I had a Saturday 7am appointment and was met with a smile from my service advisor Nikki Glennon. I've had Nikki before and she is Always a true professional and an Asset to your company. She said that the car should be ready in an hour and 10 minutes and she delivered as promised. The video from Avery was great and whomever washed my vehicle did a great job. Top notch service was given AGAIN from your GREAT STAFF.Thanks

Brought my daughter in to buy her 1st car. We did most of our paperwork over the phone. Khalid was our salesperson, he was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend anyone to go see him. He went beyond to make sure everything went smooth. Thank you Khalid

I just recently purchased a used 2018 Toyota Camry from this dealership. Khalid the salesman was wonderful and helpful to work with, he really made the process fast and accommodating. However, before leaving the dealership a sensor light was on and i was told that they would fix that, and would rotate and balance my tires when i came back the next day. The sensor was only erased from the dash and was never fixed and my tires were never rotated and balanced. The sensor light is still on which i will have to pay to replace. I was also charged a reconditioning fee, which i shouldn t have been charged because there was food and drinks spilled all inside the center console and door panels. literally had to take my entire car apart to clean it. This is unacceptable. Overall, they seem to promise but never deliver.

UPDATE I ve got a partial 50% refund. Better than nothing, but it shouldn t happen at the first place. I hope that in future it will save money of new customers.I bought a BMW 3 series at the End of November. I been told by TJ and the guy that handles financing that if anything is wrong with the car they going to help me. I did everything they wanted payed down payment on time and stay in my working time to seal the deal so they can have this car sold by the end of month.Literally the next day the brake icon and a warning rear breaks needs to be replaced appeared.I contacted the sales manager Lana and she told me just that they did a break pads job on the car arrival before sale and its weird probably something with a sensor . But I can definitely come and get help from service department.Today I came there with intention to get it handled for free (as it obviously was misleading and I would not buy car for 30000$ with the problem on the dashboard) however I been told that TJ knows nothing about it neither anyone in their dealership.They invoiced me for almost 700$ for break pads and its labor. This is ridiculous to treat people like that and try to squeeze everything from each person.Triple check the car before buying and expect we cant help you, you bought as is attitude after you signed the paperwork.P.s people who work in car maintenance area are professionals and did their work flawlessly. The above is a corporate policy that they can t do anything about.

Austin was awesome! 5 stars for his attentiveness, responsiveness, knowledge of all the Nissan cars and he gave me the best deal possible of all the dealerships in the area!! And he was able to make it happen in one day so I could get the end of the month incentive. All the departments in the dealership worked so well on my behalf! Even though it was a 90 minute drive for me, I would come back again! Thank you Austin

Once again, I was thoroughly impressed with outstanding Team at Nissan of Clearwater! It s so refreshing to know that I always have such a dedicated group of professionals that are not only friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable but communicate extremely well! That is especially true of Service Advisor Sam Bitar who thoroughly explains the scope of work to be done while also keeping me updated throughout the process giving me updates along the way. Also, Parker the Service Tech even provided me with a nice video going over work as well. While my work is getting done, I often have the pleasure of speaking with Salesman Sam Buffington to catch up new models and incentives that that I pass along to friends and relatives. Again, truly an outstanding team at this state-of-the-art facility that continues to earn this demanding customer s business and leave me Completely Satisfied every time. They definitely earn my business and reinforce my loyalty to the Nissan brand.

I just had my Rogue serviced at this dealership and they did a great job top to bottom. The service advisor, Nikki, was very attentive and updated me often throughout the process. The Mechanic, Li, was thorough and quick with the necessary work. I highly recommend this dealership and it's kind and capable staff!

Allen was wonderful to work with. There are, indeed, a lot of added fees, as many people have mentioned in other reviews. But this is transparent and is listed on their website. I knew coming in to it that there would be fees, so this wasn t a shock. A fair price was negotiated, and I love my new car. They made the process easy.

Had a great experience working with Brandon to get into a new Ariya! Felt heard and that he did his best to get me a good deal. Everyone there was super nice, helpful, and super quick! Came in after a disaster yesterday. The 20 year old family car finally went to pasture. Came in with a general idea of what we were looking for, a cookie cutter set of ideas. They ran the credit, showed us some used options based on needs and wants. Now a proud owner of a used Kia Soul. I never expected to buy a car today, let alone a KIA from a Nissan dealership. Christopher Boan has been a fantastic sales representative on this scary journey that is buying a car. Everything was explained and very transparent. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Nissan for your future or current needs.

This dealership was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The seller that helped us, Brandon, went far and beyond. He knew the answer to every question, and was extremely patient, as this was a big decision for me. He helped me obtain exactly what I wanted while staying in my budget. He was also able to show me and explain every feature about my new car which is something that never happened at other dealerships for me. Brandon was both professional and personal, intelligent, kind and motivated to help me get a great deal. And he did! I cannot recommend anyone better!!

