My car was shaking every time I hit the gas pedal and I couldn t go over 30 miles an hour without it shaking like crazy. I called Expert Car Care and talked to Fran. He said i could drop the car off at anytime. They called and let me know what they found wrong with the car and the price. The car was ready so fast by the next day they said it was ready for pickup. The price was very fair and the car drives better than ever. I can t say enough great things about Fran and James. They are great mechanics who know their stuff. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs. 5 Stars!

I legit love these guys. Very knowledgeable when it comes to cars and very honest. Very honorable group of guys they have working there. And I ve got to admit the coolest show room I ve ever seen. Feels like I m sitting in a cafe. Best part has to be the cookies. They have the best cookies and coffee.

I ve been to plenty of auto shops, and talked to even more shop techs than I could count. I have never had better auto service and customer service until I came here. I called in last minute for tire install, brake and rotor replacement, and an alignment. Franz told me they could take care of me. When I got there Emilio and Franz were so friendly, gave me transparent and honest quotes on everything I was trying to get serviced. The prices here are so transparent and great. Mike worked on my car and was so honest, friendly, and transparent with what was wrong, what needed to be replaced, and gave me honest suggestions. I have never had such great service before in my life. Don t even get me started on how nice and clean the inside of the waiting area was. They had it fully loaded with coffee, wifi, and the works. I will only be coming here from now on. Thank you Franz, Mike, and Emilio, you guys were great.

I have an old car. I love my car and want to keep it going for many years to come. I trust ExpertCarCare with my car completely. They are honest, professional, attentive and do the work that is needed for what I believe is a fair price. My car runs great after having work done here.

First time I came into this place was to change all of my tires. The guys did a great job and gave me a great price. The service was awesome and even more so, I had nails in my tires and figured to come here in hopes they d remember I had new tires. They helped me out no question so quickly and continuously lend me a hand when I need help with my tires. This place is great I recommend 100%!!!

Don't blink or you may pass Expert Car Care, hidden inside a strip mall off Wiles. Today's experience was great - I came for a synthetic oil change and that's precisely what I got. The whole process took under an hour while I waited inside their air conditioned industrial-style seating area. While there, I spied some confections, and enjoyed a cup of Nespresso coffee. Thanks to a 50% coupon, I received a full synthetic oil change for under $50. The mechanics were friendly and full of information; and I liked their upfront and honest pricing board (which also compared their hourly labor rates to other local shops). I will try these guys again for some anticipated engine work.

First time customer. I was very pleased with the service I received. A thorough inspection on my car, picture was provided to show the problem, and a breakdown of the cost. Very clean establishment, comfortable and customer friendly. I will be going back for all my future car maintenance.

The owner of Expert Car Care takes care of his business and his customers better than others take care of their family.From the visual, every morning thr owner wipes everything spotless, he provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for those that choose to wait.The work done is professional and thorough and even if he cannot locate the problem he will do all in his power to make your vehicle safe and secure for you to travel.

Great experience - fair prices and honest work. Had brakes down today on a jeep grand Cherokee.Had work on my Camaro and Maserati previously.Comfortable lounge area with wifi and coffee.Highly recommend

5/5 stars. Cordial, personable, courteous, professional employees treated me wonderfully! The explanations of what needed to be done and in what order was refreshing. Atmosphere of waiting room was nothing short of outstanding. Free coffee and snacks was welcomed. I will be a return customer for sure. I hope you open a new shop in Boca Raton. I think you would do well there!

Came in for an oil leak and was impressed with the friendly service. John understood my concerns and was very helpful. The team here took good care of my car and the repair was completed not long after I arrived. The waiting area is really nice, really clean and modern. It has all the amenities you could ask for along with good, upbeat music. Not common to see a really nice place like this.

Went to four other places before I found this one. I should of just came here first. I ran over a nail on the way to work today. Everyplace I went to said it would be at least a three hour wait... TO PLUG A TIRE! I walk in here and the guy behind the counter says roll your car around. He fixed my tire in 3 minutes. Guy is a like a one man nascar crew. He didn't even charge me for his time. I wish I had cash on me I would of gave him a tip. Ill be back to do my car maintenance here for sure. Also the lobby was super nice from what I saw too. Thanks again.

