I went in for a 100k serviceOn my F250 Super Duty. The service rep said should take about 4 hours. Since I didn t have a courtesy car I said I ll wait. Well 4 hours became 5, still I was ok with that even though I told them NOT to rotate the tires. But 5 hours became 6 and 6 became 7 and finally 7 became 8 hours of waiting for the service to be complete. And on top ofIt all they did not reset the oil life on the vehicle and I got to pay them $1200 for an 8 hour wait my time is valuable too! Never again!

Took 2 hrs for an oil change only that was scheduled at 7:30 am. As if that wasn t bad enough, they rolled the window down and left it down, it was raining. Come on man. I ve bought two raptors from you guys, my wife s SUV, you re my only local dealer that touches my truck. I won t mention the safety recalls I had to mention and again ask about scheduling. I m just another random person that popped in for a 10-min oil change. Time to test the waters again with Gary Smith Ford.

Service was great after a short wait I had an appointment for a tire rotation on my Ford 4WD Dooley. They dismounted / remounted the necessary tires balanced all six and installed them in the right place. I asked my service guy what was needed to clean my Aluminum rims which had been neglected for years he said he could take care that for me. When the tech pulled my truck up my rims looked like they had been chromed. I didn t expect that and when I asked how much he said not to worry about it. I left there real happy I can t believe how nice they made wheels look. Also had my 6 disk stereo repaired and reinstalled there which is working nicely now. So I recommend their service department they reminded me of my appointment time and date by text which I need.

Had appointment at 1 PM. The intake person seemed to be having a bad day and was irritable. I was upset about my car. Even though he was not able to understand that as an upset elderly single female with no clue about my car and what goes into fixing it, he was still able to take a look and direct me in the right direction. I will continue to be a loyal customer and truly hope that whatever was bothering this gentleman will pass and that he can embrace the holiday spirit. Merry Christmas

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were on our way from south Florida to Texas, with a 4 month old baby. Now all parents know how hard this can already be. Well, we stopped to get gas and began to have truck issues. We need to get this check led asap or we would be really in trouble. We looked up the nearest Ford dealership and Crestview was it. When we arrived, each individual was kind, helpful and very attentive. They were able to get us in and truck fixed all within 3-4 hours. It doesn t stop there, they went above and beyond to assist our family ensuring we were getting back on the road safely! We are beyond grateful for all their help! Honest, dependable, and the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Used Jiffy Lube to change the rear end oil because I was traveling across country and foolishly I let them talk me into it. Got as far as Crestview where I broke down. Landed here. Not only were they very kind to me. They worked with Jiffy Lube who didn t want to pay. I was stranded and they allowed their driver to drive me around and get a rental vehicle which required 3 places before I could get a one way rental. Never a word of complaint from Crestview Ford. I still don t have my truck as we wait on Jiffy Lube but Crestview is patiently waiting without complaint.5 stars

Ford's Service Department has been a good place to take my older far for maintenance and repairs. I'm very satisfied with the work they did for me and the service they gave me. I will continue to take my car there.

The service department of Crestview Ford was amazing they got my truck in and out in a very quick time for what had to be done to it I would highly recommend anybody taking their vehicle there to have it serviced they are amazing people and they keep you informed step by step of what's going on with your vehicle a big thanks to the mechanic that fixed my truck thank you.. it was the mechanic that fixed my 20/20 F-350 super duty that had transmission issues and a big shout out to Nathan the service advisor he was amazing as well thank you guys..

