To know Gary is to love Gary. By now you ve seen all his five star reviews and wonder if what you ve read is factual. I m here to tell you that every five star has merit and the words about his character ring true.I too was once brought to Gary s Body Shop by the stellar reviews. I had the pleasure of knowing Gary as a mechanic first and now happily count him family. He is consistent, humble, ethical, hard-working, and endearing.His shop is always clean, meticulously organized, and well ran. Gary and Steve s (his shop employee) work are always guaranteed and expertly done. His prices are honest, and his work is highly praised for a reason; you ll never catch him trying to add services that you don t need.The shop is small and it s a local business, so supporting it makes sense. He does a good job of managing my expectations of deadlines and work is completed on time. Gary s expertise, kindness, and friendliness are what continue to keep me as a loyal customer to this day.You don t need a nice mechanic, but you have one in Gary. Nice guys tend to finish last in this world, but Gary doesn t mind. His values and his integrity keep business steady and a smile upon his face. His countenance and cheerful disposition are sure to make your day.

I have gotten estimates from multiple places, and out of all the places I have gone to Gary s Body Shop, Inc provided the most reasonable estimate. Gary inspected my car and wrote down all the materials and what needed to be done to fix the damage to my car. He is friendly to speak with and very professional. He did not have that pushy sales attitude and just presented and explained what and why the estimate is how it is. It was estimated to be a week that my car will be finished. Gary also mentioned that when I am ready to reach back out to him so he can start ordering the necessary parts for my vehicle. I felt good with my interaction with Gary s Body Shop, so I decided to go with his business. Three days later I received an all from Gary informing me that my car was completed. I was surprised as he originally stated that it will be done by Friday. He completed the repair on Thursday (3 days later). I went to pick up my car and I had my mother give me a ride. When we saw the car, we could not believe our eyes. My mom immediately took a picture and sent it to my stepdad, and he asked if it was my car (lol). The workmanship of Gary and his team is outstanding. My car looks like how it did when I first got it. I highly recommend Gary s Body Shop, Inc in Clearwater if you ever need any body work on your vehicle. I read in the review someone mentioned, knowledge of how to treat a customer is on point! Genuinely nice guy and he even offered for my mother and I to hangout in his office while he does a few finishing touches to my car. He even removed the sticky goo left on my windshield by a (cheap) cell phone holder. He did not have to do that, but it is the little things like that showed how much he cares and passionate he is with his work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gary has repaired my 1997 Jaguar XK8 several times over 11 years. Twice it was hit while parked. Great job matching the paint. Also great bodywork. Finally decided to get the whole car repainted. The price was great and the result is unbelievable. 24 year old car with 381,000 miles looks as good as new. Not only have I always got a great price, but most important fantastic results. Uses quality materials.

This is the second car I have had repaired at Gary s body shop I have to say I have never been more pleased. I had my Cadillac repaired and the damaged area repainted..never have I seen a better paint job. I would seriously recommend Garys shop if u want a great job

Gary did a phenomenal job of fixing my car after it had a run in with a very strong pillar in a parking garage. My door looks basically new again and I m so happy the unsightly dent is gone! Gary is incredibly involved in his shop, and he s a man of many hats!! I found Gary's Body shop on google and went there because of their reviews and the location. They did a great job of repairing the Fender, Door, Bumpers and Tailgate on my truck. The work was done properly and the color matched great, which was important to me. I appreciated their enthusiasm and recommendations. The price was a great value and more then fair considering the quality of work and quick turn around. I will most definitely go back there anytime I need a vehicle repaired. I chose this place to work on my car based on Google reviews ( sometimes less reviews but really good ones are better) and being that it was close to my house. I like the fact that he s got like a mom/ pop type of body shop.The front of my car received damage and Gary got it done perfectly in the exact amount of time he quoted me and his price was reasonable. I will definitely go back to him for future repair work.

When you meet Gary you can tell how genuine he is. He quoted us a price on our mustang and told us when he would be finished. Wow, when we picked up our car it was beautiful. He said we would be pleased and we were. I have already recommended him to a friend. Totally satisfied.

I brought in my BMW Z4 for hood heat damage and back quarter panel chipping and Gary s shop not only fixed this but also fixed my door and front guard scratches. High quality paint perfect match! Highly recommend!!

Great experience and work expertise!!! Honesty, integrity and just great detailed work!!! I wont ever go back to the dealerships body shop or who they refer you to. Gary's is my only referral "because" he is honest backed by great valued work.

My car was scraped in a parking lot and I was very pleased with the quality of work done. Gary got me in quick and did a great job matching the paint and making my quarter panel look like new. Highly recommended!

Gary is hilarious - but he's also great at what he does. He redid the front end , painted , and put a new roof on my 68 Mustang a few years back and since, I've taken my Tacoma to him for some minor door alignments and he's repaired a friend of mines 01 Cobra. He was able to repair its damaged bumper and repaint the Cobra for a 1/4 of what another body shop quoted. It looks brand new - no bondo necessary!
