Stopped in here for an estimate on a couple paint scratches. The owner was a God send. He actually removed them with a cloth and some type of solution and didn't charge me for his time.I will definitely go here again for ALL of my car body needs. He's an honest caring man!! He didn't have to do that for me, he didn't even know me.

Well....... I'd like to be like them and blame everything on the pandemic and the supply chain. If they would have ordered my parts in October for my January appointment to get the car fixed it would not have taken 5 weeks to get my car back.....Everyone has commented that my car looks really good tho.

They did a great job fixing my SUV that was hit on the back passenger side. They even cleaned my front headlights that were not effected by accident but were faded because my SUV is a 2011. They were booked out for months, but the office manager helped get me in earlier. Bless her heart, the sweetest person. I was really down about people because the other driver worked at the police station and lied about reversing into my vehicle. Precision s service reminded me there are still good, honest people.Service: Body & Trim

After a December accident, my car was towed here. Because of shipping delays, I was told the car might be ready the end of February. After checking with 4 other body shops, all gave the same time line. Before that time, the car was ready except for Honda having to order and install a part. I appreciated the fact that I was called a couple of times to ask my preference on one thing and to update me on the progress another time. When I finally saw my 9 year old car, I was ecstatic. It looked like a brand new car! After extensive work on the body and under the hood, it looks terrific and drives great. I had may Challenger repaired here and they did an excellent job. Matched the paint perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Couldn't Be Happier!Hit a street sign with the front of my car, causing $7k in damages. The whole process was pretty smooth, and realistically, the parts, paint, and installation didn't take that long to complete.Jesse was very patient with me checking up with the car several times, telling me what's been done, what's left, and when they expect the next steps to be completed.The guys in the shop did a great job on the car too, replacing everything with OEM, not just what you can see on the outside! I took my car apart myself after I got it back to check, and everything was replaced with OEM and repaired to the highest standard.I've had work here done before, and I refuse to go anywhere else: I actually waited a week for Precision to reopen after the New Year instead of going to Gerber or CPB.Be patient with the process: they order the parts AFTER your appointment date in order to protect themselves from financial loss.They're also EXTREMELY busy all the time, & only work Monday-Thursday to give their employees a much-needed break.One hundred percent worth it: I couldn't be happier!

My challenger sustained front end damage to the bumper due to being rammed by a Dodge Ram... incident occurred at my work parking lot. This car is my baby, walking up to it I noticed a huge hole in the bumper..The gentleman that struct my vehicle left a note but had Geico insurance. PersonallyI cannot stand Geico, they re cheap. They use the cheapest parts, and my experience with them was pleasant in the building, until I was contacted by the adjuster. I decided to go with a shop that was backed by Geico s lifetime guarantee if you use one of their partnership shops. When I spoke to the adjuster, she only referred my to one place that was over 30 miles where I stayed, and also couldn t even look at my vehicle until 2 weeks after I filed the claim. I mentioned this shop because I ve dealt with them in the past and the adjuster said it wasn t a partnered shop. I contacted precision who then informed me they have been partnered with them over 20 years.. immediately I contacted my adjuster, had them thoroughly check the shops in my area, then like magic, they finally discovered I was correct. That wasted a week of time. Afterwards, upon contacting precision, he said I could drop my vehicle off a week earlier than the other shop they were partnered with. I dropped my car off on a Monday, Jesse (the owner) did a walk around and knew exactly what needed to be done. He said it would probably take about week depending on weather conditions, and part delivery. Which was understandable. Jesse is a very busy guy, so if you call this shop, and it seems he s rushing the call, don t take it personally. He literally walks with two phones in hand, alone, taking back to back calls. Which tells you he s busy. The biggest thing though,Oppose to most shops which take more than they can cover in order to make a profit. Jesse is realistic, never letting quality suffer, I received a call Wednesday. Two days after dropping my vehicle off only for him to tell me your car is ready to be picked up. ! I was shocked! When I got there to inspect the vehicles repairs, I could tell they were very attentive and didn t overlook little details and even went above and beyond! A part not covered by the insurance claim I had to pay out of pocket for, only costed me the part, he didn t charge me the labor, he also repainted parts of my hood for free that had paint chipping away! They even cleaned the inside/outside of the vehicle and lastly. I had a license plate zip tied to the front grille. Not only did they re zip tie it back in the same spot vs throwing it in the trunk. They used smaller discreet color matching Zipties! They took less than 3 days to repair my car and went above and beyond! This man is always busy, but he is a straight shooter and will do the best he can to repair and restore your vehicle. This is the best body shop in town in my opinion. If your insurance company partners with them, or even if they don t. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to precision auto body! They do not disappoint!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dropped part off on a Thursday for paint and was told it'd take week to complete. Got a call the next day saying part was ready to be picked up. Color and quality was great. Watch out for them being closed on Fridays though. Drove out to pick part up without realizing they were closed and had to wait until Monday to pick part up.

