Took my BMW for a clutch repair and got it the same day, price was more than reasonable and the personal service by the owner Andrea was awesome. They do everything for cars! Oil change and AC maintenance etc. Thank you , I am a very satisfied new customer!

Honka was recommended to me by a friend. I stopped in with a 2014 Explorer that was having some transmission issues. The people were great at Honka and offered two options - - the first was much less expensive and the repair worked. Really appreciate the techs being honest and giving me options. They could have said your only choice is a complete rebuild and at 3500-4000 dollars, I was very pleased to have the car fixed at a lower price and its running great. I will go back to Honka for more repairs.

Excellent auto repair shop based on my experience.Called this business to schedule an appointment to check out my daughter's car and get a second opinion on a faulty module.After a brief conversation about the issue and faulty part, they were able to tell me my daughter's car is not something that can be fixed due to a manufacture issue with Mitsubishi. They could have easily said bring it in, charged a fee to tell me the same thing but took the time to advise me over the phone and save money and more important my time.This is the type of honest mechanic that is hard to find, very impressed, we will be back with our other vehicles.

I have been using Honka for 2 years now to manage my small family fleet of 4 cars. I can t say enough good things about this company. I m going to tell a story that might have some readers scared off, but this is when I knew I wouldn t go anywhere else.They did an oil change on one of my cars. My friend borrowed it for a few days just after. I got a call from my friend to tell me oil leaked all over the floor of his fancy condo buildings parking garage. I was out of town. I called Honka and spoke with Adriana, the owner. She was so sorry and she asked me for the address. She sent two guys to my friends condo to clean the oil spill, to get the car back to the shop to see what went wrong and then delivered it back to my friends condo.This was TRUE customer service. Having my own small business, things happen and the true test of a great company is how you fix that. Adriana s quick response to my problem locked me in for life as a customer.Having older cars, I tend to be in to see Honka every few months with various issues and I always get service with a smile. I always feel happy going in.I HIGHLY reccomend Honka Automotive.

I ve had my car serviced twice now by Honka Auto, and I ve been very satisfied. First, they replaced my brakes (pads, calipers, etc). Then, they replaced by engine belts and evaluated my engine codes and other necessary repairs. Both times they were able to get me in quickly with short notice (24-48 hours). They were friendly, straightforward, dependable, and fairly priced. I plan to make them my new go-to neighborhood auto shop for future work.UPDATE: After my first few service visits with Honka last year, I returned again this year. My car wouldn't start recently and got towed to Honka on a Thursday night, and they had already evaluated it, called me with a quote, and fixed the problem (replaced the starter) by Friday afternoon. Moving to a new area is always difficult in terms of finding tradespeople you can trust. I had made the move to Dunedin Fla on a part time basis and that proved tougher still. At the mercy of dealerships or unscrupulous mechanics I dreaded my car having any issues even more than normal.Then I discovered Honka. This place is as refreshing as an oasis of kindness in the desert that is modern day society. I took my beloved older Jag in to see them with much trepidation and I could not have been happier. Despite the quirks inherent with Jags, the head mechanic Tim did a wonderful job, on time and well under budget in keeping it roadworthy. Adriana Martinez at the front desk could not have been nicer and the place is spotless. (something you can't say about a lot of garages)I have since returned with my SUV as well for some basic maintenance, lube oil filter etc. Needed new tires which were supplied at a very reasonable price and every time I walk into the place it is like seeing an old friend. I rarely write reviews and even when I do it is usually because I am upset enough to bother but in this case it is a pleasure. This is one 5 STAR REVIEW that is heartfelt. Thank you Honka.

went above and beyond and fixed a major problem I wasn't aware of and found a workaround for a job I came in for but couldn't afford at the moment. all while keeping me very informed and giving a good price on in all. I am very happy with the care given.

