I ve never have a problem with this dealership until now! They had my car 1/26-2/23/24 Due to the engine light being on! Guess what it s 3/4/24 and my engine light is still on. I called and was treated as if it was NOT there problem because I m no longer in the area. Forget about the 1000s of dollars spent or the way my car that never had an major work other than an oil change/service (now my wires are showing) what a rig

This dealership does not care about their customers. I have leased six Infinity vehicles and purchased one. Though I have loved the cars themselves, I would never deal with this dealership again. I bought my last vehicle at lease expiration and paid in full for it. Unfortunately, my bank made an extra monthly payment after the lease was paid off. I asked them at the dealership to reduce that amount from my purchase payment, and they would not (even though I brought proof of the payment). They gave me a number to call, but no one will help me get my overpayment back. Is this how you treat a long time client? I don't think so. Don't be fooled by their promises to take care of you. All they care about is making every dollar they can off of you by charging you every fee they possibly can. Steer clear! Steve Kaye

On 11/25/23 I purchased my 1 owner 2015 Hyundai Azera Limited with 44k miles and I am in love with it! The whole process was quick and easy and they gave me alot more than expected on my trade as well! Ask for Goldbert he was very nice and easy to talk to! The only issue was that I got charged $3995 for an appearance package and no way around that. It was a corporate thing I fought it believe me lol. Except for that I am happy

I purchased a 2020 Subaru ascent from Chris at the coconut creek infinity and had an amazing experience from start to finish! He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he even helped accommodate my antsy 3 year old during the process. He helped me get the best deal I could possibly get and got my car payments down to what I asked them to be. I highly recommend this dealership ( and Chris) for those who are looking for a new car!

I cannot emphasize the greatness that I experienced at this Infinity store! Between the finance specialist Michael "DDP" DeMeglio and his extraordinary sales team, which included Dale "DJ" Nichols, Gabriel Rucco and Daniel Norris II, I was able to lease a 2024 Infinity QX80 Sensory for the same payment that I was quoted for a lesser equipped Premium Select model by a competitor dealer for the exact same payment. Do not go to any other Infinity dealer! They are all crooks! Thank you all again for making my year so special!

We had an extremely good experience with the Collision Center. Consultant Joey Fouts is very personable, and kept us updated on the progress of our car repair. Since we were going north soon after taking our car to the center, everyone did their best to expedite the repair.

I m leaving this review solely because of the spectacular service I receive from Javier in parts. Anytime I need a part for my vehicle, Javi is able to get the part quickly and for a very good price. I always have a very positive experience dealing with him. If the management is reading this, this man needs a raise. Rare commodity to find great customer service at the level he provides in parts departments. Thank you again, Javier!

Had a great experience buying from Gabriel R. & John V at Infiniti Coconut Creek.They worked with me on an SUV that had my must have 360 camera feature and we negotiated the terms before I came in. It s about 60min from Miami, but an overall better buying experience compared to the Infiniti in Miami.I specifically recommend Gabriel Rucco (sales), John Vitale (sales manager), and Gary Wertman (finance)... even the receptionist (I think her name was Carole?) exceeded my expectations!Thank you

I am Retirement age, and I have purchased many vehicles, and this was the absolute best ever. Gary Mueller, my sales associate, was very courteous, and most importantly Gary actually listened to my needs and exceeded them by miles. Do yourself a favor and ask for him if you want to work with a genuine person. Rob Spencer, the Manager, came over and thank me for my military service and explained in plain words the process which included a trade in. It was all very simple and smooth. I hope you get Gary Wertman if you finance. It was like talking to my brother while we did the paperwork . If you can t tell, I am impressed. Find one of these guys I mentioned I promise, you will be good.

I always have a great experience when I bring my vehicle in for service! Infiniti of Coconut Creek provides professional and courteous service from getting an oil change, taking care of any electrical issues, and always checking the overall safety of the car. The service is done in a timely manner and upon picking up the vehicle , the car is cleaned up like new! I wouldn t bring my car anywhere else!

I give these guys a 10, the reason why? I will tell you back in 2020 I had a bad accident with my Q60 red sport and it was very bad to the point I thought it would be totaled? Well it was not they had to cut out the entire back metal fender from the door back to the back bumper. It was a big job, when it was finished it looked like nothing happened. Joey and Blane are great to work with. So after that experience I had such respect for these guys that last month I got into a accident, and by the way these accidents were both not my fault. So last month my 2006 Ford Mustang was in an accident and they had to basically do the same thing cut the entire back fender off the car and weld a entire huge new piece in. They did an awesome job. My Mustang looks brand new. I am the original owner and its my baby. I only have 41K miles on a 18 yr old car that I have been having since I bought brand new in Feb of 2006 and I ordered this car from the factory, because I wanted certain things in the Mustang and they searched the entire state and could not find a Mustang up to my standards, so I ordered it from the factory. It is a special car to me, and thankfully my insurance paid to have it fixed as they other driver's insurance wanted to total it, but my insurance stepped in and now they are suing the other insurance company to get them to pay my insurance company back. Anyway my Mustang looks great and I thank Joey, when he says got it covered he means it you do not have to ask him a second time about anything, he is on it. Blane is awesome. I am amazed at how he can totally dismantle a car and put it back together again. He is great. So anyone reading this, listen up...." Infiniti of Coconut Creek not only fixes Infiniti's at the Collision Center, but any make or model car you can bring to them. They specialize in any repairs to ANY vehicle you might need assistance with". Thank you again Joey and Blane. Awesome team to work with. I will always speak highly about them and recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs to their vehicle. Great job guys. A+

Let me start by saying that I am ecstatic! I had been eyeing this vehicle for two months and after getting a call from my guy MJ and Lombardi.. I decided to go in. I had a wonderful experience. They worked some deals I couldn t refuse. The process was seamless because this was my second lease with them. If you are looking for a vehicle, ask for MJ. He is so humble, he s always positive and he ll make it happen, Believe Me! I love my new QX55.

This was hands down one of my best car buying experiences! When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by Jean Polycarpe. He was so attentive and knowledgeable that everything flowed effortlessly. Jean was able to find me the most beautiful QX55 within minutes of my arrival. My wife and I went to the Coconut Creek location and we were greeted by Moe. He already had the car we initially requested to see ready on the lot. This is the first time we didn t have to wait to test drive a car. The car was amazing and had us sold. Once we went inside the negotiations started and we were satisfied with the results. Also, the finance manager Gabriel was a joy to be around. He was funny! Moe is an amazing salesman. We are happy with our new car!

My experience with my first service call with my brand new 2023 Infiniti QX-60 was amazing! My New Service Advisor, Shai Brodny was INCREDIBLE! I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. He was attentive, knowledgeable, polite, patient, efficient, professional and he made sure all of the bases were covered. He gave me EXCELLENT customer service!