My recent experience with Nissan of Clearwater has left me deeply dissatisfied and a little disturbed.After I had completed all of the payments on my lease, I made the decision to sell my lease back to the dealership. It seemed like a fairly straightforward process when presented to me, and even after three years, the vehicle was in good condition with less than 15,000 miles. I was presented with an offer for $1,000 with the need to complete the vehicle s payoff from Nissan. I accepted this, signed the request, and assumed that would be what I received.When I was presented with this quote, it was made to seem like that was the deal to sell the car to the dealership. At no point was it made clear that the price quoted to me was not an agreement, but an estimate. After several weeks of waiting, I received a check as promised, but I was shocked to find the total was $295, less than half of what I was quoted at the dealership. When I questioned this payoff, first of all, I had to call three times just to get a call returned. When I did finally have my call returned, I was simply informed that the payoff for the vehicle was higher than expected. That was the only explanation I was given, and that was never even mentioned to me as a possibility. The call made me feel like I should have expected that result, and I was genuinely shocked.I thought I was getting a fair deal and an agreement, and the fact that I was not aware of the fluidity of the number has left me ripped off for half of what I agreed to sell the vehicle for initially. Combined with the lack of flexibility to find a new lease, I don t think I can go back to a Nissan dealership.

I really love new service advisors, they are wicked awesome! I enjoyed working with Tim Shannon who is brought his work ethic from the granite state (I used to live there, too). I am glad that I can trust my car repairs and maintenance to the dealership again. Keep up great work ethic!

Amazing Customer Service. Maels, Alan and Miguel were super helpful. Not only did the take the time to listen to our needs and what we wanted, but they took their time explaining everything to our understanding. Since January I have been looking for a Frontier Pro-X. Went all up and down the state trying to find a great deal. I sent an online inquiry and Kyle the gsm made it his personal mission to get me a deal. Within the hour he got me approved, but he told me he would do better. Not only did he do better four days after that they delivered my fully loaded Pro-X to me in Daytona Beach. Gabby the finance director and Gerald my Middleman were both outstanding as well. Thank you for the Great Experience Nissan of Clearwater.

I came to Nissan of Clearwater to see what they had available and was greeted immediately with a smile! They were prompt and extremely helpful in getting me into a newer vehicle in my defined price range! The sales associate, Michael Z was awesome. He took into account everything I said I wanted and didn t want, and found me exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend Nissan of Clearwater for any and all your car buying needs. I ll never shop anywhere else for a used car! 10/10 would recommend!!

UPDATE -- October 20, 2023I have been looking to buy new tires for my 2022 Nissan Rogue for two months trying to find a good price at numerous vendors. Ryan Todd got me 3 quotes on some top tier tire brands and I ended up buying Cooper Pro Control 235 60 18 tires made by Goodyear. These tires are rated temperature A traction A and tested by various review groups that use Acura cars and SUVs for rigid testing. I am very happy with the tires and Ryan Todd for going out of his way to assist me. See Ryan Todd in the Service department and he will go out of his way to assist you with your car needs. 5 I thought the other Nissan dealers were okay, but when I got to Nissan of Clearwater, good things were yet to happen. I happen to be online when Branden, my salesman began to assist with a deal that went above and beyond. Branden and Jamie, the used cars manager, went above and beyond my expectations for purchasing a car. This is not my first new vehicle and I have bought many Nissan's throughout the years since 1993. Veterans should know that this is the place to buy your next new car. The respect, courtesy, and personal assistance is way above par. Thank you Branden and Jamie, the service you gave will never be forgotten.

The lady that we worked with in the service department was awesome and was incredibly helpful. Service took longer than we d hoped since I had 3 recalls and an issue with my AC but she kept us updated the entire time and was great with communication. Everything seems to be working great and had a great experience.

You have been thinking on buying a new to you car, one day you see a car you love online. It has everything you wanted a good price, good mileage, electric, nice color the only problem is it is 2.5 hrs away. You decided to call anyway, then you get connected to the best salesman Vincent. He does a fantastic job explaining everything you need and providing the information you request. The next day you decide to make the 2.5 trip to see the car. There Vince is waiting for your, after some negotiation you decide to buy the car. Then a problem arises how can I drive two cars at the same time to ask the journey back?? Well Vince again helped on this, we made an agreement to have the car shipped to my house for a super reasonable price! Vince helped in thought all the process and provided accurate and fast solutions. I would definitely suggest anyone paling to buy a car, asking for him.The prices are great, Nissan Clearwater adds some extra services on top of the prince but still the prices where very competitive. Don t be afraid to negotiate. It was a great experience for me!

Ryan our service guy was really nice and got me a ride home Soni didn't have to wait at the dealership. I think it took like 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation which seems long and I am glad I did not wait at the dealership. They did wash my car the first time which was nice. It would of been nice to offer me some free services since I had to bring my car back to get fixed on a error from the dealership but wasn't offered anything for my inconvience and possible damage to.my car.
