My partner took my vehicle today for its service and he had nothing but good things to say about his experience. Joe & Marcus (assistant service mgrs) took care of us today and both were great! Thanks guys for taking care of my baby (aka Subaru Forrester Sport)! We'll be back for the next round of service.

Very professional staff at this location and I was very pleased with the work. Marcus Bey is incredibly helpful and is an extremely gifted communicator; He will make great suggestions on getting the best out of your vehicle service appointment. I highly recommend this location. This is truly the best dealership and service around! They treat their customers very well. They respect our time. Waiting area is great. My daughter knows exactly where to go for her entertainment. Joe is an excellent service manager.. always makes the experience painless.Pedro will always be our sales guy! He's very honest, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He's waiting patiently for us to trade in. This is my 1st Subaru and plan on sticking with this make. I'm a very happy customer with them. I've had real hard times at other dealerships.. Arrigo the by far worst..Coconut Creek Subaru has stellar service. We had used another dealership from the time the car was brand new. The service had declined there so we tried Coconut Creek instead. From the first time I went it was different. An issue with the engine block was finally identified and fixed. The service was fantastic and the technicians were great to work with. Joe did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process. Service used to be good but recent experience with a mechanic that refused to check my car forced me to North Fort Lauderdale suburu. There they found the issue with my car and are currently working on the repairs that coconut creek suburu refused to acknowledge. Save yourself the headache and go to NFL suburu, or if you feel like you need a second opinion. This dealership isn t up to the standard it used to hold.

Chris Fisher has been our salesman for many years and although the dealership is a 45 minute drive from our house we wouldn't go anywhere else because of the excellent and honest service he has always provided us. Everyone at Coconut Creek Subaru offer the best of service and help when needed.

A Subaru representative that had the knowledge to know that there was a class action suit regarding batteries. He guided me as to where i had to call and how he would be able to check out the car once i received a code from a special department handling the class action suit. Because of his knowledge my auto was able to get a brand new battery without charge, after the diagnostic that was done, even though my car was out of warranty. I had gone previously to another Subaru dealer who obviously did not know about the battery problems that was causing the car to shut down at various times while stopped at a light. And was ignorant to the facts. I count my lucky stars that i went to another dealership and got the problem solved. Thank you.Services: Auto battery replacement, Battery