This was my first time going to the Honka. Excellent customer service. I dropped my car off at 6a before they opened. By noon my car was done. Great service. The price for an oil change. The team at Honka did such an amazing job! This was my first time using their shop after hearing glowing reviews about them. And well, who doesn t like to support small businesses!?! Adrianna and Tim were A-MA-ZING! Their customer service, attention to detail and affordability are second to none. Wonderful service! I used their after-hours key drop off service and they phoned me the next morning, had the diagnostic done the same day, the part arrived and was installed the following day and I picked up my car that afternoon.They also worked with my warranty provider and helped me save money on the things that my warranty provider would not be covering. They answered all my questions and seemed to value my patronage. I never get tired of writing great reviews for this place. It's the same again and again and again. 5 star service. Tim does great work and has been working on my vehicles for 10+ years. Adriana treats everyone like family. Always really happy with this place!I just had another great experience with this place. Myself and another driver just popped in to see if we could get fast work done on our cars and they took care of both of us! Neither had an appointment.I have been using these guys for years. The head mechanic, Tim, is the best. He will save you money at every turn. This is a place you can bring your car to with confidence. Adriana and Luis are so helpful. When they can, Luis will always take me home or to work and pick me up when my car is ready. We love to see a woman/family owned business!! It was a quick and easy experience. I arrived with suspicions of my brakes being near their end (despite no noises), and had an issue regarding my engine shield having partially come loose. They re-attached my engine shield at no cost even before I agreed to have my brakes done there. The owner was very attentive, friendly, and the waiting room was comfortable. The mechanics confirmed that my brakes were in need of replacing and that it would only take a couple of hours. I live nearby to the shop so I decided to walk home to wait and even though I arrived for pickup at closing time, the owner waited for me so I could take my car home and settle my bill. Most shops would tell you to come back the next day, most shops would try to needlessly upswell you. Not at this shop! I m so glad I followed the good reviews here, and I will be back for future visits. Thank you !

Awesome, awesome service. First time there was summer 2022. Took our used 2000 Honda CRV that we had just bought in to get the timing belt and the rear differential fluid changed as neither had ever been done. We told them to make sure to do a fluid drain and not a flush, which is exactly what they did. The fluid was black and probably had never been changed in the cars 140000 miles.The timing belt was replaced but when I took it for a test drive I noticed there was vibration which had not been an issue before. It worried me and I told Adriana. She immediately arranged for Tim, their master mechanic, to go on a test drive with me. He heard it too and promised to take care of it. I said I wanted to be sure that Tim does it, as I knew it had been changed by another employee, but Tim is the master mechanic and I wanted him to fix it and noone else. He did. I told him my hubby had read that these Honda CRV need special valve adjustments after timing belt change. Tim took the time to look up what my particular car needs in terms of adjustments and the next day I took the car for another test drive and it ran BEAUTIFULLY! Smooth like butter!Also, when I initially went there just to ask about the service, Tim immediately lubricated the ignition because the key would be easy to turn, at no charge.I also had the right steering axle replaced, no problems.Recently the fan and A/C vibrated real loud. Took car to shop and Tim found it was just the fan, nothing with the A/C itself and he was able to het it replaced and fixed the same day.I absolutely trust and love this shop. Adriana and Tim are super customer oriented and very likeable.These folks are no trying to sell you services that can wait or are unnecessary. And they do GREAT work!And, MOST IMPORTANTLY , as shown above, if something isn t quite right at first (because mistakes or overlooks can always happen) they go all out to get it sorted out fully and swiftly.I am super happy to have this as my go-to car shop and can HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Adriana and her team!

After going directly to a Nissan dealership who told me I needed to purchase 3 new parts for my car in order for my A/C problem to be resolved, I sought out and found Honka Auto Repairs. Upon telling Honka what Nissan had told me they decided to diagnose the problem themselves, they called the next day and informed me that 2 of those 3 parts were not even broken. Honka happily fixed the one and only issue with my A/C, and sent me on my way.
