This is the best place for almost anything you need. I first came here many many years ago when I owned a Mustang and the service was always honest and fair for oil changes, tires, and repairs. Now I drive a Volkswagen and they still provide great service. These guys aren't slimy salesmen and don't try and sell you things you don't need. I always leave this location feeling like I got honest, fair, friendly service and will continue to return to give them business! Highly recommend.

We've got 2 cars and have been customers for 15 years. Not just for tires, they do a handful of different services. Much cheaper and faster than the dealers. We have never had a bad experience with that location. Mike and James are Always so friendly, honest, and fair. They have a great team and phenomenal customer service! Would refer them anyone! Thank you Guys!

Shout out to James, Bob, and crew that was here today. They were in the trenches with a worker calling in sick. Appointments started backing up. James rolled up his sleeves and headed to the back. Stayed calm when customers started getting antsy. And just kept being professional. I'll be back for sure.

The customer service is perfect and very friendly. I really liked it, good people, and trustworthy recommend it alot I asked many questions since It's the first time I get to bring a car of my own but I asked questions and they answered them all and even gave me numbers on how much it would cost to change different components and they even told gave me a guaranteed discount when I make the money to change the parts and the guy who gave me the discount even said to me "if I'm not here the day you bring it in he'll (the other man who was there talking to me) he will honor my discount when you bring it in." Very nice place with trustworthy people. I have faith that God The Lord will bless them very much.

My first time using them and I ll never go anywhere else. I thought I needed brakes but turns out I didn t. Instead of scamming me out of my money they told me the truth. I 100% recommend them. Mike, the boss, is amazing, and so was James!

Disappointing Service, Main purpose on getting my vehicle serviced here was due to my brake lights being out . Once I got my Vehicle back and finally went to drive it again they were out STILL . Other services were done without authorization and after a constant back and forth between Good year and their disgusting customer service reps It was concluded these people will scam you and throw in not authorized services , Still questioning if this was done Intentionally since nobody took accountability. over 600$ later . Never will recommend anyone to go here , You WILL be over charged and belittled. I was told well the work is already done so & we would not repair something that wasn t authorized well that s exactly what they did trying to convince me The CUSTOMER of what I Said . What a waste .

These guys are awesome. I scheduled an appointment and my cr was taken in on time. They're friendly and will take the time to answer your questions and suggest what's most important and what can wait if you're strapped for money. I also love that they're open on Saturday.

This place is the only mechanic shop i trust. Mike is very nice and explains everything. Other then when i have to take to dealer for recall, Goodyear is the only ones to take care of my cars. Very trustworthy and honest.

Absolutely love this place and wish I could give them more than a five star review. Super friendly and always pulling out all the stops to get the job done! Even though I live in port richey I still come all the way here. I recommend these guys to everyone. Mike Dolan is the man to talk to. He will fully take care of you and make sure you leave happy and with a working vehicle!!

These guys will try and screw you into buying you a new tire and that it can not be patched. The picture doesn't show that the nail being 2 and half inches from the sidewall, but these guys tried to tell me that she needed a new tire. Not honest and would not recommend going here!

I wanna share my experience here today with you!! I called for an appointment at 830 am today they had an opening at 930 and I was out in a flash!! Great staff Patrick was a big help!! Not your average repair facility I highly recommend Goodyear on East Bay!!!! Thank you

I'm giving a two star rating because of the way I was treated by the manager. The front desk guy and mechanic were nice and did what they could. We had a disagreement about whether my hood release lever was broken prior to me bringing my car to them, or if it was broken while they were attempting to change my battery.I popped my hood, with no issues, no more than 15 minutes before taking my car to this Goodyear. I had Advance Auto Parts which is right across the street run a diagnostic, which told me I needed a new battery. They recommended Goodyear, so I drove right over.After dropping off my car, I received a call that they were having trouble opening the hood. I told him it has always been kinda difficult with my car you have to pull the handle pretty hard. I received another call 12 minutes later saying he can't get it open and he invited me to come try.I drove there, and the handle just didn't work at all anymore. It felt different than it had ever felt in my 7 years of owning the car. It was clearly broken. I gave him permission to take apart the mechanism. He tried hard to get it to work, but to no avail. Then a different mechanic tried but the same result. I told him I hate to be a pain, but it worked before I brought it in, and now it doesn't. He asked if I was implying that they should replace the release handle, to which I said yes. So he went and talked to the manager.The manager came out and was unnecessarily aggressive with me, from the start. He treated me like I was trying to scam them. He was condescending, he raised his voice, and clapped his hands at me loudly and repeatedly. He said it wasn't their fault and told his employee, who was standing there the whole time, to get my car out of there, and then he walked away.My issue is not that they were unable to service my car, or even that the hood release broke while in their possession. My issue is 100% about the way I was treated. No attempt to empathize with my situation. No apology. Just some of the worst face-to-face customer service I've ever experienced. He could have just as easily conveyed the same message to me in a professional, polite manner. The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star is because the other workers were nice and did what they could.

