Always good service when I go to this store. I brought my battery in to be tested and it was dead as a doornail. So, I left it there overnight for a trickle charge, and sure enough, it held a charge. If it doesn't hold I'll be back for a new one.

I placed an online order and completed steps to establish membership points and a $20 discount on my first purchase. I tried calling customer service and the chat line. The chat line was unable to figure it out and the customer service line took 2 hours for a return call ( received after I left the store)The Coral Springs store on University was a complete disappointment. My order wasn t ready as promised and the salesman went up and down the shelves trying to find my order. He kept asking what I ordered, although he printed it out!He kept showing me less expensive versions of the item I ordered and I told him they were not what I ordered.Finally, he went to the back area and found the item. He spoke almost in a whisper and was difficult to understand.As I was taking the item, he asked me to sign a receipt for $5.35. I paid over $90 for the item and questioned what he wanted me to sign. He said he didn t know. He said I could just leave the item if I didn t want to sign it. I reluctantly signed it and left.I m only patronizing Auto Zone from now on! Not impressed with this business and poor customer service.

I called in before arriving as was informed of my car parts availability at various stores. Upon arriving I was given a free engine check by a well informed employee. The service was great but the employee let me know that they were always understaffed and it made his job unpleasant.

There is a gentlemen by the name of Mohamed in the afternoon shift that has TERRIBLE customer service. I came back for a defective part that was SOLD to me and he is acting like I owed him money . I do not apr�ciate this. Please DO NOT VISIT this store . Terrible. I will NEVER again buy from this store or advanced

Only customer in store employee could not be bothered..needed help with wiper parts..had a 'take it or leave it' attitude and 'couldn't return if opened'..(which I know doesn't apply in this situation..also..dismissed me when I showed him price on my phone vs price on shelf..

I placed an order online for a oil bundle, for some reason the filter and the pan was sent to a store and the oil to another one. I was help by Mohammed he took care of the situation like a boss! He did an inventory swap with the store that oil was sent, and gave me a bottle from his store. I can see he actually cares about helping customers. I think you guys are lucky to have him, Is very difficult to find workers like that specifically on retail.

The guy on the phone said he had the part i needed. But then tried to upsell me other parts. When i told him i didn't want the extra stuff he told me he no longer has the part he told me he has. Unprofessional, retaliation because i didn't take the upsell.Edit perhaps 2 stars was unfair. I will give y'all another try.

Customer service was poor at this North Lauderdale location.1st night I went at 8:54pm they were closed before 9pm. No problem.Next night I went there was a line, one guy left the store for how long he was waiting in line. The manager was on the phone the entire time. The other guy working was helping a customer but needed help from the manager. That cause an extra hold up.To add insult to injury. All that time waiting in the line to finally being helped, they didn't have what I wanted in stock.I went to the Miramar Parkway and University location today. What a difference. Although the item was not available there the customer service was awesome. I am never disappointed at the Miramar location.

Called this location to check if the car battery I purchased from them was still within warranty, the person immediately said it wasn t and said I had to purchase a new battery. I found the receipt of purchase online and I was clearly within the 3 year warranty. I called the the Sample Road location, they checked the system and immediately said my warranty was definitely valid and to bring it in for replacement.

Austin at the University Drive and Riverside location in Coral Springs was super cool. Installed my battery while having a pleasant conversation with a great attitude. Good customer service still exists some places! Great job Austin!!

Sadly this business is forced to hire some people that only have 2 arms and 2 legs and a HALF of brain. Only as good as their weakest/dumbest counter help, unreal???

Although the staff is usually never helpful, the store almost always has what I need. The place is typically a bit dirty yet relatively organized and easy to browse. It s conveniently located. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Keep an eye out for discounts for joining their email list.

