These employees are amazing!! They are so helpful and they actually care to solve your problems or recommend where to go! Justin was so helpful with my battery, and Robby came to the rescue as well! Robby if you see this you re the real MVP :)

There s more to buying a battery than just buying what fits in the hole. Eric, Alexis and Jerramiah spent a whole lot of time to make me happy, satisfied and fulfilled to leave the store smiling, knowing that I shall return.So, if you have a hole that needs filling, one of these guys will find what fits.AutoZone should be proud to have such dedicated people representing them.Thank you.

I was super busy today when truck broke down. Managed to get to Auto Zone where Eric hooked me up and got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I've always liked Auto Zone, however, with employees like Eric, you just can't go wrong. Thanks Eric

The customer service at this location is beyond impeccable. They don't mind taking the extra time to ensure customer satisfaction. Today I had went in and had the pleasure of working with Larry and the store manager Matt. They both went above and beyond to provide me with the best possible customer service experience. They truly are the nicest and most helpful. I highly recommend this location. No only are they kind and helpful but they are knowledgeable professional and understanding too. Thank you Matt and Larry for all of your help today. I will definitely be returning for my auto needs.

My husband needed a part for his van and I needed some bulbs for my car, all of which I got thanks to a gentleman, I wish I could remember his name because he was so very helpful and extremely nice..it was the one on Gulf to Bay by the drivers license place.I'd definitely go again and I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

This specific AutoZone I will never be coming back to. The person who looked up my product was super knowledgeable and very time efficient but the second guy that was there who helped customers put the products on their car or in their car told me he would be out to help me in 1 minute after my husband was trying to change the light bulb above the license plate on the back of our car or about 10 minutes there was still no sign of him. My husband got everything changed but had a hard time putting the clip back in after changing the light bulb and so I went inside and the guy was standing there behind the desk doing nothing. He told me that he forgot about me and came out to help me with my clip. He took a look at it and told me it was broken and I would have to go to my Subaru dealership for a new part. We got home and my husband took another look at it and realized that the clip was upside down. After trying to pick around everything worked perfectly fine. This guy named nothing about his product for the car that he was trying to help me with. He didn't know he should have asked somebody or told me straight up that he didn't know how to fix the light bulb on my car. I am very frustrated by this and won't be back.

Michael C. was probably the best salesperson I have ever had at an Autozone. He did not have that underlying tone of demeaning me because I am a woman. He took his time to explain I would need an oil filter with the oil that I need for my car specifically. I would highly recommend going to him whenever you go in!

They tested my battery and then swapped it out for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be back the next time I have any auto part needs.

I had a tough battery to replace but Greg tackled it. Not only was he fast but he was really nice along the way.I wish he was allowed to accept the tip I tried to give him because he earned it. 10/10 I ll be back.

The staff was incredibly helpful! They loaned me a tool to assist in removing an item from the frame of my car. I was looking for the correct size push pin and they allowed me to open one of the small containers, remove one to see if it fit correctly to the frame, which I ended up purchasing. Outstanding, excellent customer service!!! Great knowledgeable staff!!! One of my best buying experiences ever!!

Josh promptly greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me locate a battery to replace the dead one I had in my car. Instead of pressuring me into buying the more expensive battery (that's all they had in stock), he allowed me to CHOOSE to purchase the in-stock battery or go somewhere else for the cheaper one. I chose the one in stock. I wasn't expecting Josh to help me replace the battery but he was out the door before I had the chance to ask him how much it would be to change it. Apparently they change batteries for FREE! I'm grateful for this service but especially the day I was in because a rainstorm was coming quickly. Josh kindly changed my battery in the rain and made sure it worked before going back inside and out of the rain. Josh's service is top-notch and I will continue to go to this location as long as he is working there. Thanks Josh!

As a military veteran who knows of cars mr. Michael contreras has knowledge experience and good advice To service your car from battery to spark plug issues this man care more about his job then the money you can see he enjoys it and will not shorten you with his services.

Wow! The lady manager was very helpful when I came in to get a boot replacement for the calipers I just ordered. She ensured I was satisfied with my order. I returned the core deposit for the calipers a week later. Thank you for your help and I ll be returning to this location more often.

I came in the store yesterday trying to get help with getting my battery the first guy tried to help me he had something to do. (Which was fine) It was a lady in the gray shirt that told me I had to take it out myself (mind you I never been under a hood personally) the whole toolbox looked foreign to me I didn t know what to go with what. I was unaware I had take it out myself and I had a toddler with me! As I m walking out the door I run into Malissa B. And she ask me what I was trying to do I told her I m gonna learn how to take my battery off and preceded to walk off she walked inside. Unbeknownst, to me she went to get gloves and help and talk me through taking out my battery even entertained my son while I took my battery out! She was so helpful after a stressful day of needing a new alternator! She was stress reliever and made me feel so comfortable she is GREAT! Keep her around I will be a customer forgive. Tell her she is going to a wonderful mechanic and let me know when she open her own shop!

2 visits ago the staff was super helpful. This last time a grey bearded gentleman was helpful enough but it was a SERIOUS struggle to convince him & he didn t listen very well at ALL. I tried to get others to step in but it was like I was a ghost. Must ve been me this time?
