Their communication, attention to detail and their attitudes deserve all the recognition. They will do what s right for you and your vehicle. By far some of the best customer service I ve ever received at a business. They treat people kindly because they want to, not because they want a good review.Thank you Marc & Virginia!

We received amazing service yesterday. We are from out of town and needed minor service prior to heading home up north. The technician was able to do the work right away which saved us having to go back. He was very polite and friendly, and the work was done before we finished our courtesy coffee! I would highly recommend AutoNation Honda Clearwater Service Center.

This was an extended warranty replacement part recommended by Honda. Check in w Craig was fast and easy. Car was completed in time frame given. The text message communication was convenient. I enjoyed the picture of my car!

I have been coming here for my Accord service over last 5 years and they never failed to impress me. This time Marc took care of me and I am very much satisfied with the service visit. The technician walkthrough video was a great add-on. Thanks everyone for putting the customer service at top.

I had a great experience at Clearwater AutoNation Honda. I had shopped a few different brands and dealerships and was very happy I went to AutoNation for my purchase.My sales rep. Dan was low key, kind & very knowledgeable and made the process a pleasure. CJ the manager assisted and worked with me on the details and was kind and pleasant to work with, they both worked together to get me the car I wanted & Dan even drove a distance to go get it for me, both men made sure that I was happy, this made the experience even better. I really love our new CRV and highly recommend this dealership and representatives.

I just love Honda Autonation. Easy to make an appointment even if you need it same day. Amazing. Every visit is pleasant. Service is the best. It's nice because they give options and I feel they are straight up with their recommendations.

I had a specific time for my appointment, the staff were on time, friendly and explained the service details, told me how long the service would take as I waited for the car, and their estimate was very accurateThe service writer came and reviewed the service that was performed with me and I was on my wayI was delighted with the service

I had to have an oil change and had just arrived in FL from SC. I went to Honda Clearwater due to its location which was near where I have been staying with family. What I did not expect was the kind of professionalism , friendly and honest treatment I received. I was financially attempting to relocate and when I received the list of the repairs needed it was very overwhelming. What I did not expect was no pressure, reassurance and of all things the Service Advisor stated he was taking care of my bill today. I have not been treated like that in a long time and this kind of treatment is unheard of in this day and time. They have my business. Thank you Michael you are a rare find.

The first time at this dealership was to ask questions about servicing my car. They were very helpful which is why i brought my Civic to them for a transmission service. When i arrived at the scheduled time they answered my questions and were generally very friendly and my car was finished and ready sooner than expected. My only complaints were i wasn't told about additional fees when i originally was quoted a price and they also tampered with my dash camera by unplugging it. I would probably still return though.

Took my 2017 HR-V in for my (second) paint recall. This was by far the best experience I've had at Autonation Honda service center. Alyssa and Jessica were friendly, knowledgeable and top-notch! They made my drop-off and pick-up smooth and speedy. You need to do everything possible to keep Alyssa in your employment!! (Only bad thing is I came home with a break light out...maybe just bad timing.) They also didn't make me feel stupid when I couldn't figure out how to put the new loaner vehicle in gear! Lol! Thank you.

I ve been coming to Honda Clearwater for services with my HondaCare for the past 3 years and always had a great experience! They provided me with videos of my car inspections and updates on service progress over texts! People are very friendly and always smiling!

We ve bought three Hondas from this location and all interactions with staff are top tier 5-star customer service. I bought a new car from them yesterday and had nothing but exceptional service. From the service / repair center to the sales & finance people, they provide a very welcoming, professional and relaxed atmosphere. I m a customer for life and recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

On 2/12/24 I moved to Bradenton and when I came back home to pick up my car to drive it back to my new house it didn't start. As you can assume, I was pretty devastated. I had my car towed the next day to AutoNation Honda Clearwater where I always service my vehicle. They were able to service and fix my vehicle in a very timely manner. Thank you to Michael and the Honda Team for always helping. I appreciate it.

After getting the "runaround " from Crown Honda, I called AutoNation Honda and they indicated open appointments the next day but to bring my vehicle in today. I was greeted by Michael, who was responsive and the team at AutoNation identified the problem, replaced my battery and had my van ready the same day. Great work AutoNation! Thank You.

Craig is a great associate! And I love the video the tech made of the area of concern that I asked them to check. I do think that it takes a little too much time, though I realize that I had more done than just an oil change.

I tried to use my 15% discount from Costco, but was informed that they don't honor that anymore, so I took my business elsewhere, I won't say where , but they gave $25 off plus 15% off everything else my car needed. Service was much better. They changed my air filter and the inside cabin air filter, wiper blades.

10/10 experience, my salesman was Phil Sivyy, and he made the entire process a breeze. We checked out a couple cars and he was very knowledgeable about the features and general history of each vehicle. My Nissan handles extremely well, and looks great after detailing. I couldn t be happier with my purchase! Great experience with Autonation and Phil!

Craig always handles my car concerns each and every time I visit AutoNation Honda. I am confident that he will take care of what ever is needed for my car. As I sit in the waiting room, I love the new function of visual updates and repairs needed and I am able to tell Craig and the technician to continue with the diagnosed repairs, saving everyone time and effort. AutoNation Honda of Clearwater is the only Honda dealership I ll take my S2000 to. After dealing with horrible experiences at Palm Harbor Honda, I was skeptical about Clearwater, but Alyssa and her team brought me faith in dealerships again. They keep you up to date with what they re doing for your car as well as point out potential or current problems. They don t just tell you either, they show you. They do a video and go over your car and point out what needs to be done and then let you choose to have it done now or at a later time. I m very impressed with AutoNation and will continue to do business with them!

I have been a customer at this service center since 2012, they are always honest and have my car back to me timely. I did not have an appointment when I just recently brought my car in, but they gladly fit me in due to the concerns I had. Love my Honda and love this dealer and service center.

I decided to trade my car in and get some cash back to pay off a debt. It worked out perfectly and have leased a car for the 1st time ever.Grateful to Christian Alba who went above and beyond. He was so patient with me, knowledgable and joyful with his job. Loved that. Eddy Xiloj helped me with computer things i needed to take care of and i was so appreciative.Brayden was good with selling me the vehicle of my choice. CJ is always so personable and he helped me with my decision on leasing.I am a Honda girl and grateful for the team. Service Craig and Allysa are superb, knowledgable and friendly for the 4 years i had my other Honda.Thanks and God bless you all

Major problems become minor issues. Dry belts and bad rear shocks diagnosed by talented tech who has worked on Hondas for 32 years. Real pros!!! Adding Michael as one of the best service advisors!

AutoNation has a great service department. Very reasonable prices and excellent service! They also give me a complimentary ride home when the repairs take several hours. Most important great service agents!
