STAY AWAY, terrible experience. Typical sneaky used car sales. Forget there's no procession the cars, they are sneaky. Went to buy car for my daughter, test drove said 18k asked for final price showed 29k. Turns out they already had it sold, as we walked away new owner was in it. They paid 22k out the door. Here is the worse part. I called the sales person to tell him I didnt appreciate the games. He was respectful and said he would have a manger call me back. Out of respect I waited5 days to post this since I never even received a courtesy call.

Work seems very good. It was very involved. It took a while, but the job seems to have been completed with success. Repair was pricy but that isn't really on the dealer. I guess if I had to recommend improvement, communications could have been better. Thanks for the good job.

Frank was great and exhibited Five Star ***** customer service. Appointment was right on time. Work was completed as promised. Quality work with good price. Honored service special with no hesitation. Completed vehicle checkup and advised me what was needed and recommended with no high pressure sales pitch.The only glitch was scheduling the appointment. The on line site was down for over 3 weeks, unable to schedule appoint. The chat gave an automated response stating someone would call to schedule to appointment. Never received a call 3 times.. I finally called service and scheduled an appointment. The overall service was excellent!! Highly Recommended and worth the little extra to schedule.

This company is a bait and switch!!! don t buy vehicles from this dealership. I specifically told the Sales Rep and before I had to drive an hour and a half to come see a vehicle that we were interested. I asked him specifically what were dealer fees etc! Once I get there, they give me a Baden switch by telling me that oh no, you didn t read the fine print in our website which I did not find the car in their website and they stacked an additional 10K on top of the vehicle in extra fees, this dealership is a scam. I don t know how Chevrolet lets them sell cars.

On February 3, I came to the dealership and reserved a car in my name and gave a deposit.But then I changed my mind and gave up buying.I called the dealership and asked them to refund my money.But I couldn't reach the finance department that would do the transaction for exactly 1 week, even though I kept calling.Finally, I had to come back to the dealership and ask for a refund.Some transactions should be done over the phone.But it is not possible to reach here for a transaction other than sales.For this reason, I give zero in terms of customer relationship management and I am not satisfied!

This place is the absolute worst place to try to purchase a vehicle. I went in to check a price on a vehicle that showed one price but when I spoke to the sales rep they added almost 15k in mark ups. Told me I would pay one amount with my credit and I have great credit and the price that came back was another. Stay away from here and look elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a new Corvette on Jan 28th. 2 weeks later the engine died in the middle of an exit ramp. My wife and I were almost killed from the car sitting in the middle of an intersection. Have been passed around between corporate and the dealership for a week. The only solution I got was the dealer trying to sell me another car which would have resulted in another 20K in losses for me. They took my dream car I waited my whole life to buy and made it into my worst nightmare. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!

My Salesman was great, Finance manager was Ok. Sales Manager was NOT honest in honoring his out the door price, And out the door Price was agreed upon + Tag, When I went over my Bill of sale and my Purchase contract amounts they did not matched. A service contract was added without my knowledge or was I asked if I wanted it, they told me it was part of that Ridiculous Protection Package that was added , Plus other add'l fee's , On top of they already agreed upon Out The Door Price. Honestly I drove over 1 hour to buy my new truck because it was the options I was looking for, But besides the salesman I did not feel that the rest of the team Was transparent and really could not explain these hidden charges. Did I get good deal on a 2023 leftover truck I don't think so. Will I ever return to this dealership to purchase a future car Most Likely Not.

Recently purchased my car from here. Carmen, Logan and Danilo all did I great job. I highly recommend coming.,! One of my biggest fears was being at the lot for 12 hours like I was when I purchased my first car. They had me out in four!!!

Asked very nicely probably 10-12 times for them to run the numbers on a car for me. Kept saying I gotta talk to them on the phone for a "ballpark". What dealer in 2024 couldn't run numbers over text. People buy entire cars over text. Emmanuel you were very unhelpful. I'm assuming they don't wanna tell you numbers as they want to bundle in scammy junk fees.