Recently went to Expert Car Care for the first time and was not disappointed. They fit me into their busy schedule after calling only a few hours prior. Franz and the team are kind and attentive, making sure that you're taken care. They provided a great overview of the outcome of the service as well as recommendations moving forward. The shop itself is very nice -- in the case that you need to wait for your vehicle, they have Nespresso coffee, comfy seating, and a great atmosphere.

Go elsewhere.I brought my nearly brand new BMW (3 months old) here to replace a flat tire. The process was quick and the staff was friendly. However, the charge (approximately $350) was about the same price as the dealership would have charged for the same tire replacement.More significantly, after paying for the service, I went out to my car and noticed that the rim had been scratched and gouged in several areas. Knowing that my car is almost brand new, and knowing that none of that damage was there before the tire replacement, I notified the technician and manager.� The manager took photos and videos of the damages but insisted that they "did not touch the wheel" during the tire replacement.� The manager advised that he would contact the owner and would call me back with a resolution the next day.I was not contacted the next day, so I called in to follow up.� The manager acknowledged that some of the damage was the result of their work, but denied being responsible for other aspects of the damage. He stated that he was waiting to speak with the owner of the company and would call me back to figure out how to deal with the issue.It has now been nearly a month without any attempt by the company to remedy the damage they caused or contact me to discuss it. In the meantime, I'll be incurring another $200 to refinish my wheel.My recommendation: save yourself the hassle and frustration and find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

Easily the best car service I have ever had. I took my car for service at the dealer and they gave me a list of things I needed to do at exorbitant prices. I took my car to Expert Car Care and they performed the service. The dealer said I needed both front and rear brakes Expert Car Care was honest and said all I needed was the front brakes as the rear still had approximately 70% wear left. They also did the alignment and replaced parts to get them in perfect alignment something the dealership said they couldn t do. I also purchased new tires to replace the one the dealer had sold me a couple of years ago which made my car noise really bad. Expert Car Care recommended tires and I cannot believe the difference in the road noise, the car is so much quieter. The tires in combination with the alignment make the car feel so much better to drive. I can t thank the technicians enough for their work on my car. I would without hesitation recommend this repair shop for their knowledge, integrity and their extremely reasonable prices.

Amazing work and amazing people. Very communicative and transparent with any problem minor to major. Helps you to feel in the know and reassured with the work being done to your vehicle which is a rare trait for mechanic shops. Would definitely trust and go to again no matter the issue.

Their name says it all Expert Car Care ! They were very professional, operate in a clean space, and their staff was very thorough in diagnosing and fixing my infinity. I had a vehicle inspection done by the dealer and the cost was astronomical. I made an appointment and was promptly seen when I arrived at the shop. I was given a written estimate within a few hours and My vehicle was ready by the end of the day with a two-year 24,000 mile warranty on the work they performed. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend expert car care for all your automotive repairs.

I brought my truck by and they diagnosed a major issue that the dealer was not taking responsibility for. They wrote up a report that undeniably pointed the finger at the dealerThey could have said they would do the work for less than the dealer and beat me. That was not the case and gladly sent me on my way back to the dealer. Expert is my Go To mechanic for sure, for ever!

3/29/2023 - F150 Alternator needed replaced, and John got the truck in last minute and got it replaced in about an hour and half. ThanksVery happy12/14/2022 - Upper Control Arm and Lower ball jointJohn is great! He said it would take approximately 3 hours to replace the Upper Control Arm and the Lower Ball Joint but, he only had the vehicle for one hour and 45 minutes and I was able to pick my grandson up from school. The truck runs great. Very happy. Thanks to John and Expert Car care I can go on are family holiday next week with the confidence that the the truck is in good running condition.Very Pleased4/14/2022 - John at the front desk is great and the Mechanic did a great job and in less time than quoted. Over all, it was awesome. Thank you

It s rare these days to find honest mechanics. I think that statement doesn t need explaining! From the moment you walk in you feel like you have stepped into an old school shop with top notch employees. I recommend these guys for all your car service needs.
