I had gone to large dealership mechanics in the past and I was never sure who was working on my car and felt unnecessary procedures were being added. Maybe it was just because there wasn t great communication.Regardless, I had zero of these experiences while working with Mike and his team. From the beginning, they were straightforward, knowledgeable, and had open lines of communication. On top of this, my job was completed efficiently and I was able to get my vehicle back on the same day.Things like offering to ride in the vehicle together to troubleshoot and sending a photo of a side issue with things to look out for and recommended timelines for correction were so appreciated.This is the place you want to go if you have a problem with your vehicle. Unfortunately I hadn't been doing so earlier.-John

10/10 would recommend. I am more than satisfied with my experience with Mike at Exclusive Motors after needing to have the engine mounts replaced on my Honda Accord. My wife & I shopped around the area and encountered places that were not willing to take the time to check out the car, while others were misdiagnosing and adding to the problem, elevating the work and cost overall. Mike assured me that replacing the mounts alone would more than likely resolve all the symptoms and sure enough my car feels absolutely amazing with the work he & the team did. I ve never written a review for any company or business before and have always been skeptical of reviews when reading them in the past due to a fear of being misled. But I can genuinely say that I felt Mike was honest and upfront from the beginning which is what most consumers desire when it comes to needing help with their vehicles. I m grateful I found this place down the street from home and can feel confident going forward with any work my cars may need.

I would say that these guys are absolute gems in auto repair business in Davie. I had some scary clatter coming from my front wheels when I turned so I was looking for a mechanic that could take care of it fast. I drove up to every place on the Reese road and the 84 highway near Carmax. Everywhere people would say that I needed an appointment. But Mike took care of it the same day. We replaced the axle and lower control arms. Then another day my starter died and again the Mike s team took care of it in the next 6 hours. Would totally recommend them!

10/10 would recommend Mike to any family, friends, or strangers.Like many others who have commented, Mike is the best mechanic I've ever met. I was referred to Mike by a friend of mine. I had an old truck, on which the brake lines snapped. After calling Mike and explaining the situation, he gave me a fair, rough estimate, and asked if I could get the truck brought over so he could take a look at it. Well, after looking at it, he informed me that the truck was a lot more beat up and broken than I had originally thought or knew. We decided it would be best not to get the break lines fixed, considering how many other things could seemingly go wrong with the vehicle. Then, to my surprise, he didn't even charge me for his time for looking at it! What a guy. Professional, informed, and above all, honest.He has a customer for life in me.

Absolutely the best mechanic I have EVER dealt with.Mike was polite, professional, beyond fair and reasonable and extremely fast. He kept me informed of all progress.Mike and his crew handled my car lock issue in less than 12 hours and WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure it was on time and done properly. He even did a follow up call...who does that?!I would absolutely recommend Mike at Exclusive Motors for anyone needing repairs of any sort and I feel lucky to finally find my mechanic!

Mike and the whole team at Exclusive Motors are hands down the most reliable and trust worthy auto repair shop I ve ever gone to. They are incredibly skilled at finding out what the issue is and what the best, most affordable way to repair it is. Mike is always transparent and honest with his customers, and I really appreciate that he thoroughly explains everything to me (what the issue is, what is causing it, and options to repair it).After I started going to Exclusive Motors, my whole family started bringing their cars to Mike as well. Stop looking!!!! You have found the mechanic to do the job. I don t know if I could say enough about Mike and his crew .So I decided to go boating in my minivan. Not the smartest move. I ve made. Completely shot the motor. Not only did Mike replace it. But it drives better than it did when I first bought it and it only had 36,000 miles. The one thing that made me go with him it was everyone reviews left for is honest. And you get that feeling the first time you speak to him. He helped me out with all the insurance information. He also did it cheaper the some other places I called. This is the place and the people to do business with.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought the car after having a transmission replaced and immediate noise right after lasting months going to 3 mechanics one of which charged me $128 claiming the transmission needed to be taken out by where I got it done. Mike did a more thorough diagnostic taking out the rubber splashguard finding out the exact source of the noise without charging me for his time. He found out the transmission did not need to be taken out to repair this which resulted in the transmission replacer agreeing to fix the problem despite it being out of a 30 day warranty.Mike cares about his customers and shows it through his action and careful time put in and really check. He will go above and beyond your expectations and is honest.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Searched for a small mechanic repair shop near my job, dropped off my vehicle to Mike (owner) . Called me back with a quote for a repair and provided an opinion on other repairs that should be addressed now and other maintance items that can be done later. He repaired my vehicle and even included a cabin filter since he had to remove it anyways. Great pricing great service. Would recommend to friends and family.

This is your guy!!! I did not have a mechanic and I was going through an Insurance claim due to my car being flooded. I saw the reviews Mike had and decided to take a chance. BEST DECISION!!! He helped me from beginning to end and handle the whole claim like a true professional. If you wanna feel safe and know your car is in good hands then stop looking and give Mike a call. He ll take care of you!!

