I've been taking my cars to John for a few years now. The last couple of days he serviced 5 cars for me. He tries his best to give a good deal on tires and service. We did three oil changes, three alignments, three coolant fluid flushes, three transmission flushes and three set of new tires. All done in a timely fashion. It was extremely busy the day after Christmas but him and his team took care of us.Now I did have a small issue with one of my cars and John didnt play the blame game with me and made sure to resolve the issue.Nobody is perfect and as you see from the reviews, customers have different experiences with the shop. But for me, when I need work done on my cars I bring it to John and his team and they get it done for me.Overall, I rarely leave reviews, but when I ran into an issue with one of my cars. I respected the way he handled the situation.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place! I wouldn t trust this place to align my skateboard!Brought my F150 for an alignment and they couldn t get it driving straight after numerous alignments.Staff told me my wheels were bad and have a radial pull I spent $1,000 on new wheels, they still couldn t get it to drive straight, and then told me the new tires have a radial pull because of the way they are stacked during shipping.The manager, John, stated he would refund me the cost of the alignment, but never did.The other gentlemen working the counter who speaks poor English is basically clueless and has no knowledge of this field.The technicians don t care.Can t believe this place has great reviews. I don t understand how anyone can safely trust this place.

Great service. Had new wheels and tires I bought online mounted and balanced and had an alignment. Antoine at the desk was professional and nice. The technician (unfortunately don't know his name) that worked on my car took great care not to scratch my new wheels. He did a great job even though my center caps were too tight from the factory. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

So I brought my van there because I had some fluid in my driveway under the vehicle. Not a lot. But after driving and parking I would see a small leak. They diagnosed a fan issue. No overheating mind you. Then they rediagnose and determined that it needed a water pump and a thermostat $1500. Ok. Had it done. Picked it up. Two hours later I am stuck in a gas station with the same leak only worse. Still no overheating but steam coming from the overflow. Had to add two gallons of anti freeze. Called them. They said to limp it back to them. They diagnose note with a pin hole in a hose connection. Ok. Fix that. Then after calling for three days with no answers. I finally call and get told that there is a fan issue. Another $500. Mind you this is over a 6 day period where they could not get parts or even answer the phone. When they answer I get put on hold for 20/30 mins. I have been going here for about 1 and a half years. All of my vehicles serviced here. They changed the manager and the service writers not long ago. I think they must be on commission. I feel scammed, lied to, and conned. I am about $2800 dollars into this so far for what I feel was just the fan issue. This is a 4 year old vehicle. I also had them look at another of my vehicles before all of this and they quoted $4500 for a repair that I just had quoted at about $2000. I would not have them work on my vehicles if they broke down in their parking lot. Do not use this place at all.

Outstanding service at a fair price. John and his team care about their customers and delivering quality work. I ve been taking all of my vehicles to them for 6 years. Highly recommend!

I had a puncture and called Tire Choice for an appointment. From scheduling through getting it done was flawless. I used Tire Choice in the past several times, they excel in customer service and courtesy. Highly recommended.

We have been long term customers - 12 years - but no more. The treatment we've been receiving over the last year has been the worst. Rude staff, failure to communicate, and failure to resolve problems. The latest interaction was down right disrespectful of my wife. We won't be back.

Randy and John at the Coral Springs location went above and beyond to get my wife s car up and running. Honest, trustworthy and promises kept. It was a wonderful experience. I won t go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

My son ran over something and punctured his front tire, we limped into Tire Choice 5 minutes before it was due to close. Laurice (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) jumped right on it, patched the tire and had us out of there in 15 minutes. He could have easily said that everything was shut down and that I would have to come back tomorrow, be he didn't and that's great service!

It s been a steady decline in service quality and general quality for about 2 years. Misquotes, back and forths about having parts, not having parts, having parts, wait, we need to order the part and now tires. Was quoted on 4 tires 2 weeks ago. Made the appointment in store to come in 2 weeks ago with the quote, assuming this would be confirmation enough that I would need these 4 tires on this date. I have no interest in how sorry the store manager is that they don t carry the tires I was quoted for because they didn t order them, I set the appointment for today two weeks ago assuming that issue would have been resolved.Simply not a reliable shop these days, take your business elsewhere

I cannot for the life of me understand the point of making an appointment. Last time I was in, I was told I needed new tires. They gave me a quote and I made an appointment. Show up for my appointment and they tell me they don t have the tires, despite them quoting me and me having an appointment for over two weeks. They told me to come back tomorrow when I work. What was the point of the quote and appointment if they weren t going to be prepared for it?

Went there for a scheduled oil change in the morning and was told I d need to leave my car till 5 pm. What s the point of scheduling lube service if you have to leave your car on something that takes 20 minutes?My advice is if you just need an oil change then find places that do just that.

