My GMC was hit head on, The classic collision crew did an excellent job, my Acadia looks brand new and they got it fixed in just 5 days! Definitely would recommend this body shop to anyone with damage to their vehicle. The estimators were spot on and the customer service was great! They even touched up the minor scratches that were visible!!

My car was hit in June 2023 and I initially was going to go to another shop, only to be told the parts were on backorder until December. I was told about Classic Collision from a friend so I called and got an appointment on October 9th, and I was able to pick up my car on the 27th. The results were stunning and my car looks even better than the day I bought it. Their team was so incredibly friendly and professional and they kept me in the loop via text and answered all of my questions when I called. The entire process was as painless as possible and I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone that will listen.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fenders did a great job fixing our 2020 Nissan after a boom truck took out part of a overpass on I-10 and concrete showered our car on are way to Panama City. From the tow truck driver picking our car and us up on interstate to all the workers at fenders were very professional and helpful. I live in Mississippi and was impressed with the shop and the car hauler driver. Kept the car there and had them repair the damage. They did a first rate job and appreciate them keeping us updated on repairs during the process. Have attached before and after pictures. Thank you Fenders.

They did a great repair job on our Hyundai Venue. Very easy process. Got us in right away. Kept us informed the whole time. Very professional and courteous. Vehicle looks amazing. Cleaned it up before we got it back. Would definitely recommend and use again.

4 days and my truck was done. These guys take pride in their work, and fixed another minor dent and scratch for no extra charge. I wouldn't take it anywhere else! The only "con", I did have to book a couple weeks out. But that should tell you something. Very satisfied!

Do not come to this shop if you need any suspension part replaced or any mechanical issues they have no idea what they are doing they took more than a month to "fix it" when they didn't.left parts broken and half way done work didn't even bother on replacing them even if told.. do yourself a favor and don't take it here.

This is the before and after I got rear ended hard enough to where my entire hitch and mounting brackets for it got bent down like 1 1/4 inches and I drive a 1994 F-250 Turbo Diesel and the rear end looks like brand new when I picked it up as you can see and it was a decent price labor wasn t bad at all mostly just parts I highly recommend this place for body work

They did a great job on my body work. There were a couple of minor adjustments needed, but they promptly fixed them--no questions asked. The paint looks factory as far as I can tell. Lifetime guarantee on the work is great. Thanks!

So, my car got hit by an idiot at work. Anyway, I chose these guys. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! The customer service is AMAZING!!! So, professional and helpful. They didn't get perturbed by me checking on it. The ladies that handle the front, INCREDIBLE! Car came back brand new. If you want a quality job done by honest and professional people, you have found the right place! I took my car here for repair after being hit on the rear left tire. From start to finish, they were honest about fees, great at communicating updates on my car, and easy to get in touch with. Everyone at Fenders Collision was polite, professional, and really cared about their jobs (Kasey the receptionist was so kind and I wish I remembered the name of who did the car estimate- he was very knowledgeable and had a lot of integrity in his job). The job required repairing a scratched rim, scratched rear left siding, and suspension issues. The paint job looks top notch (NO bubbling or defects), rim looks brand new, and I trust that all suspension issues are resolved. They even took my car to another alignment shop to confirm suspension issues and ensure nothing was overlooked! Upon picking up my car, it was obvious they had detailed my car and left careful instructions about how to properly wash my car for the next few months until the paint fully cures. Overall, I am really pleased with the efficiency and quality! I will return here as needed in the future and highly recommend Fenders Collision!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Used this shop as the repair shop for our 2016 Ford fusion and all I can say is so far so good. The car looked brand spanking new, inside and out. Customer service was also outstanding, especially from the lady at the counter. Another plus is that there is limited lifetime warranty!

Fenders Collision did an amazing repair job on my wife's Acadia! They were very professional and helpful from the start all the way until getting the vehicle back. The were 2 minor tiny things that needed additional attention the day we came to pick the car up and they quickly corrected the discrepancies on the spot! The car looks just as good as the day we bought it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional service. The body work looks great. The only complaint was I got my car at end of the day (15 minutes before close going into a weekend). There was a small problem I had to wait to talk to them about Monday morning. This body shop used to be a great quality Body Shop I even had a family member who was a employee 4-over 15 years after 12 years needing to use them again from somebody hitting me they claim they have lifetime warranty satisfaction this is a lie I am now beginning litigation against this body shop due to damage done to my vehicle while trying to repair it their workmanship is poor they do not stand behind their work. After being a loyal customer of this body shop for over 20 years I am sad to say this body shop is no longer the quality that used to be. Do not bring your vehicle here if you need it repaired properly or you want quality repair quality paint or quality workmanship you have been warned. Something terrible has happened to this company in the last five to six years, I got back my new truck with pieces missing Kama bolts missing Kama pieces falling off, things that were not damaged on my vehicle before they received it are now broken and damaged . The new paint job has ripples in the paint, it's much darker then the original paint they tried to match, there are dents in both of my vendors including the new ones from stress that they put on the vehicle while working on it. The owner has refused to fix the damage they did while working on the vehicle and blamed the insurance company for the damage. I am a retired law enforcement officer in the state of Florida and I would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here if they need quality or want their vehicle restored.

Called just to get a ball park estimate of the most basic cheapest paint job and the lady wasn't able to say anything except to bring the car in. I have called multiple places and all were able to give me prices. She was not friendly at all.

Even though I hadn't been a customer before, when my minivan door wouldn't close while it was raining, they sent the wrecker for it so they could keep my van in the garage over the weekend and the inside wouldn't get wetter. That's not just great customer service; that's great NON customer service!

Had to change my rating of this place. My first impression was that they did qualify work however, I have since found from personal experience that they cut way too many corners for me to recommend them. Now I see that they are changing their name. Could be from the bad reviews! You're been warned!

Ok so I went there after some one messed my tail gate. The people that messed up the tail gate said take it to S&L and we will pay and they did much appreciated..S&L were very professional got me in and out In 3 days.. thank you guys well done.

Very satisfied on the major work they did on my Tundra and the customer service!! This is the only place I plan to take my vehicles for repairs, awesome job guys!!!
