My wife brought her car in to be checked. Jorge called me stating my car has been in major crash and it needs to go to a body shop. I told him my wife and I have never been in car accident with that car. To which he replied I have been doing this for over 25 years ago, I know what I m talking about mind you the car has 0 body damage. I asked him to send me pictures and he said absolutely not this car has been involved major accident he then demanded I tell my wife to be there by 5:30. To which I told him she is at work 30 miles away and would have to take an Uber. He replied she needs to be here by 5:30. My father in law went over and would not put it on the lift to show him the damage. He again told my father in law the car was in a major accident and needs to go to a body shop and my father in law told him that is not true to which he responded I know what I am talking about. My father in law brought it to a different place and they stated anything couldve caused it and there is 0 evidence of any major accident. Mind you the damage was underneath the car.

I recently took my vehicle to Firestone in Coral Springs for service on a used vehicle that I purchased several months ago which was covered under a service contract. The store manager, James was very responsive and patient during my visit. He explained the service contract process and made it very easy for me to understand next steps. Thank you James and staff for consistency in providing steller customer service.

This location has constant turnover of staff and hard to make appointments. Last visit was for a lifetime wheel alignment. They claimed the print out of the alignment was unavailable due to the machine being broken so I had no proof of services. Same day my AC stopped working. Took it to the dealership and they found that my AC was just unplugged and did not charge me for the service. Of course I have no proof of this but it worked perfectly fine before visiting Firestone.

On 3/12/2024 I took my 1998 Jeep Cherokee to have it checked for an intermittent rattling noise coming from the front of the engine compartment in the area of the fan and a/c. The day prior, I had made an appointment for 9:30am. I left the car at their shop just before 9:30am. I was not called within 2 hours as I was told by James (Store Manager), therefore I called them 3� hours later for them to give me the results of their diagnosis. The person who answered the telephone, who I think was Jorge, told me that it had not been worked on. I told him that I had left it there at 9:30 and with an appointment. After being on hold for about 5 minutes, James then came on the telephone and told me that two pulleys had to be replaced and that it would cost over $600. I told him to do it. James called at about 4:00pm to tell me that it was ready and that it would be $471 because they only replaced one of the pulleys. I had to pry out of him that they called two places but did not have the other pulley in stock. So, basically the repair was incomplete. He stated that they also replaced the serpentine belt. I picked up the Jeep and it seemed fixed.However, 9 days later, a whistling sound began to come from the same area of the engine. I called to make another appointment for 3/22/2024 at 9:30. James told me that they would check it and that it would take about 2 hours to give me a diagnosis. James did not call me until almost 3 hours later, but that is fine. He told me that the serpentine belt needed to be tightened. I went to pick up the Jeep at 1:30pm. When I arrived, there were two customers waiting at the counter with Jorge (Vehicle Services Manager) behind the counter. James was not there. Jorge seemed slow while in front of the computer screen and it took him more than 10 minutes to charge the lady that was first. Next, he helped the man who must have been there for some warranty work because James told the man to go to his vehicle to get the odometer reading (instead of Jorge doing it himself). Meanwhile, a young man came in from the repair shop with the paperwork of a vehicle that had just been completed. I continued to wait for the second customer to be helped with his odometer reading for another 15 minutes. Then, Jorge proceeded to help a 3rd customer whose paperwork had come in while I had been standing there waiting all this time. I complained about my not being next. My paperwork must have been brought in about 1� hour before the paperwork of the 3rd customer. The 3rd customer had been sitting in the lobby all this time until he was called. Jorge asked the 3rd customer if he minded my being tended to first. The 3rd customer responded that if I had issues to go ahead (as if it was my fault that I was being ignored). Jorge looked up my paperwork, gave me the key and no paperwork to show that I had been there. My Jeep was not even parked in the pickup area, even though it has been ready for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had to look for it, only to find it was still inside the shop. Apparently, the mechanic did not want to get wet because it was drizzling outside. After approval by the mechanic, I had to back it out of the shop in order to leave with it. In summary, it seems that they want to run the store with insufficient number of staff, and what they have do not seem to be very good at what they do. Stay away from this place; they are not professional at all!