I just wanted to take a moment to come on here and complement the service that I just received at this location. Typically, I usually get my oil changed across the street at another location. After taking my car there on Friday there negligence they forgot to put a park that properly on my vehicle, resulting in falling off underneath the vehicle.Today on July 2 I walked in this location to see if they can help me with getting this piece back on my vehicle. Today is Sunday and when I walked in and I could tell that they were very busy. The gentleman at the counter assured me that they would be able to help me if I returned in one hour they would be more than happy to help. I came back an hour later my car was immediately taken back and they repaired the piece that needed to be replaced.I can tell you right now this location just gained a new customer. Thank you for the excellent customer service, and fixing negligence of another local shop, which was directly across the street from. Don t go to Mobile 1 on wiles and coral ridge FYI

After john left this place has gone down ... wouldn't even let them put air in my tires let's put it that way ... very sad that they don't take care of workers that are assets to the company the numbers don't lie they will see the effects shame on them ....

Overall, poor service. I came in for an oil change and was quoted a wait time of ~1 hour. After inspection, they recommended new wiper blades, an engine filter, and cabin filter. They didn't tell me the cost. I agreed, and unbeknownst to me, they had to have them shipped from another store. A 45 minute delay occurred, after which I was told they ordered the wrong engine filter and it would be another long delay to get the correct one. I chose to leave and will be going elsewhere in the future.

I honestly hate to call mechanics or service my car alone because as soon as they hear that I'm a woman, They overcharge me and the treatment was poor, pretty horrible. Yesterday i called this location asking for an oil change, and the person that answered the phone quoted me a hundred dollars.. Then he proceeded to say that prices of oils were high when i asked why so much money. I have a little bit of knowledge of what an oil change should cost so I asked my husband to help me. He called later that afternoon. he made an appointment for me and they told him that the oil change was going to be seventy.. off course.. This morning, I had an appointment at nine A.M and when I came into the office, The person on the counter didn't see my appointment, I was the only car in the parking lot and he proceeded to say that an oil change was going to be at least an hour and thirty minutes.. extremely unprofessional, and I will never use this location again. business practices like my experience are not acceptable and women should be treated with the same consideration as man do.

A big thanks to Brendan for helping me out. I brought my car in for a nail in the tire. I already stopped by another place and they wanted me to buy two new tires. Brendan and his team took a look and we're not only able to patch my tire but did it for free because Brendan realized I bought my tires at another branch of Tire Choice. I appreciate the team looking out for the customer. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any auto needs in the future. Thank you again!

I came here on 1/24/23 after noticing that I needed to put air in one of my tires every 2-3 days over a course of 7 days. I, also, want to preface that I had a lot going on that day, and I needed to urgently drive hundreds of miles up to Tennessee to be with family that needed me; I didn t mention any of this to the staff when I arrived because I knew I d probably break down and cry which they didn t need to hear all of that personal stuff.I m so thankful that I walked in here that day because their service was a breath of fresh air during a stressful time. The staff was professional, courteous, and they were able to repair my tire quickly (about 45min) AND for free! The only regret I have is that I didn t catch everyone s names, and wish I could give them credit on this post. I ve already recommended this place to friends and will definitely come back.

This Tire Choice Auto Center in Coral Springs is my go to for years for all my family car repairs. Honest and reliable service. The manager John is honest and knowledgeable regarding car maintenance issues. That is why I recommend them often to others that need quality work done.

I brought a company van in at 8:30 AM today for an oil change and tire rotation had left it was told it should be ready around 2:30. I took an Uber and when I arrived I noticed it was parked where I originally parked it. They hadn t started working on it and I never received a call informing me.Finally worked on it almost 2:45 and completed it about 4:15 unacceptable and should have been called disappointed and wouldn t recommend

Best service I've had in a long time, Randy is very professional and knows what he's talking about. Being a retired auto technician myself it's easy to cut through the BS that is found at most auto repair shops these days but I have to say I didn't get that with Randy at Tires Choice in Coral Springs. I came in for a tire which had a belt separation along with balance and alignment and that's what I got and at a fair price. Done in a few hours and the car runs great. Thank's Randy, I'll be seeing ya soon!

A fantastic auto shop, my car always drives better than when I brought it in; it's the only place I take my car for repairs. It's certainly on the more expensive side, but I feel the service they provide justifies the price; you will get your money's worth. The staff is friendly and do their best to give you the best deal possible.

The manager John has been working there for many years and is a super nice guy. He and Randy will find the tires and parts you want, have them shipped to them very quickly and for the best possible price. If any service needs adjustments, they will gladly do it with no drama. It's always a pleasure dealing with them. They've just replaced the tires on my Chrysler and ordered the solid lug nuts I was looking for to replace the garbage original nuts that come with flimsy caps (some of you will know what I am talking about), which will expand over time and don't even fit the standard jack wrench without hammering it in. I didn't even know this existed until I had to replace a flat on the roadside with no success. Apparently this is a common problem with some Fords, Chryslers and Dodge.