Honest mechanic! Highly recommend.The first time I came here, Mike only gave me some advice and I could feel that I could trust him! He wasn t just trying to make a buck and helped me figure out what was going on. The following week, I DID need some help so I drove out of my way to go back to his shop because of his friendliness and honesty! He made sure I was all set and his pricing was fair. I highly recommend going to this shop.

I would recommend anyone to do business with this company. First off Mike at Exclusive Motors is heaven sent. My mom found Mike after we were given a run for our money at another mechanic shop! When Mike got the car it had been nearly a year since the previous mechanic shop had it. Purchasing a car thousands of miles away from home was nerve racking because of trust. Finding someone like Mike, who is trustworthy and knowledgeable laid all of our worries to rest. We found Mike because according to the previous mechanics the only thing missing was a pin for the airbag. My mom started looking for a company that specialized in airbags. She got in touch with Mike from Exclusive Motors,who since then has been God sent. Mike told us all that the car needed and it was not just a pin for my airbag as we were previously told.Him and the rest of his team did a wonderful job getting my car to the best possible condition. Often times Mechanic shops lack customer service. It was refreshing to meet a mechanic like Mike. He was so professional, communicative, and honest. Mechanics should be more like him. I have had my car now for over 2 months and I am happy! Thank you Mike and Exclusive Motors!

!!!WORTH THE READ!!!I m originally from a small town in New Hampshire, but I moved to Florida for school. Unfortunately, a week before I was supposed to drive 22 hours home, I smacked my left front end of my 2006 Jeep Commander. Fender popped off and my steering wheel had to be turned halfway around to drive straight on the road. Not a good sign. After taking it a few places I went to Mike and hopefully have the opportunity to see my family for the second time this year. My father has always worked on cars and being the kid with the flashlight underneath the hood taught me a little bit too. As Mike inspected the car he let me look underneath and see that I had damaged my frame sending it back three inches on the left. He helped me to bring it to an alignment shop and back to him so they could find the correct placements for the frame. A day before I was supposed to drive home he said my car was done and I could pick it up. For everything that he did the price was fair and honest. The explanations he s given me were clear and being an older car we mentioned that some things always aren t worth fixing at this point. He told me to have a safe trip back and I went on my way. After being home for a few days I talked to my father and Mike had CALLED HIM asking if I had made it home safely. Nowadays, people will just send you off and take your money. At first glance you make be thinking "this place doesn't look like one of the big chain repair places." They don't have a lounge for you to relax in or a play area for your kid. What they do have are unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable mechanics who you can trust. Mike the owner, is a true professional, who knows his trade after honing inhouse at a few of the big auto companies repair garages. We talked when he gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car.He's earned my trust, and I won't use anyone else for my 2008 Cadillac Escalade. The Escalade has been garage kept the entire time, oil changed every 10k miles but has 105k miles so things will start needing to be repaired and Mike is the one I trust most to get things done right at a reasonable price.Oh and he called me the day after i took home the car to make sure things were working the way they should - they were. This place came highly recommended by a body shop who did some work on my truck. The evaluation was thorough and brought to light some issues that not even the dealership had found. Taking their advice I had a full brake job, 2 belts replaced, and 2 motor mount replaced which were essentially disintegrated. The owner, Mike, was extremely detailed, professional, and polite. I feel very confident the work was done well, and if any issues arise they would take care of it. I m pretty particular and this place exceeded my expectations!

Mike did a great job on a front shock replacement. He went the extra mile and fixed an issue the dealer previously introduced not related to the shocks. Good to find an honest mechanic that is willing to work with you on diagnosing issues.

Casey and his crew are the most professional auto mechanics I've ever dealt with in South Florida. I've had lots of custom and routine maintenance performed on my 2007 Nissan 350z here and these guys know their stuff! Its hard to find a good mechanic you can trust in South Florida, lets face it. I've referred friends and even family here and the service is beyond exceptional. They have a customer for life with me.

There's ALWAYS GREAT customer service at this shop. The price of my repair was SUPER affordable. The quote that I was given for future repairs was ALSO super affordable. The staff that was at the shop when I went to pick up my vehicle also made the visit comfortable. The service here is TOP OF THE LINE. I'll DEFINITELY be back and ill be referring friends and family. I have been coming here for 2 years. I habe dound the guys to be very knowledgeable and professional. Needed my a/c fixed on my 2014 Mustang, at first they weren't sure where it was leaking from but they used a camera and found the exact spot. They had it My girlfriend also brought her 2003 jeep wrangler here and Ricky was the only shop we've found that was able to properly balance the stabilizer bar to avoid the "death wobble" that the older model jeeps can have. She had taken it to several places and Jeep dealerships and they seemed to make it worse. Overall we couldn't be happier with our experiences here!!
