Great prices and can have most things delivered to the shop in less then 12 hours. Customer service is great. They'll check your battery, install the new one, put windshield wipers on for you if you want. You can't hardly miss with O'Reilly's.

Casey, the salesperson, is a five star employee and one of the friendliest and most sincere people I have ever met. They didn t have what I wanted but after my interaction with her, I will always use O Reillys as my first choice to do business with. It s amazing how much an employee can help your business thrive. She wanted to help and her personality and attitude reflected it. If I was looking for an employee l would have offered her a job on the spot.

Horrible customer service. The manager is so rude and appalling to customers, I was just in there a bit ago and he was cursing out this young woman and she entered the store so nice and he starting cursing her out.

you can't beat the tool loaner program. One time they didn't have a part I needed for less money than the competition, it was in my hands by eleven the next morning.

On a recent visit I was allowed to return a bad A/C compressor that failed an ohm test upon receipt. After explaining the problem to the staff the refund was issued without problem. Remember returns on electronic parts aren't always guaranteed but the staff is reasonable.

I had battery issues, so I took in to get replaced, and the young man who replaced my battery was very professional, friendly, and fast. The man behind the counter was also very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!!

I have used O'Reilly autoparts store in Crestview many times and have always had good service, great staff nice clean store.

They offer a pretty good warranty here. Pretty much everything is warranty for 12 months. I bought headlights that seem to blow out every six months and they always replace it at no charge. I also love that they offer a 10% military discount. Good selection of items to detail and clean your car if you want to do it yourself. They usually have good deals going on monthly.

Aaron doesn't know squat about parts. I'm not sure how he even got hired to work in a parts store. He just ordered the wrong part that I have waited on for 4 hours. My husband had to do all the research, because he didn't know how to search for the part number. So he literally just wasted my entire day.He also cost the company by having a part come from pensacola to crestview for no reason. Would give 0 stars if this would let me!!

Pricey for some things, but great staff and service. Many knowledgeable people there. I forgot to bring my battery core exchange back, and brought it in months later just to turn it in. They gave me the core cost right then, and applied it to my purchase. Vet friendly, always checking to see if I quality for discounts.

Beware this locationis a joke.... O'Reillys Crestview location will ever see another dime of my money ever.... selling junk products that cause more work and the people that work in this store will say... well that's your problem! If last resort then ill go to Niceville location where Todd and Robert got it together! id rather walk to Niceville if my vehicle was broken vs dealing with the Crestview crew..... just a couple months ago I walk in Crestview store. and the person I spoke to ask me 4 times for vehicle info ... year make and model after the 3rd time i knew he wouldn't be able to find what i needed and when he asked the 4th time i left... my guess is he was on some ...yea never again Crestview O'Reillys!

The store manager, Julien, treats his employees in such an unprofessional manner. It is appalling that a manger would be so disrespectful to employees, especially in front of customers.

I needed help changing my brake light this afteroon. Autozone across the street was not able to help me put it in my car so I came here and Aaron helped me. He was so nice and helpful even though the manager at the time seemed very annoyed and rude about him helping me. I hope he s getting the recognition he deserves, thank you !!!

The young lady at this store is the absolutely best. I literally fell in love with her and I'm looking forward to drive 5+ hrs back to this store just to talk to her again.

Best place in Crestview to go for parts. They get pretty busy, but they will go the extra mile to help customers. The Manager Julian is top notch. A year later, I will say the same thing. It depends on who you get at the counter on any given day, but Julian is a great guy and goes the extra mile for the customers, and very knowledgeable. The store is managed very competently. He is the reason I always go back. If you know what you need, and you feel like the person at the counter doesn't know, just look at the screen and direct the person if they don't really know. Also, the quality of parts is generally better than advanced or the other stores. Overall, the place to go in our town, in my opinion.

Kid working the counter (young man, sorry.. I'm getting old) was a huge help. He found the motorcycle battery my son-in-law was looking for. He also has an excellent attitude. If I had a business, I'd do everything I could to get him to come work for me.

I'm thinking these kinda places just aren't going to be there that much longer. I don't think I've ever walked out of there with an automobile part that I went in looking for, maybe a battery.I suppose they work for some because they deliver, which is nice.I can usually find the parts I need online. And I get those parts in the same time frame. At to � the price. So, if you need a battery, or some wiper blades, I think they'll even install em for you. They're nice folks an all. If you need plastic chrome lug nuts or an air freshener, that's your place. If you need autoparts, nope, they can order em fer ya.

Appreciate having O'Reilly's near the house. They carry a good selection of things except Staffing. Even before these recent months of paying people to not work, these guys have been shorthanded. On the day, Steve took great care of me. Thanks.

Aaron one of the managers went way out of his way to help me when I broke down in town away from home, this amazing young man lent me his personal tool kit which was a 200+ dollar kit becuase when I broke down my tools were over a hour away and it was dark when my alternator started smoking under my hood and my truck stalled at dusk!! He is young, but has one hell of a solid foundation and was raised right his heart is in the right place and he is an amazing manager! Before Aaron I only knew Orileys normally wasn't were I would shop only due to some prices there being I felt overpriced compaired to other shops, that was over a year ago last time I checked, seems they have come more in line to compete with other local prices and thier customer service is hands down better then any other crestview automobile part shop!! Had to do a lot of shopping for repairs the last few weeks on 2 vehicles and Orileys has gotten all my business but on one purchase. Aaron is a great asset to any buisness who wants a responsible mature and professional Manager!! Kudos Aaron!! This from a broke down retired State of Florida retired officer!!

O'Reilly Auto Parts store has historically not been the first place I go to for parts. However, I have to admit that the last couple of times the parts that I needed were in stock. The associates were pleasant and helpful. The prices are a little lower than some of the other auto parts stores in the area. Would definitely go back.

The management clearly has a handle on things at this store. The store was clean, well stocked and everyone was buisy but still helpful. My visit was quick and painless leaving with the right part.