I was there around 11:30-12:00 on Sunday June 23rd .Walked in not one person that worked there in the entire store visible from any counter. 3 guest at part counter I asked how long they have been waiting they said 15 min and have not seen any employee they have just been standing there . I walked around store for 10 min looking for items still no employees to be found for help. I walked outside older man where an advanced shirt smoking . That was my experience I recommend not going to this location. I left and will not return.

Walked in at a time the store was having a rush of customers and it was handled with the upmost customer service care. While I stood in line the employee Milky had a request to do a diagnostic test without missing a beat assured me she would be right with me and, within a reasonable time frame was back assisted me with a speedy return. She was courteous and, pleasant all while the line continued to grow. Thank you and the staff that were in yesterday for the great shopping experience.

Customer service was nonexistent. I was ignored at first (no other customers in the store) then an older guy asked me what I needed and I told him that I had a check engine light on and wanted to possibly get a code reader. He responded by telling me that the code readers were too expensive and I should just go to the dealer. I asked him well how much are they and he said about $300 and walked away. A younger worker in there then approached me and asked me again what I needed and I told him the same thing. He said they had different ones and they range in price and do different things. I asked him why the other guy wasn t willing to explain the same thing to me and he had no answer. I ended up buying one of the cheaper ones. The people at this place need a lot of training in how to talk to people.

Austin was awesome helped figure out the best wiper blades for my vehicle and put them on for me as well. Very nice and told me about the warranty they offer for the blades was a really great experience. Thank you Austin!

Super helpful people here, no doubt. They work great as a team too from store to store if parts are not at one store, they'll find it somewhere for you to make your life easy. They're going to also make sure you're passing a fair price by scanning for coupons and comps to other options. You'll definitely come back here as you'll depend on them to help with all your vehicle needs.

I purchased an ignition coil from another auto store, which looked up the proper one for my vehicle. Turned out it was not, and I found this out 6 minutes before all auto store's were closing. Extremely panicking cause I rely highly on my car for work, i called this location and Raj answered the phone. He helped me over the phone, and waited for us. He got us in there at exactly closing when other stores wouldn't. He honestly saved me. I will definitely make this my new store.

We have used this location in the past and have been pleased however, our last experience was not a good one. There was very little care and very little customer service with the issue that we had regarding our vehicle. Now, months later our issue was not resolved and there has been no follow up from the manager as promised. Overall extremely unsatisfied, with the way everything was handled and the lack of communication and following up with us on their end.

I am so thankful to Mohammed who provided top-notch service while being pleasant from start to finish. My car battery died; I got a jump start and began driving around the city looking for a place that had a battery for my car make and model. Advanced Auto was my 3rd call. Mohammed answered and looked up the info in the system and told me that they had a battery for my car. When I arrived, I called so that he could check my car before turning off the engine (in case it didn't start again) and he came out right away. He assured me all was good and he was ready to help me install the battery. I was so relieved that he could help me. He was thorough but quick. There are many people that do their job well every day, but very few who stand out because they do their job with a helpful heart and really great energy. Mohammed is one of those people and the world needs more people like him. He has great energy and takes pride in helping others. I will definitely be back.

I just called to ask a question. When the associate Josh picked up the phone he put me straight to hold without saying anything. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to pick up. When the associate josh answered the phone from hold he was very rude and short. I don t how you train your employees but that was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not ever shop with you again.

My battery died that I still had under warranty with Advance, and I went to the Coral Springs Sample Road location to swap it out. I was assisted by a very knowledgeable and friendly Jacques Alexandre who explained what was wrong, tested a few things and swapped out the battery. He has 30 years of mechanic experience and was able to look at things a normal clerk wouldn t. My car is running much better now thanks to him.

It has everything that you would need for your vehicle. Usually, if you shop online and pick up it at the store almost everything you will get some sort of discount up to 25% off. Of course, some items are discluded. But almost everything is included.

Great selection. Helpful staff. Besides the 2 employees and the obligatory mullet enthusiast hanging out by the front door I had the store to myself. Great selection of paint and car wash products
