Excellent experience, with Troy (salesperson), Josh (Manager), and Srey (Finance Director/DMV)! I found the exact car I wanted online and arranged for them to hold it with a deposit until I could get there (they allow you to use your credit card up to $5k). Once I got there, it was even nicer in person! I test drove it and did the paperwork. Srey in finance transferred over my custom plates with DMV from previous car to the new one, so I didn't have to make the trip there and/or spend time doing that! Troy was always available and helpful when I had questions. I'd highly recommend these guys and this dealership!

Just had some work done at AutoNation Chevrolet South Clearwater and very impressed. Their service rep Andrew Nelson was great in getting the work done quickly and done right. Very impressed with this company and will come back often. Five Star Platinum referral for sure!

I made an appointment to drop off my car. I was offered a ride back to my house, but already had scheduled a ride. I was kept informed of the work being done on my car. Once my car was ready, I was offered a ride again to go pick it up. Very smooth transaction.

My purchase from AutoNation Chevrolet was a great truck buying experience. The staff were friendly of course but more importantly they provided me accurate cost and financing information the first time around without the normal back and forth car salesman to manager dance. They were respectful of my time and while they didn t rush my decisions or purchase they also didn t have me sitting around for hours. Overall great experience and will business with again in the future.

Service advisor "Anthony", was attentive to my cars needs, polite to me, and knowledgeable and confident my car would be fixed and back to me in a couple of days. He offered me a 2 day car rental through my extended warrantee (not needed) but good to know. Anthony kept me up to date on my repair, which was reassuring and appreciated. I feel very comfortable using this dealership for service and this time for repairs, being an older female, treatment and honesty is very important to me. I have no hesitation referring anyone here. This has been my second vehicle purchased from Autonation and this experience was even better than before. I was put in contact with Androu, who stayed with me throughout the entire process and made sure I walked out with the suv I wanted. He even worked with his Service Center VP to have the repair cost of my trade-in covered with purchase of a new vehicle! Brandon also came through with the right financing, so I wasn't paying for things I didn't need. Overall, my experience at Autonation Chevy was amazing! 10/10 highly recommend.

I don't like the game of being quoted a ridiculously high price and then being offered a "discounted" price. I was ready to take back my truck and go somewhere else. I even had an appointment at a private garage. When I called back Autonation, I was quoted a much lower price. In the end I was very happy with the work done, satisfied with the price, and happy with my service rep Anthony.Your clients are not stupid. We know what a reasonable price is. Don't play games.

We were travelling from Canada to Florida and our check engine light came on. I went to the closest Chevrolet dealer and was told I would have to leave the truck for 3 or 4 days and they might be able to look at it.That didn t seem like a reasonable option so I drove to Autonation Chevrolet.At the service counter I met Andrew, one of the service advisors. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He said yes they could look at it. Within minutes he had retrieved the code and put a plan in place. He was very professional.Thanks to Andrew I had a pleasant experience and my truck was repaired the same day so we could enjoy our vacation.

Took my Chevy vehicle here and asked to have a specific service performed. The brake lights were sticking on at times causing issues with the vehicle. I ended up with a over $2000 repair estimate to repair parts that had nothing to do with the pedal position sensor. They told me the brake pedal position sensor was not able to be calibrated which is not true. Even after providing them with instructions on how to do so on their scanner they still would not. They then offered to purchase my vehicle in trade for a new one. Not very respectful of my time as I am currently traveling Buyer beware they are out to empty your pockets! Took my vehicle to a local shop and had the pedal position sensor reprogrammed and all is well now! This place is out to take your money watch out! Bad experience here!

Mike was very nice and efficient. He conveyed to me the services I needed and did not need. He took the time to make sure that my MyChevrolet points were applied which I greatly appreciated. The service department ensured that my vehicle was finished in a timely manner.

SECOND AND FINAL EDIT: I added 2 stars onto my review ONLY because of John and Jeremy in the service department! They were amazing, they communicated, they were helpful, understanding and they handled the issues I've been begging the rest of the dealership to address since buying the car in literally 24hrs. I have still not heard from anyone, not surprised! I should have done it sooner but I just made an appointment and explained my situation and frustration with John and Jeremy and they set me at ease immediately. So THANK YOU, to those 2!EDITED: I decided to edited my review and take away 1 star from my 2 star review. I included a screenshot of the notification I received when my initial review was left and AutoNation replied. As you see they pretended to be happy to help and I've been waiting to hear from someone (for months...ive sent emails, left voicemails and now this google review AND edit). This is the exact reason I cancelled all of the extras I added on through the dealership (GAP, tire/wheel protection) because I only had 30 days and I couldn't reach anyone nor get a reply. Unfortunately, as you see in the picture I was going to be contacted and now it has been changed to something totally different! I basically sold myself the vehicle being it's a non-negotiable price, the price is the price is what I was told (which was fine with me). I had been car shopping and have been approved for a loan prior to me shopping with AutoNation Chevrolet. I actually went to this specific dealer because they had the exact SUV I was looking at. The finance team said the best they could do was a 14% loan, I have over a 750 credit score and the week prior had been approved for 6% so I got myself the loan through my own bank. Then there were some issues with the brakes/rotors where my salesman came up with paperwork showing the rotors had been machined, I guess because it would have just been too much for AutoNation Chevrolet to put new ones on since I was paying them around $22k for the car. Also, even up to this week as I'm still reaching out, no one replies back, phone calls do not get returned and now I'm going to have to put about $700 or so into a $22k vehicle I got less then 6 months ago. Not happy would be an understatement!

