They are clearly in the business of not repairing but re-selling. I brought in my car and dropped it off to have work done. They called me saying it was done- it wasn t. Now I m back. It s a waste of my time and I had to take off from work. This dealership has dropped in overall customer service. I ll be sending a letter to Kia corporate office. I love my Kia. But I am not a satisfied customer with those whose supposed to keep my car for as long as I want.

Saturday I had a scheduled oil change. My appointment was at 11:30am but I went it at 8:30 am to drop of my car so it can get serviced. My service advisor was not there yet they stated so I was like here we go again I jumped to conclusion because in the past before as you read the other comments yes customer service was horrible they would make you wait or having you waiting to see your service guy. Thank God this Saturday was a whole lot different Steven De La Cruz was able to help me. From the time I walked into the store he was very nice and helpful. He did not push over anything saying like you need to get this done now he would let you know the recommendation and why. I don t think I ever dealt with anybody at Kia that was informative like him. He kept up with me throughout the day with text and phone call about the status on my car. I used to hate going to Kia in Coral Springs, but he definitely changed that for me. I high suggest if you are going to Kia in Coral Springs to ask for Steven. If your looking for great customer service , feedback about your car and services he is the guy. I definitely used to be a person who give a 1 star to Kia but the service I received from Saturday morning to Monday evening the constant communication about my car I could not ask for much. Thank you once again Steven.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The customer service from the manager John to the advisor Steven the most frustrating unprofessional I ever had to deal with keep my car for a whole week just because of a battery issue and forget about talking to anyone that could be of help you have a call center who try to get in touch and only able to send out emails does not get responded to and leaving voice massages are pointless I really hate that I even have a Kia just because of the lack of compassion the have for there customers. Might I add I'm a very understanding individual but it's just ridiculous.

This is a criminal dealer , I bring my car because the air sensor is not good and them they call me to tell me my engine is broken and need change , can yours believe that !!I take my car and bring to my mechanic he changed the sensor and the car work goodAnd the people working there is so grossAnd don t know nothing about mechanic only know how steal your moneySo sad and totally disappointment

Disrespectful staff. They lie about your service and push you to buy unnecessary services. I arrived way early then my appointment and was told that was ok. My appointment was 3:20pm and I arrived 11:56am. If they let me know they wouldn t do it before the appointments I could come back. They said was ok. Then after 3 hours waiting I asked about my car (was supposed to be only oil changed) they even not started it! But the link they send to your phone shows your car in service! Total disrespect with customers. I then ask why they lied and the man responsible for the service told me he did mention it. Liar! I would not stayed if knew before they were not take my car. An old man next to me arrived the same time and he was on time for his schedule. They also did not started the services on his car. He stayed and waited more. I just left after losing almost 4 hours waiting for nothing!! I should leave before as I listen to other couple complaining their waiting of 5 hours! Total disrespect! Its not the first time kia coral springs show me a lack of customer service and assistance!! I really will change the dealers as soon my leasing finishes. Do not do KIA CORAL SPRINGS. Will give you headache. Always!!!

My car has been in twice last 6 months,about 2 months ago I spent closed to 500 dollars,I was told if I filled out the survey I would get free oil change,I filled out the survey twice and haven't gotten any coupons for a free oil change.

Checked in at 11:50 to have a chrome piece fixed. Was checking out at 12:15. Fantastic service.