I have 3 cars that I ve taken to Firestone for various reasons over the last 3 years. This doesn t count my grandson and son s cars that have also been customers because of me. Today, I called, and in the middle of me asking if I could get an appointment to get my battery tested, I was interrupted and asked to hold. 10 minutes later, Shane got on the line with no apologies for the excessive hold time. He looked up my vehicle by phone number and then when I tried to resume my ask for assistance with my battery, he interrupted me to state Well, I can t check the battery if it s not here!! The entire reason I was calling was to simply ask if I could schedule a time to bring my vehicle in to get tested. I told him his comment was snarky and rude and he replied well it s truth without your car,I can t check your battery! Shane seemed too busy to listen and his sarcasm and rude phone manners have lost them a customer. I wanted to get an appointment for me to have my battery tested and Shane preferred to be sarcastic instead. No thanks. Good customer service is a must!

Between Jorge, James, and Shane, Firestone has an incredible team at this location! Whether simple routine oil changes, or more complicated issues like electrical problems or a whole new braking system, I ve never been disappointed with the service I ve received. All of these gentlemen go out of their way to put the customer first, to provide transparency in their service, and to offer realistic expectations, even while they work hard to meet and exceed their commitment. It s not easy to find quality, ethical mechanics who treat both you and your vehicle with respect and care, so as long as these guys remain on the Firestone team, I will highly recommend, because they ve found a loyal customer in me!

They were very helpful in trying to keep the costs down which I appreciate but I did ask for two areas to be checked on and they did not check those areas. The work was done quick and satisfactory.

There were several things that went wrong. The first thing was your representative Jorge, was googling me, and showing the picture of my drivers license around to the staff and lobby. That is unacceptable. Secondly, the bill was totally padded with things I did not want. I told him very specifically all I wanted was three tires. he had me pushing buttons, apparently for a fire stone credit card that I was not aware of and now I have been denied with a hard inquiry, and this has affected my credit. That too is unacceptable. When picking the car up at the end of the day, I understand it was raining like monsoon, but somebody pulled up right in front of the entrance of the facility and then somebody else parked right next to them. So when I went to leave, I could not leave the entire area was blocked off by two cars and that should never have happened. I feel as though fire stone takes advantage of cute blonde women! That, too, is far beyond acceptable. If you allow this to happen, you are setting yourselves up for major major lawsuits. Enclosing having been a longtime customer of Firestone throughout the state of Florida, I will never ever frequent fire stone if this is your acceptable behavioral policy. This review will be posted everywhere and anywhere so that people are not victimized just because they are winning.

Armando took excellent care of me today. His service was fast and he showed me how to read the tire dates on my car and the proper way to rotate tires. I bought a tire because there was a nail in it and it wasn't able to be patched or plugged. If your in need of service stop by or call. Ask for Armando the store manager. He is the best.

Avoid this place if you don't want to waste time and money.Took my car in for oil change and said to service mngr.Jorge to check my battery and charging system. Picked up my car on Monday and he said my car was OK for battery and charging. So if it was OK then why was my battery cutting out all week driving for Uber?Took it back to Firestone on Friday and got my car back on Saturday because they couldn't get authorization from Hertz to put a new battery in the car.Then why tell me to come pick up the car which supposed to be ready when I got there on Saturday after I paid Uber 3 times to get me there to pick up my car which was supposed to be finished service in the first place. I've had problems servicing my car at this Firestone before and I'll definitely look elsewhere from now on.

Almost 5 hours to fix a mail in the tire. Had purchased roadside hazard when tires purchased and they tried to charge me $30 for the repair. Glad I keep all my paperwork!!!!

I recently had an oil change a week ago. I started to notice oil on the floor . I called the shop and the manager Jorge told me to bring my car in. He gave my car another full inspection and was able to correct the problem without issues.

Horrible customer service. Arrived as soon as they were open to have a tire removed and a patch installed. Took well over 2 hours, manager could have cared less. Another young man came in to start his shift and made sure I was taken care of.

It was the worst experience, costumer service is zero , they are extremely rude , dropped my car at 7:00 am , with an appointment, and they never call me back with the diagnostic until 5:30 pm that that I called them, they didn t do nothing on my car and they didn t care, the Armando he said he doesn t have last name was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never use this business again .Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Came in to get a tire fixed that was leaking air due to a leaking valve stem. I came later in the day around 6 pm. George was very transparent that they would not be able to get to my car until the following morning, which was not a problem. I called around 10 am, and they said I d be able to pick up the car in the next hour. The car was ready when they said it would be, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the repair, which I was expecting to be much more expensive. Overall, I am very satisfied with my service, the fair pricing, and not being upsold additional repairs as a female customer with limited car knowledge. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs when needed.