Despite asking about when to arrive to pick up new car, waited for hours in showroom while car was prepped. Polite staff (JG) but very long wait. Unnecessary delays and Confusion over GM discount, previous down payment and insurance status.Exhausting afternoon before paperwork done. Final inspection felt rushed. Car tires inflated to 48 lbs not 35 as door panel recommended. Minor damage noted and photographed. Lesson: Don t notify new buyers to come to Showroom until well After full car preparation.

I am now 0 for 3 at this dealership and do not plan on returning for the duration of the time I own my Chevrolet. The service department is disorganized and I have have expressed my concerns in many reviews in the past and I see no improvement. In the past I received a service voucher and I applied during this visit and even that process was borderline fraudulent. I had $500 in vouchers and wanted new rear brakes and an oil change and left with rear brakes only as the dealership said nothing would be left over but would NOT tell me how much the rear brakes are. I was simply advised all of my vouchers would be applied to rear brakes. I cannot empasize enough how terrible service and sales are here and I believe you benefit from being on a busy road but otherwise, do not understand how you get the business you do. I am 100% unhappy with both the purchase of my vehicle here and the service. I will not, ever, do business with Autonation again and I have a family member that works for this co. and still, I would never recommend.

2024 TAHOE RIVIEWMy experience wasn t great at all. I bought a 2024 Tahoe Z71, almost $80k car. Not to forget I called thedealership so I could get InTouch with the finance but no call back. The deal was done so we went thenext day to close. It started good with the nice lady checking our trade and approving it. But then therest of them were a disappointment. Starting with Shrey our finance guy, he Was the one I made thedeal with/ not answering our call or email from the dealership to approve certain commitments hepromised to do that day even though he was off. All I needed was a simple communication. I havebought lot of cars in the past and according to my experience the last person to make sure we are good,given all car explanations and see us off is the salesperson you are dealing with, but this time Troy wasGONE. He didn t even let us know he was leaving. And the last person to be careful is Brandon fromfinance, he didn t give me all the documents that I signed specially the WE OWE R1/14 documentsshowing what the dealership owes me. Lastly, they messed up on my email address and regardless ofhow many times I told him, they still have the wrong email address. We put our trust that you will betrue to us. Not to mention we were the only ones when we came and ended up staying there for 4 hrs.If you ask me if I m going to deal with this dealership in the future than it s a big NO.

Went in for an oil change, arrived at 10 am, was half hour early. Was told it will be done in an hour. 2.5 hours later it was done. Not happy. Its a oil change. They did give me $20 off oil change. So my time is worth $20 for 1.5 hours that it was late. I will not be going back, I will go to a quick lube place next time. ( We are winter snow birds from Wisconsin.) By the way, Our chevy dealer in WI (Southworth Chevy ,Bloomer WI) is great, (honest).

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience this time. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told while waiting for my truck that the front brakes needed work done, so I made an appointment for the future. When I got my paperwork, I saw the "inspection sheet" from my technician that said the brakes were "green". So, I cancelled my future appointment and will take it somewhere else for a second opinion (before I pay the $500 for premature maintenance). I also believe, but cannot prove, that my tires were not rotated. I have one rim that has some delamination and I'm almost certain it was in the same location (drivers front) when I dropped it off and picked it up. I did get charged for the tire rotation though. I will pay better attention next time.

I sincerely do not understand who hired such non-professional managers. They don't even know how to understand car documents. I came to ask how much they could buy my car for, and they told me that I had a salvage title. No one in my life could spoil my mood so much for the whole week. I literally couldn't sleep well because of this thought. In the end, everything worked out, I had an electronic copy of the title in my hands, according to which they just thought I had a salvage. Having visited many other dealers, bought a lot of reports online, I made sure that I had an absolutely clean car. In addition, I received an official title in DMV. As it turned out, everything is clean, the managers in this dealer are completely incompetent! IWorse dealer than this one, I've never seen before

My sales guy Gabriel Rodriguez showed that he has been selling for a long time. Showed attention to detail during the transition into my new truck. Very impressed.

Too expensive, the oil change price went up around $30.00 since my last visit. They also did not rotate my tires as I requested. This is now the 2nd time in a row I got my oil changed there and paid to have the tires rotated and they were not. When I picked up my truck I point blank asked my service advisor if the tires were rotated because last time they weren t. He said Oh Yeah for sure. Got home and double checked. Nope, they were not rotated. You can bet they charge you to rotate tires in their labor fees. It s takes 5 minutes to do and it s already up on a lift. Makes me wonder if they even changed my oil and filter. I did receive a shiny new sticker on my windshield though to tell me when I m due back to not get my tires rotated. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because the service advisors are really nice.

Auto Nation Chevrolet did it again, I went in today to have my rims repaired (US 19 has been rough on my car, plus I have a thing for curbs) and let me just say, they did not disappoint me. My rims look like new they also washed and vacuumed out my car. I felt like I was driving away with a new car. Thank you again Anthony to you and your team of experts :)
