Customer Service is great and they are eager to help you find the right product. You definitely want to ask for Derrick Powell. I have known him for years and he has always done his best to help in any way he could. That goes a long way!

I could go on a whole rant about this company! (I am known for it) but I will keep it straight to the point. These owners Matt & Brian are very straight forward and God fearing people.(the whole staff are just that) This is not just a company! This is a local FAMILY right here!they have more than one option, if you are looking for utility vehicles, golf carts and other accessories. Why haven't you checked them out? Your'e Missing OUT if you haven't shopped before. they will fit you with the RIGHT equipment whatever you need with the BEST PRICE! I can't stress this enough, Like I said before If you haven't shopped with them GET ON Board!Highly Recommend!

Brian and Matt are stand up guys. The rest of the staff are also great to work with. They have some of the best customer service, if not the best customer service in the industry. They have a great selection of trailers, mowers, and trailer accessories.When purchasing a trailer in particular, they assist you throughout the entire process, right up to connecting it to your vehicle and walking you through your new purchase. I highly recommend TriOak Enterprise. To note, I have several places closer to home that carry similar products, but they re worth the drive.

This Benjamin (Frank) from Albany Ga,I was calling around looking for a single axle dump trailer very hard to find l found Trioak trailers on line so l called and talked with Blake and explained why l wanted that trailers he said they were hard to get,but he would call me and keep me updated on the trailer .l though he was just saying he would call ,he call me many times over a four month period,he kept him word,it make you wish you get this kind of service every time you make any purchase,l got to know Blake over the phone,A great person like that is always going to do good in whatever or wherever he go (Great Guy)

The team at TriOak were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We bought our first ZeroTurn Toro 54 here. They were competitive in their pricing, answered all our questions, and let us test ride the mower as much as we needed. That actually encouraged us to purchase another item - which they still cut us a great deal on. Brian, Zach, and the rest of the team: we ll see y all again when it s time to upgrade our trailer or service our ZeroTurn. Can t say enough great things about these guys.
