Came through for several items including tires, brakes, and battery. Nice to see euro specialty mechanic who can work on quirks of German vehicles.Shop itself is nicely laid out with customer facing seating area that is conducive to taking a quick work call or sitting on laptop with coffee, water, and wifi. Area had plenty of distributed seating and power outlets. I've sat in airport lounges that weren't as nice.Tyler was service advisor who managed my experience. He was friendly, helpful and most importantly didn't try to upsell unnecessary services (and actually talked me into deferring a few). Customer service wise I can not say enough positive things. I had upcoming work trip and Tyler was able to coordinate part arrival and car drop off so that my vehicle would be ready when I returned. When I had follow up questions after service, I was able to come back same day and hand keys to Tyler. He and the mechanic team quickly addressed and resolved them before I had a chance to finish my coffee in the waiting area.Price wise, know you are getting a premium vehicle serviced so expect invoicing to be better than the dealer, but still reflecting a premium for the higher quality of mechanics and service managers. They also provide loaners and transport if needed.Mechanic bay was clean with several technicians available to answer any questions you have. Mechanic provided a walkthrough on what they were working on and offered several options for next steps.

Recently, my 2013 Mini Cooper, due to its age, required quite a few repairs, so I took it to USP Euro Car Care. The service I received was impressively thorough. Rafael, in particular, provided exceptional assistance. He was transparent about the repair process, clearly explaining what was necessary and keeping me updated throughout. His commitment to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction truly made a difference.The team's work on my car was exceptional, and it's now running smoothly again. Got my Mercedes A service here as well as a repair on my vehicle under my extended warranty. Wait times can be high but they are great and definitely gets the job done. They do offer a complimentary car wash but my car wasn t cleaned either time I came but that s fine as long as I got the service I paid for. Will recommend and continue to come for my maintenance and any repairs.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this repair shop. Not only were they refreshingly honest, but their pricing was significantly lower than what BMW would have charged. Despite having out-of-state plates, they didn't take advantage of us. Rafael, in particular, provided excellent service and ensured our car was taken care of promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this repair shop for anyone looking for quality service at a fair price.

I recently had work done on my 2016 Audi A6. Prior to this, I had always taken my car to the dealership, but have been looking for a long-term mechanic I can trust, as I am not looking to trade it in any time soon. USP has certified auto mechanics, I received excellent customer service and A+ work. The service technician explained the need for all repairs and followed up with videos and pictures. When I inquired, it was made painstakingly clear which repairs were urgent, and while caring for an Audi can be rather expensive, I saved a bundle getting my work done here. I have no regrets!

I would highly recommend USP Euro Car Care.They are honest, professional and extremely helpful. My BMW is no longer under warranty & needed some costly repairs which was further inflated by the dealership. My neighbor recommended USP so I took my car out of the service dept. at BMW to USP. Even though the repairs were still expensive,they were 20% lower than what the dealership quoted. I dealt with Tyler at USP & he was extremely helpful, gave me options & explained all the repairs in detail, advising which ones can be done at a later time. It s nice to have auto repair shop with this level of service. Thanks Tyler for you help.

This is an honest shop. They tell you with detail the work that was performed and how much it costs. Never a surprise. Staff is very professional. I found them on the Internet and they have GREAT reviews on every Consumer website I visited. I give them TEN stars but this site only gives 5 as top rate.

I ve been to USP twice now, first time was for regular maintenance service and this time my Mercedes wouldn t start. I called spoke with Rafael and explained my issue. He set up an appointment for me the next day because I had to have my car towed there. I met Mark the next morning after dropping my car off and he said he would call me as soon as they could with a diagnosis. He called me a short time later and explained that it was my starter and went over the cost and process involved, I also requested that they perform its regular maintenance. Anyway, my car was serviced and repaired and runs and feels great! These guys and this place are the best and I will be bringing my car here for all and any service that it may need! I paid what I was promised and nothing more, no hidden charges or surprises! This place is better than going to the dealership and so are the prices! So if you have a Mercedes or any foreign made car bring it here for service or repairs you won t be sorry! Thank you Rafael, Mark and the technicians!

USP was able to provide excellent service on my car. Not only did they beat Audi service center price, but beat the price of another local shop. USP was also able to identify service needs a show me using specific measurements and photographs. USP also took the time to allow me to speak with one of the techs in regard to my vehicle which was greatly appreciate. I HIGHLY recommend USP for all your euro car needs!

USP will take the necessary time to diagnosis the issues with your car and inspect any other issues. Provide you a detailed list of issues found, quote to fix, and walk you through the best path forward that fits your budget and parts that need repaired the most. Tyler was my guy and got me fixed up and even took care of some other items that needed fixed at a fair cost an a timely manner. I would recommend USP for your car fix needs as these guys are Top Notch and very trustworthy end to end.

