Bill gets to the core of the problem and fixes it so that it stays fixed. Not too long ago I took my car to another shop that was closer. Big mistake. That shop told me I needed a new engine. Instead of believing that to be true, I took my car back to Bill and he found what was going on for the cost of $700 instead of $5000 for a new engine. Bill is trustworthy and professional. He knows what he's doing. He takes extra time to explain to you what he did and why and how to maintain your vehicle so that it stays in good running shape. It's a big relief to know there's a shop I can take my car to I can trust. Thank you for your professional integrity Bill.

Excellent work; they found the issue another mechanic shop messed up on, my 5.4L 3v trition! Very clear on the communication and direction they wanted to go and I approved the steps along the way! You won t be disappointed by coming here!

Took my 2009 Milan in for what I thought was an oil leak; it wasn t. It was a transmission leak and if I hadn t had it looked at, when I did, it would ve been so much worse. Nevertheless, the owner fixed the leak, replaced a corroded line, change out my spark plugs & now it runs so smoothly. He charged me thousands LESS than the figure I had in my head. So much better than buying another vehicle! I ve been coming to Boltz Auto since I ve moved here in 2014. Wouldn t trust my car with anyone else. I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of their service. To start, because the receptionist (Cindy) is a woman, I felt less intimidated than most places to do business there. I didn't feel like at any point I was getting the "you're a single blonde girl that doesn't understand cars" pricing.I was out of the country while my car was being worked on and the level of correspondence was beyond any of my expectations. Billy responded to me with very thorough emails describing my car's problems and broke down my expenses so I felt very comfortable in what I was paying for.My car runs great (except for a minor mystery noise that might be transmission related and needs to be taken to a place that specializes in that), the prices are fair, and I will be a repeat client (only unfortunately because that means my car is breaking).THANK YOU - Nadya

The owner, Bill, is an honest man! He has been my mechanic for over 15 years. He hasn't taken advantage of me. He completes the services that I rely on him to do for my Winnie (the name of my 13-year-old Honda Fit). He keeps her working so I can keep working. His wife/receptionist, Cindy, is an awesome person, too. This small business is awesome for anyone who doesn't want high dealership costs for any automotive repairs. I love MY Bolts Automotive! Bill knows cars!

We've been going to Bolts for 10+ years, and they are the most honest, skilled, reasonable shop around. They have always treated us with integrity and respect, and they stand behind their work. When the dealership has told me something, Bolts is always honest in its assessment and tells me if I really need it. And if I do, they always beat the price by a considerable amount. I always recommend Bolts to my friends. They are amazing!

I've been coming here for years now,just had both front axles replaced on my wife's car for literally half of what Nissan wanted to do them. Car was dropped off in the morning and done that day,Bill is always a straight shooter that does great work for fair prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to not get bent over by dealers.

Awesome.. Honest Automotive is what they should be called. Up front and honest, no smoke and mirrors no slight of hand nonsense. Quality work and fair pricing and quick too. A+++ Highly recommend.

I own American Dreams Restoration and whenever my customers need mechanical repairs or maintenance on their vehicles, Bolts Automotive is the only place I trust to send them. First rate repairs and fair pricing backed by a solid warranty. Polite and courteous staff, comfortable clean waiting area and restrooms. What more could you ask for in automotive repair.

I'm so satisfied with Bill & Cindy! My 2001 BMW is back to driving smooth and sound! I had previously taken her to another import 'specialist' and after an expensive repair bill, my car continued to run horribly. I was given a very expensive estimate for many other items that needed repair when the initial diagnosis was not corrected. I'm so pleased with Bolts I will recommend them to everyone I talk to about automotive issues. Thank you again!!

Billy is the man! He s just a great guy, very personable, knowledgeable, and HONEST! Honestly is a tough quality to find in this business. His pricing is also very fair and much more cost effective than the stealership.

To Notch repair shop, needed someone to figure out my A/C problems with my 2000 Continental. Lincoln Land recommend them, they were able to figure out & repair all of the mistakes that the other shops made. Thanks Bill

Was informative about what needed to be fixed. Was able to fix some interior things and fix what was needed under the hood. Got the belt squeal to stop. Very pleased!
