Worst place I been to by far. I went here for a simple oil change and provided everything for it. The guy keeps me there over an hour to tell he can't change my oil because it was hot and the oil pin was very tight. And to top it off the guy STILL has the nerve to charge me full price after doing nothing for my car and wasting my time. He held my keys hostage. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend this place for anybody.

Best mechanic shop in the area, very fair rates as well. Owner is a great down to earth guy as well. Wow! Really happy to have come here and deal with Kyle after being told they couldn t help me with a simple patch on a tire and needing to purchase a whole new tire at Pep Boys. Kyle was such an honest and hardworking mechanic and I really appreciated this business when I needed the help! 100% recommend and will return after this experience.

I have been taking my car to Sample Tire for at least 8 years. My car is an '05 Honda now with over 130K miles on it, mostly requiring only basic maintenance (oil changes and such), but actually requiring very little in the way of repairs (so far!) I was referred to Sample Tire by my neighbors, who have 2 cars and a work van. The current owners, Joe and Gary, who took the business over from Ron several years ago, are warm and personable, honest, and don't beat around the bush. There are times I have been told by my car dealership that my car needs hundreds or thousands of dollars' worth of work; when I have brought it to Sample Tire for a "second opinion," they have been honest with me and have told me what work is really necessary, and what is not. For whatever work is needed, their prices are significantly less than the dealership, and the work is just as reliable. I have never had a problem with my car after they have worked on it.I live within a couple of miles, so they are kind enough to drive me home if I have to leave my car there all day, and they come get me later to pick up my car when they're finished. If you don't live close enough for them to do that, there is a little waiting area in their (air conditioned) office, and there are also some local places to grab a bite to eat if you have to wait.I trust them to do good work for fair prices, and not to rip me off and recommend work I don't need. I highly recommend them. It is hard to find proverbial honest mechanics, but here they are!

Scam Alert!!!!! This is not the same people as before the pandemic. Notice all the great reviews this business had years ago. Not many new ones. Sure off to a bad start. (Bentley) is running the business now! He kept my vehicle hostage after misdiagnosing the issue. He tried to over charge me on parts and labor. He even tried stealing/keeping parts. Made me pay $1650 to get my vehicle and parts disassembled. Rushed me to pay and setup the tow truck and then closed the shop and parked a fork lift behind the vehicle so the tow truck couldn t pick it up. He finally let the vehicle go days later but without the engine head. Made me give him more money to give it back. Avoid this place if you don t want to get ripped off!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

When my Honda unexpectedly needed a new battery & everyone else was quoting me high prices and long wait times I drove out to Coral Springs to see if Sample Tire could help me. The owner, Joseph immediately shot up out of his chair to help me. I was so delighted to hear they could do the work quickly and for way below any other price I'd been given. Within the hour I was out the door with a brand new battery. I am so grateful to have found an honest auto repair shop with kind, friendly employees. The mechanic Luis was awesome! I love when I can shop local and support the small business owner! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I sincerely hope to not need any car repairs (sorry, Joseph!) but when I do I will gladly take my car to Sample Tire.

My first experience with Joe was by phone. I told him I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and to balance the tires. Right away he told me that I likely wouldn't need to balance the tires and explained his reasoning. I appreciated that greatly! So many places will give you services you don't even need so they can make a quick buck. Upon arriving at my appointment, Joe was very welcoming and personable. While I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, his mechanic stated that my tires really didn't need to be rotated. I thought to myself, "how can that be? I haven't rotated them in over 17k miles." Since I do mostly highway driving my tires wore evenly. I couldn't believe he talked me out the rotation! If you're looking for a place to go with great service that is reputable, I highly recommend Sample Tire & Auto Repair. Decent service is hard to come by these days, let alone GREAT service. Thank you Joe for looking out for me and my van!! I appreciate you saving me some money and being honest.

I live 3 hours away and had a meeting in Coral springs. my entire car was shaking. Joe and Luis took such great care of me. Drove me to and from my meeting, changed my tires double checked all my fluids. Got my car detailed in the parking lot. All while I was at my meeting. Thank you so much for your help!! I would definitely recommend this shop!!!!

Five stars all the way!!! Joe is amazing! Very honest communicative and helpful. I had an old car sitting for a long time I brought it to him for a check up before giving the to my grandmother. He explained everything to me clearly and had everything replaced very quickly. I will be bringing him all my company vehicles from now on. I am so glad we found Joe on Google. Thank you so much Joe and Gary! I hope to work with you again soon.

