Didn t feel welcomed at all, especially by the lady working in the office who overcharged me when I very clearly stated the service that I needed. She demanded the money up front before the service was ever completed. The only mechanic that has a clue what s going on is Nate and he s also the only reason why I got my money back for a service that wasn t asked for, but every other guy working looks like they re going to absolutely wreck your vehicle maintenance wise or just steal from your vehicle entirely. Don t waste your time or money!

I tried to support a local small business, but after 1.5hrs of sitting in my car waiting for an oil change - I just left. There is limited parking, only 1 mechanic was working and performing fixes in the middle of the parking lot in tight spaces around other cars. The office is not a place to sit and wait. Most people just stood around outside uncomfortably for hours until their car was done. I didn't find out if this was a cash only service or if they even took credit. My gut feeling was that I should just leave - I didn't feel welcomed.I ended up going back to Walmart. There was parking, a place to sit or you could walk around and browse, I was updated frequently on the progress via text, it cost me $37 along with all of the other fluid, tire and filter checks, staff was friendly and it took 30 minutes.

Save yourself the hassle and stick with a more reputable tire shop. They gave me a better quote than others, but if I could go back and do it over, I would happily pay more to have the work done elsewhere.In the process of changing my tires they severely scratched all of my rims. There is a small sign by the door saying they are not responsible for rims(as well as other items) and I took that to mean minor scrapes from the machine, but they genuinely don't care if they ruin your property to get the job done. To top it off, they denied that they even caused the damage and called me a liar when I tried to get them to resolve the situation.After 3 different employees spoke to the owner, they agreed to fix my rims, but honestly I have no faith in this shop, and I fear further damage if I take my car back to them.I won't make the same mistake twice.

I needed a tire replaced and they were extremely phenomenal the prices are fair. Serenity is awesome as are the other employees. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are awesome. There is not much curb appeal but don t be fooled. They know what they re doing, they are honest, they work fast, and the lady running the place is absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend and will return.

Apparently they don't have set prices on their services, they just make them up based on the volume and dollars generated for the day. Who in their right mind would pay $35 to have a regular tire mounted and balanced that comes out to about $105.an hour for labor. Sam's Clubs is under $20 and that includes Road Hazzard Protection

This is an automotive repair shop that specializes in tires, brakes, tune-ups and oil changes. Their hours of operation are: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 1pm, Sunday closed. Nathan was very professional and helpful.

These folks are our go-to shop for used tires. My husband and I have had so much bad luck with tires from getting nails in them to buying a car with dry rotted tires and these guys have always had what we needed on hand and for a reasonable price. They get us back on the road fairly quickly too, which is a huge bonus. There's never a long wait before or during the service. They're all very friendly too.

Truly horrible. Piss poor tires, Incorrect air pressure. They move with no sense of urgency. One mechanic is doing coke, the other is doing dope. It took him 3 energy drinks, and 1 Micheal Jackson album to finally change my tire.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD ME A BAD TIRE. IVE only had it about a month and it blew while driving.... unprofessional and rude owner. Not to mention it took their mechanic almost 45 minutes to get it on

I had a nail in my tire and the air was leaking out quickly. I pulled in, explained what was wrong. Nathan assisted me, he quickly fixed my tire. He was so quick and attentive that I was only there for 10 minutes! Thank you all so much for getting me back on the road safely!

Decently priced used tires. Best prices in town. Every time we've used them, they've always had our tire size in stock so no issues with having to order anything. The first time we used them, we brought our Dodge Challenger up to get the tire replaced and they were able to fix it with a patch for even cheaper! The patch held for at least 6 months as we sold the car and it was still holding strong at the time of selling it as well.

I went there today for them to check my tire because a noise was coming from underneath my car, and the woman acted like I was a problem she was very rude she has no customer service what so ever. Them guys up there can tell you how much longer you have on your tread or if it is about to blow. I have never gotten treatment like this before at this shop . If someone knows their job, they can help you out. I needed help and didn't get it.

Small shop on 90 but Nathan was awesome. I just dropped in to see if they could rotate tires they took it right in and less than 45 minutes I had four tires balanced and rotated on my K 3500. Thanks guys appreciate all the hard work

I wished I could give this place 0 stars . We took my bmw in to get two new back tires and the dude didn't even look and just threw the jack up under the car and busted my gas tank . The employee admitted to what happen but there is a rude lady in front office that is denying it (which it is all on recording) and is not wanting to fix it . I've been waiting on the owner to call me but no call yet . It has been two days I would not recommend going

My family and I were 700 miles away from home and we suddenly had a flat tire to deal with. Definitely not a great feeling. The guys at Best Price Tires and Breaks got us back on the road with a replacement tire unbelievably fast and at a great price, too. I appreciate their proactive service and the fact that they gave me a square deal.

Alright alright alright. This place is awesome. It's quality work and reasonably priced. The people that work there are extremely nice, just really nice to be around why you have to wait to get your tires done. I would recommend this place above any other place in Crestview. Not saying the other places aren't good but this place is absolutely the best.

Excellent and helpful staff! I had told them that I knew one of my tires was bad but I didn't know which one. Apparently I kept parking the same way every time I stopped and checked the tires because the owner, very nice young lady, seen the bad tire right away. I pulled in just right "this time" and the bad part of the tire was revealed and WOW was it bad. My guardian Angel's had been working hard for me for quite a while, thank you God! Anyway they hooked me up with an excellent used tire for a great price. I without a doubt, Highly reccomend this tire shop!! Thank you to everyone there for such excellent service. I hope that I'm able to find a tire shop as good as yall are where I am forced to move to. My only regret is not finding you sooner! Great work!!

Wow, what a joke, my stepson bought two tires and had them mounted on Friday 1-21-2023.Never made it back to Defuniak, right front tire almost fell off car, busted off four lugs and lug nuts, he said the tech told him that he wouldn't over tighten with impact. No telling what all is damaged. Called from 8:00 to 10:15am the next morning, no answer, still trying. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Unless you like walking !

I Call up there, ask if they're packing in the back over there the likes of a 215/60/R16/94T, they say "got one left!". Excellent so I grab my car starter thinguhmuhjig ,then get there and they bring out a 225/65/R15/95V. !?!?! Then try to charge me $90 for the wrong tire!They then took the mighty shiny(tempting buuuut)yet wrong sized tire & brings back what they call to more induce value the "Other" last tire of it's existence * Correct size but a 95v with a very (prepare for sarcasm)compassionate discount of $5. Thanks guys. Tough love I suppose. Teach me a lesson, I'll know better next time.

This is small but very efficient operation. I went in with a tire that was not repairable. Within 3 minutes someone approached me to tell me they can replace that tire. I was beyond surprised because Pep Boys wanted me to leave the rim. Just to guarantee they would change it before the day was over.I say all that to tell you all it's definitely worth the stop. These other tire businesses in Crestview are sad. A tire off the car should be a quick fix for anyone of them. Only one place handled that right away and that's Best Price Tires.If they don't have your exact tire they can get it. Very reasonable too. Stop by !!!