Another great experience at USP Euro Car Care. Tyler is awesome and made the process easy and answered all my questions in a timely manner as usual . USP installed a stage 3 clutch in my GTI along with providing me with a full inspection report. I highly recommend USP for all your upgrades and service. Appreciate all of you from sales, service and the technicians.

I made an online appointment for what I thought was a break issue, specifically a warped rotor. These guys test-drove it, put it on the rack, and determined the breaks were fine. They brought me out to the shop and showed me play in the front wheel bearings, along with blown boots on the stabilizer arm and upper control arms. They said they would adjust the wheel bearings (pack and torque vs. replacing them), replace the other parts, and do a 4-wheel alignment. The cost was high at $2500, but it completely resolved the problem, and the front end felt like a new car. Service tech Rafael was spot-on with customer service, and the car was done when promised. I would absolutely recommend these guys over the local Mercedes dealership any day of the week.

My husband has been having the toughest time having his Porsche taken care of properly from the dealer.Someone recommended Tyler from USP Euro Care to us.We came by and it has been an incredible experience. Excellent service, and they do what they say they are going to do and their prices are fair.Yes, we are going to come back with our Mercedes Sprinter because it needs some work as well and I cannot recommend these guys enough.Excellent service.

I have been going to USP for a decade and a half. And very proud to recommend quite a few friends to them.Tyler and Eddie are always top notch. Chris has always been great too.In today s day and age, honest shops are hard to find. This is DEFINITELY one of them, and they are incredibly knowledgeable.Recently had an issue that was a little baffling, one of those issues that happens, but stops when you get to the shop.We have all had them (or will if you have not yet). Thank you Tyler of USP Euro for being an honest, reliable when it came to my BMW X6 50i. I am very knowledge when it comes to my vehicle and the prices at the Manufacturer once out of warranty were just outrageous. I met Tyler, he just gave me the proper run down, which I already knew with good fair pricing. I would say absolutely no surprises, no outrageous labor fees, just good honest shop that i would recommend to anyone with a BMW before leaving the Manufacturer with a $542 Diagnostic free, anxiety and no work completed. I am a customer now for life.

We were purchasing a used vehicle local to USP Euro Car Care and worked with them to perform a Prepurchase Inspection (PPI) as we were from out of town. They were great to work with being flexible scheduling the inspection and worked well with both us and the seller. The report was comprehensive, detailed and timely! Pricing was reasonable and the whole process met or exceeded expectations!

This was by far the best experience I've had with any shop, including the dealership even when my car was still under warranty and lease. Rafael was very honest, professional and thorough with what my car needs were. He kept in contact with me the entire time my vehicle was there, it was an awesome experience and he was super detailed. I had a lot of work done on my 2013 GLI and they by far exceeded my expectations with the quality of work and their prices were great. Best money I've ever spent. I'm the original owner of the car and it feels like I just drove off the dealership lot in 2013. I highly, highly recommend USP. Will only bring my vehicle here from now on. Wish I found them sooner. If I could give USP and Rafael more stars I would!

They were unable to fix my car as it needed to go to the dealership. However, they did all they could to diagnose the problem and explain it to me in terms I could understand. Friendly, professional, and provided a spotless waiting area. I will go back the next time I need service. I have already recommended them to a friend!

I really enjoyed my visit for an oil change on my Audi A4 they had a coupon online as well really good price! I couldn t get the car wash that was included in my coupon because It was already 40 minutes away from closing however that didn t bother me because the pricing was cheaper than any other location I been to! You can even book your appointment online! It s awesome go check them out if you want a reliable company fixing your euro car. Rafael helped me out in the front desk he was really nice and attentive answering all my questions. Thank you for making my first time visit worth the wait! I will be back Service: Oil change

What a place! I was a bit skeptical upon arrival (did not have a good experience at another euro car shop) but this place not only reassured me but also made everything plain and simple. Rafael L not only helped me at the front but also talked me through their process and even walked me to the back where the mechanics work to see what repairs needed to be done with my own eyes! What a way to build trust and a loyalty customer! They even offer ways for financing if you do have an unexpected repair. Will be coming here for all my car repair needs or maintenance!

Rafael gave me SUPERIOR customer service. Unlike other auto repair businesses this one definitely has class and also has set a high standard when it comes to professionalism. Instead of just telling me what was wrong with my vehicle, Mike who graced my Range Rover with his hands, actually showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and that made me feel confident in my choice to receive services from USP. Being a female not once did I feel like they were trying to get over on me and that felt great. A successful and great business starts with the HEAD(owner) and USP as a whole from front staff to back staff truly identified that. Thank you USP for everything, you forever have a customer when it comes to me.

Very delighted with the work done on our VW Bettle. Work was completed on time for a reasonable price far from what the dealership would have charged. Recommendation made with no pressure to repair like the sky is falling down. The environment is very welcoming and friendly. The shop personnel were honest and professional. They kept me posted as work was done on the vehicle and ask for feedback. I highly recommend this establishment for any repair work done onGermany cars.