Great customer service! The owner Jesse is a nice guy and cares about his customers. Although I haven t had any work done to a vehicle - I was recently in an accident and had my car sit there for a week to figure my situation out and he also helped by looking around for offers for my vehicle and didnt charge for storing my vehicle.Thank you.

I had both of my vehicles (16 camaro, 09 Silverado) repaired at this location. All staff were extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. Both of my vehicles were done before I expected, and both looked amazing. My Camaro had additional work requires that was not related to my accident and that work was done for next to nothing. I really can t say enough at how impressed I am with the quality of work and the professionalism of the employees at precision. I ve had work done at insurance preferred locations in the past and these guys are FAR better.

This is close to where I live. I was side swiped prior to Hurricane Irma's arrival. They were under my insurance umbrella and the car was done in a week. However, the one drawback and the reason I didn't give 5 stars, is someone took my manual. I told them about this. However, nothing came of it. With all the new software, sync, and various instructions for controls this is a shame. When I looked up purchasing another, the price is over 60.00. No wonder someone took it. They fixed the damage GREAT. However, this left a bad taste.

I was referred by All State. Everything seemed fine up front, friendly service, good communication, etc. There were two dimples in the metal at the top of the car we discussed as being part of the damage from being rear ended.However, when I went to pick up my car I noticed these two dimples weren't fixed but also had scratches all over them. I confronted the service man about it, he told me they determined it was pre-existing damage. Using pictures I took after the accident I illustrated this wasn't the case. He told me to bring it back up and they'd blend it out. I took it to another shop and come to find out they used the dimples as a clamp point when setting the door and didn't use padding. I'd take my business elsewhere

We have taken several of our vehicles over the years for minor and extensive body work. Jesse is friendly and does all he can for us. The work is professionally done. He handles all of the insurance paperwork for us. It is the BEST place in town to have body work done and done right.

This is deffenitly the best body shop in town. Very skilled staff, friendly thurough will repair your vehicle properly . Will work with your insurance companies. Easy access trustworthy, reliable , fast . Very busy you will have a wait but they are worth it. Free estimates. Call first.

HORRIBLE. Gave me the run around the entire time. When they first receive my car they didn't intially put it on a lift to look if there was any damage underneath. Halfway through the process they call to tell me they found damage underneath the car (That should be expected when you crash into the woods, which I told them) This delayed the process by another few weeks. My car was there close to two months and each week I would get a call stating they were expecting me to get it back to me the next week. A year later huge pieces of paint are coming off from front and back bumpers. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would like to thank Precision Auto for a job well done for my 2016 Ford F-150 truck repairs. The entire front end was messed up in an accident along with other areas needing inspections and repairs. They performed both a quality mechanical repair and body repair.

Work was relatively ok, few minor nicks in what was repaired however, they told me to go look at my car then went back in to check out they didn't even ask if I was satisfied!! Now I'm having mechanical issues that was not present at the time I dropped my vehicle off. I will not use them again!

They worked on my 2003 Tahoe 3yrs ago and did a horrible job! I'm here because I have another claim with Allstate and they are having me meet the adjuster at 1122 N. Ferdon. So looking up the directions it put me at Precision, I said hell no! They took forever on it, meaning I had to make several trips to the shop to ask whats taking so long, still did a terrible job.

They didn't end up doing any work, as my insurance totaled the car, but they were patient with all my questions, quick to respond, and overall a pleasure with which to work.

They didn't give me the run around they were very helpful with what I needed done with my car. Also had no problem with the insurance claim either...they were fast friendly and got the job done..still awaiting to get my car but I know it will be done right! Thank you guys!Casey

I had front bumper and radiator damage on my 2015 mustang and they repaired all damages back to perfection very pleased with their work highly highly recommend to anyone needing work this is my second time using them

Id give zero stars if I were able. The woman there is just rude and doesn't give any information when needed. Instead of giving you proper information, they let your stuff sit there for over a week and just let the fees pile up. Awful business

Have had many years of dealing with Precision and found them to be efficient,cost comparable and excellent in the work they do plus standing behind it!