The best experience I've had with a dealership! Great costumer service! I had the opportunity to buy a car from them 3 times. Every time I was assisted by the financial manager Meguie Kasparian, she is a wonderful person! And my last two cars were sold by Alex, who helped me a lot! This guy was always willing to answer me and made sure I didn't have to spend hours waiting to get the car! Every time the purchase process was very quick! I highly recommend

Went three times to to have a cluster put in. First time was to see what was wrong. Waited three hours . Second time they put a new cluster in said it was defective and to come back. Waited another three hours. Went back a third time to have the new cluster put in and it still doesn't work. Half of cluster works other half doesn't. Said it must be a wiring issue. Meanwhile I spent $500.00 on cluster that doesn't work plus spent a good nine hours just sitting there waiting. They said it could possibly take up to 10 hours to fix and diagnose.The problem that I have is that i went back three times and my truck still isn't fixed and I spent $500.00 for what?I think that it was rushed to put it in instead of fixing it right.NOT happy and I will not recommend your service center to anyone.I went there to have the truck fixed but ended up just wasting my time.Any reliable service center would have fixed the truck and fixed it right with no questions asked.All I want is for the cluster to work.'Totally Unacceptable.

Once again, I see a car that I want specifically an SS camaro which was on the lot for 6 days. I pay 30$ for an uber, I get to the lot and they have 6 or 7 camaros. OF COURSE the SS as Braxton said " was purchased today... " this is the 3rd time I've done this with a dealership telling me over the phone that a car I see on their website is on the lot, yet as soon as I get there "it just got sold" False advertising for the 3rd time. Why would I want to buy a different car if you lie in the opening sentence.

Good: Great truck at a fair price.Bad: After sale support is absolutely non-existent.It's been five weeks and I still do not have the registration for the vehicle.I spoke with the sales manager who promised to get back to me, he hasn't.I spoke with my salesperson, Braxton, who promised to get back with me. He hasn't.I've left messages with the finance manager and he has not returned my call either.I just don't get it.

I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and patience exhibited by the representative at Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek. Upon my inquiries, he failed to adequately explain a simple aspect of the service I was using. The encounter occurred mid-morning, yet the representative seemed impatient, as if unhappy with their role in ensuring customer satisfaction. This demeanor only exacerbated my frustration, highlighting a significant gap in their commitment to quality service leaving me feeling frustrated and uninformed.

In my opinion, they have some of the worst repair shop services. I informed them I wanted my brakes repaired on my Chevrolet Traverse, but after their inspection they stated the brakes were still fair. I disagreed, then I had to bring my vehicle back again for my brake issue. I insisted they take a deeper inspection, then they replaced front pads. But they didn't do anything to the rooters until I requested they at least shave them down. After several trips back to this dealership about the same brake issue, I still had the same problem. Thus, I had to get my brakes repaired at Rothe's Auto repair shop, which fixed my brakes with one appointment and no hassle!

Had a great experience with Peter yesterday who helped me close the deal on my new X1. He was very knowledgeable of the BMW brand and extremely personable. Would definitely work with him again in the future. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I explicitly asked that my credit not be ran through a certain bank when the financing process began, and that request was not honored and was ran through said bank anyways. So that was the only downside in this process but other than that, would recommend. Very happy with my new ride!

This is the best Chevy dealership I take my car there for service and everyone is friendly and the service is great. Sam is one of the best he has a good heart and he is very patient sometimes it can be a long wait for your service but they are always busy because they provide great service I recommend this location every time

I brought my brand new Z06 Corvette that was purchased at your dealership to have radiator shields installed behind my front bumper and locking lug nuts on each wheel. When I dropped my car off on Friday Mar. 1 2024 I took a picture of the odometer which showed 919 miles.Then I came back same day about 5 pm to pick my car up as it was ready I noticed my odometer reading was at 925 miles, it is obvious someone took the car out on a joy ride or please explain why my car had 6 miles more on the odometer than when I dropped it off that morning ?

I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing a vehicle here. Salesman said they were going to honor the sale price of 17k for the Mazda, once I got to finance and thought the final price was really high for what it was supposed to be. The finance person put the original price of 19.7k plus a $1000 package that is mandatory , but later I find out it was not mandatory. Have never dealt with such a scummy dealership like this. I also tried reaching out to the general manager but he s always busy and I never get a call back from any one. Just to add to the tag, this is a bait and switch.

The day of the purchase was the first time at the dealership. Got a pleasant vibe right away. Everyone was friendly and or salesman Guillermo was the best! He was friendly throughout the purchasing process and even arranged for a test drive, even though it was Sunday evening, not far from closing time. We finished up well after closing time but everyone involved in the process remained friendly and helpful without any sign of being annoyed having to work late on a Sunday. Days after the purchase Guillermo was always available and very fast to answer questions and concerns via text or phone, much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

worst dealership ever the sales reps do nothing but lie to you just to get you in to run your credit over 20 times and to not give you the deal you know you can get don t recommend nobody to this dealership ever!!! to top it off they don t even try to fix their sales reps mistakes and lies so that tells me they re OK with the lying.
