I took my car in to Infinity Coconut Creek collision center after an accident and their service was immaculate. Neon, the person assigned to me was awesome. His customer service and communication was exceptional. He notified me each step of the repair. The work done on my car was amazing. I would recommend Infiniti Coconut Creek for ANY collision/bodywork service.

Car broke down towed. Took me on arrival. Costs are Outrageous. I don't know how anyone can afford to have their car repaired anymore. Just saying

Joey made this experience short, sweet and inexpensive. At this moment I'm not working, so the cost wasn't that bad. Joey was really kind and helpful through the whole process. I'm glad I came here instead of the Lexus collision Center. My car turned out great! Paint is seamless, bumper is nice, got my car back in 24 hrs. Even better!!!

The worst service I've every received..We sent letters for the GM to call us regarding poor service, it's been months still no call. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company.

Yesterday Carl Warren called me and gave me a price for a QX50. He told me I can go and pick it up today and he will have it ready for me. I am coming from Orlando ( 3 hrs away) today and got a a few text this morning after them trying to change the price on me increasing it and having 4 different people from Fernando Pereira, Jared, Larry Muirhead texting me and calling me with different information on the price becouse Carl Warren was not in today. Then they finally agree to the price that I was promised the day before by Carl W. On my way driving from Orlando to Coconut Creek to get the car I was texted telling me the car was sold the day before. After I made arrangement to leave early from work and find some one to take me their. They Said sorry...The car I was going to purchase was a 2021 and they offer me a 2019 what kind of dealer does this to their costumers. Lied and provide false information playing with people time and money.

I love Infiniti of Coconut Creek...I've use them in the past and has always been pleased with customer service, the professionalism of my service advisor Troy Neel and their workmanship...my car runs like a gem.