Terrible hung up the phone on me after asking if my car is ready rude people terrible service never go back. The manger pushed his chest against me and told me to quit acting like a lady .Then I was leaving a customer came out to me and said every time he goes there that same guy has a problem with someone unbelievable lol all I wanted to do is spend money here and have them do all my family servicing

James & his team at Goodyear are exceptional! This location is about 30 minutes from my house but worth it to know that my car is getting serviced properly. I was able to get same day service. Thanks for taking care of my car and answering all my questions. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend their service.

Needed a tire patched, unfortunately not fixable ultimately. But Bob was able to get us a good price on a replacement that closely matched the previous generation Assurance tires that were discontinued. Thanks for the help guys!

Purchased tires and booked online. When I arrived there was a hand written note with " Not open on Sundays at this time" scribbled on it. I called another Goodyear location and they were able to get me in same day, but I did have to pay a second time. Now I've been on hold over an hour trying to get refund for the first $400. No from the store has bothered to contact me about the Sunday appointment they missed. Is very important to update hours on Google and your website if the stores days/ hours have changed. At the very least, don't accept appointments for that day!

I had booked online and when they called they explained they may not be able to today as they were very busy. with me being off today they still let me come in at my normal time, I went to the wrong one and ended up being almost half an hour late. Huge line when I got here but they handled it with grace. James did a great job under pressure.he s great at his job

Great experience and customer service. Mike Dolan was great to work with; he did a great job at keeping me up to date with the status of my vehicle and provided great input on recommendations. I chose the Goodyear ComfortDrive, and am very happy with immediate difference in the level of road noise and ride smoothness. I was scheduled on what looked like a busy day, and I was all set in a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier with the level of service.

Came in just to get a flat repair. Turned out my alignment was junk. Mike and the crew treated me awesome and honestly. Didn t oversell me , showed me exactly what was wrong (unlike other nameless places ) and I got a great deal and my car is now safe which unbeknownst to me it wasn t before. Can t recommend more. Thanks guys !!

The store Manager Mike is a 5 star + in himself. Very professional and courteous. I had a blow out on my truck and he helped me out with 2 brand new tires and rotated the tires to be perfect on my truck. I am a very happy customer and was looking for a good service department for all my other vehicles need. Glad I found them and going to be doing a lot more business here for all of my automotive needs. Thank you all again Grrrrrreeeaaattt Job!!!

I went here to get new front brakes on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler because mine were starting to squeak. I replaced front calipers, rotors, brake pads and a tpms sensor. As soon as I left, my front brakes began making more noise than before. I returned and they took a look at them and said a part was loose on one of them. After "fixing" it, I left again only to experience more noise from my front brakes. I came back a third time and they ended up grinding down some "excess manufacturer padding" on my brake pads. I left and shortly after, I was getting noise from my front brakes again. I came back a fourth time and this time they were going to warranty out the front brake pads and rotors. It is nearly 2:15PM and I have been here since 9AM and they are just now finishing my vehicle since they had to wait for parts. And after it was finished, the manager had the nerve to question if I was driving it fast and slamming on the brakes and told me they were going to make noise regardless. The amount of time and effort I have put in trying to get an easy install of brakes is simply unacceptable. For $865, I expect no sounds or noises coming from my front brakes especially after replacing calipers, rotors and brake pads. Instead I am left waiting and driving back here multiple times, missing out on my days off from work, for them to correct their mistake and install. I will not be returning here and hope this review, which I never write, will dissuade future customers in considering doing business here.

Mike the store manager and his team are great guys and subject matter experts in their profession. With what information you give them, they re willing to work with you and around your schedule to help get what you need done for your vehicle. I already gave them 5 stars but also 10/10 experience.

Was told they did not take my tire warranty to fix a tire, because payment from insurance wasn't reliable.Were going to charge me over 30.00 to plug my tire.Then when I took a business card was told call us next week and will see what we can do. Nope not in this lifetime.

Best car experience ever!! I thought I had confirmed an appointment today. But for some reason it didn t go through. But Jay was able to get us in and taken care of. Huge thanks to James, the manager, and the skillful Domingo, the tech extraordinaire, for fixing my tire. Very professional, pragmatic and skillful expertise with outstanding customer service. This is the only place I take my car for tires and service. Best in Pinellas.

Was trying to call to get in to schedule a time to get my tired patched. Phone rang on and on for about 3 minutes. Not a big deal to wait because I really needed this done. But instead of going to voicemail or some kind of que for a call back, they literally answered the phone and hung up. I could hear them on the other line behind they hung up. Super unprofessional. Business must be good.I called Jiffy Lube down the road. Answered, answered after one ring. JC was very nice and professional on the phone. Unfortunately they were out of stock on tire patches. 10/10 GO TO JIFFY LUBE INSTEAD!

On the referral of a friend, I decided to go here instead of the dealership when my AC wasn't up to par. I have NO regrets! Howard was up front, kind, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I am always on edge about being taken advantage of. Not here! I felt comfortable and knew they weren't out to just get the money. Because it was an expensive deal he even made it a little more bearable price wise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Goodyear location!
