If I could give negative stars I would. Long story short I brought my Nissan Maxima in for door handle keyless entry not working. After multiple trips and wrong parts being fixed when I finally received my car back the mileage was up 20 miles and all my rims were damaged. This is a new car , clean no damages. Seems like someone took my car and drove it around. I brought this to their attention and they have yet to contact me to remedy this situation. Very infuriating .

I called 4 times to be put on hold all 4 times for so long it went back to the customer service desk. Drove 45 mins on a donut to be told that they couldn't verify my warranty until tomorrow. I live 2 hours away and couldn't drive that far on a donut. Had they answered the phone, I would not have wasted my time going there. I had to pay for a tire to get hack home. Customer Service here SUCKS!!

Horrible horrible dealership! Stay far away from this place, do yourself a favor.If you purchase a car here, you will deal with a chaotic and dishonest salesmen lying to you and overcharging you with each breathe. The intake team lies to you just to get you in and trap you in.If you need service, prepare to be HORRIFIED, with incompetent technicians and rude service reps, who waste your time. Terrible dealership across the board. We wonder who owns this terrible dealership, and doesn t give a darn about its customers.This is perhaps the worst Nissan dealership in the nation. AWFUL, awful, it does not get any worse than this.

Anthony colon was a great advisor. I was in and out and didn t Have to wait long for services. I did an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. Was in n out in 1.5 hrs. Was my first time here and would definitely be back.The Pembroke Pines location is horrible due to their lack of customer service, but this location has exceeded my expectations.

I had set up an appointment for an oil change. When I arrive I was asked if I can stay a little bit so they could update the backup camera software. 2 hours later after nobody even came to tell me how it was going I went and asked the service rep. He told me give them 15 to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I was still sitting there with no answer. I then asked if somebody else could check on it for me he said yes and then left me sitting there for another 20 minutes. I finally got a manager involved I got out of there 15 minutes after I spoke to the manager. They should have kept me updated and I ended up being there from 9:30 until 1. The only reason I will go back is for the oil changes that came with the maintenance plan that my husband bought for his truck. Otherwise I would never use this dealership again

On the recommendation of a friend,I had an inspection done under my warranty for transmission and other issues I was having. I was impressed with the quality of service and level of professionalism I had from both the service advisor , Francis Jose as well as the mechanic.I dropped my car off and received a text message with the issues they found and when I took it in to have the work done, Francis kept in touch with me , sending me regular updates and responding to my questions in a timely manner. The best thing was that my car was ready a day early, and he expedited the return of the rental car I had to accomodate a quick turnarournd for me. He showed me the parts which I could see was new and went over everything with me again.As the ex-wife of an auto tech it takes a lot to impress me and I also know what to look out for, but never felt like any repairs were being forced on me, especially since I have a warranty.I'm happy to say, this is the only place I will be taking my car to from now on.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I pretty much expect a wait whenever I go to a dealership and I'm a fairly patient person. I went to this dealership 2 weeks ago and waited 3-4 hours to get my passenger side rearview mirror fixed and my windshield wiper fluid reservoir fixed. They came to me at the end and said they didn't have the mirror but that they'd have it the following morning and it'd only take them 2 minutes to snap on the mirror. I returned the following day and the man who initially helped me was not there but after talking to another tech he said he found the part and it'd only be a few minutes. After and HOUR of waiting, I decided to see how much longer it was going to take. At that point I was told they didn't actually have the part but I could return 3 days later and they'd have it. Needless to say I asked for a refund and will not be returning to this dealership. I understand it gets busy but I shouldn't have had to wait an hour to find out they didn't have the part. I was also not compensated in any way for my trouble. I understand it gets busy and people make mistakes but as a company you should want to makeup for those mistakes in order to keep your costumers. In addition to all of that, there was also another angry costumer standing there as I was leaving.

Service Advisor very professional & polite. Gave coupons for my service but Advisor informed me its included in my warranty plan which was very refreshing. Just not sure if they sanitize inside of car once they are done.

Why make service appointments, have a customer drive out to the dealership, only be told it'll be a 1.5 - 2 hour wait for a basic oil change. What's the purpose of making appointments. That wait time is walk-in customer "wait-times", not I made an appointment and came in during my scheduled time "wait-time". It's JUST an oil change.

It s the first time that I go to Coral Springs Nissan (a friend recommended me). I went without expectations, and the time that I stay there it was totally worth it. They answered all my questions, I finally I got the car that I wanted. I really appreciated your help and time. Thanks Suleiman, Bill, and Omar for everything.

They didnt take my car for an oil change at 3:30 appoinment only or without appoinment i will need to come really early in the morning per the lady in the service deparmnet ...

I have leased Nissans past 20 years.Never had to wait for oil appointment that I had scheduled..... for 2.5 hours!!! Poorly managed place

Was quoted a price when I booked my appt then was told it would be almost double when I dropped off my car? Very disappointed. Take your vehicles elsewhere.