I was in need of 4 tires. Made an appt to drop off sat morning. During the appt making, I gave my car information and they said it was all good for sat. Dropped off sat early and they said should be ready by noon. Came back around 1230...they said it was still not ready. I got a call at 4pm saying they didn't have the tires...however it was going to be delivered Monday. I was super upset I lost my whole sat...but...I understand things happen....waited until Monday. MOnday I went to drop it off early...everything was all set...however...the total changed from $500 to $780. They said they only had the more expensive tires that would fit my car.What?!? You couldn't tell me this on Saturday?!! I was very upset.If you decide to go there, make sure you confirm everything 3x before wasting ur time.

Jorge and James are great. A couple of weeks ago I was concerned about the work that was performed on my vehicle which I mentioned in their survey. At that point i was done. THEY INITIALIZED THE PROCESS OF RESOLVING MY CONCERNS. They took the time to explain to me what was happening with my vehicle and the solution.

Jorge and James were awesome. They both took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my truck and why. Jorge gave me more details on what will happen if I continue to drive my truck if it does not get fixed soon. All in all the employees here are great. Great conversation and laughs. Best of all, I was given donuts . I will continue to come to Firestone. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

If inefficiency was a company it would be fire stone. They may have good pricing but getting things done in a timely manner is not their strong suite. Car needed an axel repair and has been at the shop for two days. A job that should only take two hours has turned into a complete fiasco. They have no regard on the impact their lack of organization has on other people. Disappointing.

Incredibly Flexible and AccommodatingWhen I arrived it was less than hour to close with a lobby full of customers. I was told they would be able to look my car 1st thing the next morning. If you can avoid going here I would highly suggest that you do at all cost. Don't waste your time or money on a chain autoshoppe like Firestone. A few days ago a tire on my car popped and I needed a new one. Since it was late and I wasn't close to my mechanic I decided to buy a tire from Firestone since they were able to sell me one for $81. Not bad considering the shoppe across the street was wanting to sell me a tire for 181. At any rate, I found out the next day from my mechanic that my other tires needed to be replaced as well and that all of the tires on my car should be the same. Unfortunately my mechanic couldn't find the exact tire that was put on so I went back to Firestone and while they had the same tires in stock they charged $98 per tire!! Even though I argued that I spent 81 they didn't budge. In total, to put 3 additional tires on and an alignment it cost me 508!! Absolutely insane. A guy working there even lied straight to my face and told me that I needed my breaks flushed. Little did he know I just had them flushed less than 3 months ago. He also said that something else needed to be done which wasn't the case. The problem with these "chain" autoshoppes is that they will upcharge and lie to you about services that need to be done that don't need to be. I am grateful to have an honest and caring mechanic and in the months I've been with him he's taught me a lot of things along the way. These chain places could care less about explaining the work they do and what is/isn't necessary when it comes to the maintenance of your vehicle.

This was my first and will be my last time here. One tire change took 7 hours. I Dropped my car off at 7:20am as I had an appointment and was promised to be finished by 11am. I called at 1pm after not hearing anything all day from them just for them to say in a hour they will be done. I arrived at 2pm and seen 2 other people waiting since 7am as well. My simple recommendation is DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I would have read previous reviews first. DO NOT GO HERE. As stated above I simply went for 1 new tire.

Came in on Sunday the 18th to get a wheel alignment done, got it done was told that I needed two front tires, immediately after getting the alignment I went to get the tires changed. On my way driving home realized the car was still pulling even worst than before, called Firestone George or Jorge told me to bring it in the morning to get it rechecked, cool brought it at 8am Monday the manager Armando told me I had to wait 2:30 hours even though it s not a new job, and even though they knew I was bringing the vehicle back in. Armando was very rude and condescending to me, spoke to me as if I wasn t a person, telling me the tires are the issues even though I reiterate to him that I had the tires changed. Will not return to any Firestone and will not recommend.Service: Wheel alignment

I went in because I was smelling gas and my car was leaking oil. My car was there from 7:00 am till 6:00 pm on day 1 they claimed to have fixed the oil leak and made me pay $326 and my car is still leaking oil. They had my car from 8:30 am day 2 till day 3 1:30 pm. They removed my fuel pump and told me it was broken and they couldn't put it back on the car when I drove it there on day 2 and basically left me with no choice but to pay them $1500, I basically feel like I've been violated and taken advantage of, this place is the worst possible place to fix your car. I would suggest not going to them unless you would like to be screwed over big time.