Sample tire was fast and the price was good. Joe is not only polite he cares about customers. Hard to find. Got my axle fixed on my hyundai. I live close and will go back. I recommend this place to everyone. Joe was very helpful with future work i will need. Eileen Mike

I kept getting a tire pressure sensor warning on my dash and my back left tire was leaking a few pounds of pressure daily. I couldn't find the nail for the life of me. I brought my car to Sample Tire & Auto and within minutes they were able to find the tiny nail (the size of a staple - with no head), remove it, and plug my tire. They also checked my other three tires and adjusted them to the proper pressure. I was in and out in minutes.Due to their great customer service with my tire issue I decided to bring my car back to Sample Tire & Auto when I needed my brakes done and tires rotated today. Again, Joe was happy to help me and answered any questions I asked. As promised, they had the car ready for me to pick up on my lunch break and it's back to running as good as new.I highly recommend Sample Tire & Auto. Both Joe and Gary really know their stuff and are honest, good mechanics. I will continue to bring my cars and all of my family's cars to this shop. I couldn't be happier.

Love this place, the owner Joe was very personable and interactive with my needs. I felt like I was back home in New York. And he explained the details of my tire repair on my Cadillac. Very Highly Recommended. I stopped by here as I read it had good reviews and boy where they right!!! Joe and Gary introduced themselves right away and provided very honest feedback.I was having engine problems and also needed new tires on my car and they were able to address the issue right away and the cost to fix was very economical and fast!If you need your car or truck worked on, this is the place to go. Worth the Drive!!!

Even though I live in Miramar, this place is almost 30 miles away from me, if I ever had a problem with my vehicle this would be the place to go, for they are the most honest sincere vehicle repair place in Broward County. The owner and the mechanics are so honest that it's hard to believe. I just hope they never change. If you want honest sincere work done on your vehicle without getting ripped off. This is the place to go.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR AUTO REPAIR!! by far the best customer service experience in South Florida!! if you love that mom and pop feeling then bring your business here! Although another person double booked me and another customer I was still able to have service done with no hassle or extra lateness. The work was amazing and the staff is friendly and the prices are fair and they even give you a report of future work that will be eventually needed. Stopped in for a quick tire repair, that my normal shop for the past 10 years was too busy to be bothered with. Joe was honest, helpful, very friendly and treated me like family. Took care of my tire on the spot and was very reasonably priced. This is my new go to place for auto repairs.

Joe the owner is very hospitable, personable and just overall very friendly. He made us feel like we've known him for years! Prices are fair and he keeps you informed without upcharging you. We will definitely be returning for any other repairs!

Joe & Gary were able to provide me, a young college guy who is a novice in terms of cars, with excellent service.Very approachable, honest, and efficient. I was able to get some parts replaced in a timely manner considering I was a walk-in right before their lunchtime. I would definitely recommend this place!

I usually get my oil changed at Firestone and my car is always returned to me full of grease stains. I decided to try this place. So happy I did. My car was spotless. Great service, great owner, great prices!!! I will be back for all my services. I recommend to all!!!!

I would highly recommmend this shop. Joe and Gary really understand the in and outs of this business. My cars ac hadn t been working for close to a year, they were able to find the problem, order parts, and fix it very quickly and professionally. They are fair with pricing, and treat customers with great respect. If you have a problem with your car, I wouldn t hesitate give them a call!

Best service I've found in Coral Springs. They service all my vehicles, 1 work truck and 2 personal cars.Joe and Gary are extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reliable.You should definitely give them a call or pass by, I recommend them to my local neighbors and friends.

By far and away the most honest mechanics that I have found in the state of Florida!!!! I leave satisfied every time knowing that my car has been their hands. From Joe who always treats me with the utmost respect and Gary who knows more about cars than anyone I have met and of course Luis who carefully marks and knows my own car better than I do!!!!!

Excellent customer Service by Joe. I was looking for just one tire and he helped me to get it quick, next day, quote was fast and accurate, cheapest place I quoted.I went next day and he had the tire, Luis changed it quick and clean, replaced the spare with the new tire.I would recommend this place if you need a very quick, honest and clean job.

Joe and Gary worked on my 66' mustang fastback that had not been running for three years. They towed it for me, changed the gas in the tank, oil change, put a new carburetor on it along with a new battery.All at a very fair price, and it runs great. Highly recommend them for any of your auto needs, you will not be disappointed,,, I wasn'tKevin J Lawler

I have been here twice and Luis and Joe are great! As far as service and knowledge, they have always been very helpful. Came on a Thursday and I got in and out within the hour, offered me water and got to talk with Joe while my car was getting service on my car done. Come to them!!!

Joe and Gary are the most honest and nicest guys you would ever want to meet.I own several local businesses in Coral Springs, and this is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles to. They get them in and out quickly, and only sell you want you need.Use them, you will not be sorry!!