Kelly and Thomas are top notch and true professionals.I brought my truck to Crestview Ford for a coolant leak that I didn't have time to fix. Within a couple hours, their tech determined the leak was coming from the least favorable location possible. They got my truck fixed and back to me within a couple days which was much faster then what I expected. However, I was still smelling coolant a day or two later after they had worked on the truck. I usually do all of my own maintenance but was short on time to get this fixed. That being said, I understand how fixing one problem may lead to another. The truck went in a total of three times to get the coolant leak fixed. Kelly and Thomas were absolutely amazing to work with and were very understanding. I brought it in, told Thomas to come outside and smell the sweet scent of antifreeze... and sure enough, he said "thats definitely antifreeze" (haha).Kelly actually dispatched a tech at one point to meet me across town because my truck was encountering some issues after they had it. After a total of three or four times taking it to the dealership, Kelly and Thomas never made me think I was the crazy one in this relationship (haha). They listened to my problem, and said "we will make it right". Sure enough, they did without question. The series of things that happened to my truck was extremely unfortunate and I truly believe they were one in a million. Even if I was that special one in a million, those two individuals made things right and I will be a customer for as long as I live here.Thank you for everything you did to "make it right".

The service center was able to help me get mats ordered for my new Bronco Sport using my Ford pass reward points. They made it simple and quick. The mats should be in when I get back into town right after Christmas.

Josh in the service department and mechanic Nick are AMAZING! The shifter cable on my 2016 Fusion went out on 10/24. I was almost in tears wondering how I was going to get to work the next day, as I figured they would not be able to do the repair any time soon. Boy, was I wrong. Within 45 minutes of showing up at the dealership in Crestview, Josh ordered the part, and mobile mechanic Nick drove me to where I was stranded, did the repair on the spot, and had me back on the road! The service advisor and technician did their job.Left my car there on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. This car has been in several times with the same problem. They fix it per Ford directives. Then all of a sudden it starts again. Ford should figure out how to fix the problem permanently.The Service Department can only do what Ford tells them to do to fix this problem. It just isn t the right solution.

Had a Monday 2pm appointment. Got a call was told they couldn't get to it till Tuesday so I dropped the truck off on Monday evening. Was told it would only take to or three hours. Wasn't ready until 1pm Thursday

I don't have enough words to say how great the service team was. We were from out if town & had car trouble with our Ford Fusion. They repaired it and we were on our way in 2 hours. Thank you for the kindness in what was a stressful situation. Excellent service!

Visited Ford Crestview Service department refor my oil change and other scheduled services. I had an appointment and they got me right in on time and out in a timely manner. I also discussed some issues I was having with my truck and got scheduled to return in about a week to have it looked at for the additional issues.

Appointments are hard to get nowadays but I scheduled a routine visit and after that wa completed they found I had warranty parts in, and rather than schedule another appointment asked I minded waiting another 20 minutes to get parts installed. A great time saver!

I had a favorable impression of Ford Crestview based on an earlier vehicle purchase, but my November 10 2023 service visit left me with near zero confidence in their ability to service my vehicle. When I brought my 2023 F-150 in the battery voltage monitor was not on, nor was a check engine light on. I had indications on the infotainment system however that the battery voltage might be low so I decided to make a service appointment. The service representative said that they charged the battery and checked the battery and battery passed all tests. The service representative met me at the vehicle in their drive-through tunnel. I immediately noticed that both the low-voltage dash light and the check engine light were both now illuminated. The service representative said I could bring the vehicle back the following Monday so that they could run additional diagnostics. I expressed my concern, given the two new warning lights that were now on the dash and their lack of concern with sending me out at the end of the day back to Niceville in that condition. I asked the service representative if they had disconnected the battery, and he assured me that they just connected two leads to the battery terminals and did not disconnect the battery. The lead mechanic at that time came out and joined the discussion with me and the service representative. My F150 truck is a powerboost model, which when in park normally shuts off the engine after a minute or two of charging the hybrid battery and runs accessories using the hybrid battery only for several minutes before automatically turning the engine back on to recharge the hybrid batter. I mentioned to the two men that this constant running for the past 10 minutes while in park is not usual behavior for that vehicle. I made the appointment for the next Monday and drove home to Niceville. I then opened the hood of the truck and saw with amazement and disgust that both the positive and negative terminals of the battery were fully disconnected and were never reconnected after the battery test. If Crestview Ford can t handle the simplest of battery check out tasks such as this, why would I ever trust them with anything else in the future??
