anthony and your team keep up the good work you guys are great Thank you So very much to impressive auto I give them 5 Stars

I ran over a tire on 95 & cracked my husbands bumper. They fixed it like nothing amhappened. Also had some work done as a surprise for my husband, Anthony kept everything from my husband. He really loves his car now.

I took my car to this body shop twice and they fixed my car well. Also, the manager Louis is very helpful and he was very kind to my family and I. He was always available to speak to me and made sure I left with my car nice and clean.

This place is the best!! They are really genuine, good, hardworking people that make sure you re taking care of. They work with you and make sure everything is done right and I am so grateful that they took care of me so well. You will not regret working with them!!

Trustworthy, honest and they do great work with quick turn around times. They fixed multiple cars of mine over the years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
