Went today to buy wipers blades. I asked for person to install them for me. He refused claiming he can't because if it's raining he's not allowed to. Problem is, it's not raining, just overcast. He said he didn't want to get sick. I cancelled my order and went to another store. Lousy customer service. The several times I've visited this store, they are not friendly or even acknowledge you are there. I will shop other stores.

Horrible customer service, was told by the manager everything short of "F off" and all other employees forward all issues to him. There's no semblance of responsibility, and if they do you wrong you will get a "Talk to the manager later " and then a "I don't know who you are and I wasn't there, so I won't help you." The lack of Name tags also makes it harder to speak to upper management about who is who. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Go to the advance Auto in Deerfield instead

Told them my exact make and model vehicle and they gave me the wrong product. I came back a few days later to exchange it for the right one and they would do it because I didn t have the physical receipt. I even showed them the debit on my credit card account. Place is trash

Managers are super nice if you buy any. But beware if you have an return or an Warranty replacement. The Managers acting like the need to pay it from own money. They argued around even you have the receipt and the item has lifetime warranty. Bad Customer Service. Fluids all kind are overpriced. Only on Sale items are worth considering.

Have gone here twice as it is right by my house. Both times they have said "I am the only one here I can't check your engine codes". The worst part is it's been at two different times of the day once in the morning and once at night. They never have enough staff in order to actually do what they tell their customers they'll do.

The best customer service I ve ever received !What a great team of employees who are very dedicated to their job . Five stars is not enough to describe how wonderful they are. I was looking for something that was out of stock and Scott went above and beyond to make sure that it will get ordered. Also he is very knowledgeable about all of the products. And that s not all , literally after an hour I left the store Scott called me to let me know that I can pick it up tomorrow . While I was at the store Scott was so patient and polite with all process , and the fact that he acknowledged lady who was waiting behind me just to make sure that she is as important as I am just simply melted my heart. Scott is really caring about his customers and Advance Auto Parts is very lucky to have him onboard. I m officially forever loyal customer and I will recommend this store to all of my friends and family.Thank you Scott , people like you make this world a better place. You made my day !

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I ordered a part online and went in store to pick it up. Simple right? Took all of the guess work out of the employees hands, even paid online, all they had to do was match my order number and give me my part. When I got to the store I waited for 20 minutes along with other customers until somebody finally came up front to help. When I finally got to the register and showed them my order confirmation, they told me they didn't have that part in the store. After a frustrating conversation with the employee that resolved nothing, I asked for the manager and to give me a refund. They told me they could not refund me for some reason I assume they made up. After this ridiculous and outraging experience, I had to sit on hold with corporate customer service for almost an hour to get my refund. I called Autozone and they had the same part in store, I went over there and got my part within 5 minutes AND they even had a coupon to lower the price. DO NOT GO TO THIS ADVANCE AUTO LOCATION!!

If there was a fire in the store the employees here would ask what s the year, make, and model first. Never in my life have I experienced a more improperly managed store. The employees as well as the manager have not once given me any assistance to make my experience better throughout the many times I have visited this location. They have mocked me and I heard everything they said. If you go to the counter with your parts, you have to wait a few minutes before they even recognize a customer has been in the store. The phone service is disgusting. They have no idea where anything is in the store, they can t tell you where an air filter is or even where a relay would be. They have overcharged me and had signs with discounts available and can t figure out how to get the discount applied. You have to walk back and forth between every cash register at least once because the employees don t know how to use the computers. This store needs serious work and everyone fired. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 mins out of your way to go to any other auto parts store instead of this one. Chances are you ll save time, money and actually get what you need. Corporate needs to do something about this store!! Would give 0 stars if I could.

Felt bad for poor guy who waited on us the computers kept failing. He was so professional about the whole thing. We went home like he said abd come back later which my son did computers were up abd the worker kept apologizing which was not his control over this problem. Another thing we go to this one for they know their product the one on Hillsborough not at all.I am a Disable Veteran and they forgot ti apply but that is ok for he was out threw so much yesterday.Please give his boss a shout out fir this employee he was great!!

So you enter this store and I don t no which is worse, the tension, lack service, or unprofessionalism. The customer is treated as the enemy, instead of a future customer. I went to two se rate ASE certified mechanics, ad they both pointed to the same exact issue, a defective battery I bought here, but according to te work esta this location, the certified mechanics have no idea what they are doing. I had to show them a VIDEO, wic clearly showed, that the battery was defective. Needless to say, this place has lost a customer, although it s obvious they don t care.

I have always had decent customer service at this store, however on Monday December 3rd around 5, the attendant (Jason) told me that the store only had 1 more chrome cleaner on the shelve, with a sign saying 2 for $10.I said maybe take off the sale sign if you only have one left. He said no and the only one left is regular price. He asked me if I still wanted to buy it and I said no...His response was non chalant and arrogant. Zero customer service. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed.

Came in to replace my battery that was under warranty. No problem at all. Was helped by Shiv, who checked the battery and installed the new one. Took 15 minutes total. Excellent service, quick, pleasant and hassle free. Thanks!

On Friday 3/26/21 at 6:30pm I call to get a price on a part. The manager Dave answered the phone with an attitude. He kept telling me I needed to walk in to store. For a part/price check. Which they always do over the phone then went on to "hang up" on me instead puts me on hold. 24 mins later I'm still on hold so I decided to drive to the store while on hold. To my surprise the store was closed .. at 7:00pm on a Friday. When posted hrs say open till 9pm. No other signs on door etc... During this time 6 customers came and left. At 7:15 that same manager returns. I walked in and confronted him about the issue. He said unfortunately for me he had to make deliveries and he can care less if I was on hold for 30mins. So I told him I recorded the store being locked at that time and how unprofessional he was for just leaving me on hold and his attitude over the phone. Told him I'll contact corporate office since I spend thousands every year at their stores he stated " I can care less what corporate thinks"...

I was in a bind with my car key problem. Was looking for the battery for my key fob and the guy in charge took care of me. We talked on the phone first and when I arrived at the store half an hour before closing, he was still accommodating and even helped me finish up with replacing my key battery. It maybe a small gesture but it meant a lot. I have been very worried before because I'm not sure if I can risk leaving my car unlocked for the night. I took a chance in calling up auto parts store and they were able to help me out. I do apologize though because I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me but he was the one on duty today June 7th @730pm. Thank you again!

DO NOT take advice from a person who sells you bumper stickers. Either spend the money and get it diagnosed properly.! These guys do not know they difference between Different types of coolant. Never mix orange and yellow EVER! They will just let you buy it and walk right out the door! LOL

Bought a cabin filter and had to order it. Was assured it would be in two days. Asked for notice before driving out was assured it was gauranteed to be there. Guess what. Got there and it wasnt there. Was told come back tomorrow, we will order a new one. But it s more expensive. Asked for them to adjust price $1.80 to make up for their mistake and my wasted time. Response was you can talk to the manager David Wilkins which wasn t there. Poor reason to lose a lifetime customer who just spent $200 plus on a optimal battery, blades and a never received air filter. Word of advise for Shiv which was working at the counter, customer loyalty is worth more than $1.80....make it right.

Terrible service. They really just don't know what they are doing. Do these associates even get trained? Managers are not doing anything, seriously in the back room and it sounded like they were playing games lol, not only are they immature, they are terrible role models.

bought a part at a different location, came in to return simply told me I needed to go to the other store to return it. Didnt even open the box to check the item I was returning. Employee simply had no will to work that day.
