Apex Auto and RV Repair wowed me! They installed brakes on our fifth wheel a few months back. While we were on a trip, one of them had a catastrophic failure which put us into a bind and a potentially dangerous predicament. We were able to safely make it home and called Apex shortly thereafter. Rob told me to bring it in and he would make it right.Rob quickly recognized the issue and it's severity. He was very sympathetic and went well above and beyond! He replaced all the brakes with higher quality units. Additionally, one of the wheels was destroyed during the incident, and as fate would have it these wheels are no longer made. I bought 4 new wheels and Rob installed my (new) original tires on them.How much did all of this cost? $0! Apex certainly could've charged me for the labor (the parts were warranted), but they did the right thing instead.I'm very impressed with the quality and ethics of this company, as well as the great customer service Rob and his crew provided. We will use them for our RV Repair needs going forward, and we highly recommend them.DavidServices: Tires, Brakes

When I called Apex to enquire about installing a suspension upgrade kit along with a wet-bolt and shackle upgrade kit on my travel trailer, they knew immediately what I was talking about. They were very helpful in scheduling the work for a time that was most convenient for our travel plans. The people at the store were helpful and professional.The work was completed on time as promised, including being able to re-pack the wheel bearings and inspecting the brakes while they had the trailer.We've been on two trips since the work was done and everything is looking and working great.We'll be back the next time we need any preventative or corrective maintenance.

I was very pleased with my service from the APEX team. The office staff was great to work with and explained everything whenever I had questions. As a woman, that can be hard to find in the auto repair industry, so I really appreciate their patience and help! I did have a few extra services suggested to me after they worked through my car, but I felt that all of the services were needed and reasonably priced.Thank you and I will be using APEX again!

Just wanted to say if your looking for Professional, Qualified and amazing service on your Motorhome, please contact the people at Apex diesel and Motorhome service and repair. Steve took our Motorhome in within days after we contacted him. The service and repairs we had asked for were done within one week when at other ships it would take months to get an appointment and weeks to get our coach back. First time there for an oil change for my 2020 Chevy Blazer. It was very easy to make an appointment and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean, the waiting area was clean/comfortable and supplied with refreshments. The oil change was very reasonably priced and to top it off they gave me a gift bag of several items for being a first-time customer.

I used to hate getting any repairs done on my car including oil changes. Since coming to APEX, that has changed. Clean, comfortable area to wait for your car. They are prompt and quick with service. The personnel are very friendly and really communicate with you about your car. Excellent

I couldn t be happier with Apex and their team. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. That morning my battery died. When I got to Apex they discovered that the company I got the battery from sold me an outdated one and the wrong one. They went out of their way for me and called the company that sold me the battery. They had them deliver a battery to them so they could install it and they got me the battery at no charge. I highly recommend Apex for all your car and RV needs!

Holy moly, what service!!! We had a tire on our rv that was low but didn't have the right tool to fill it. I Google searched for RV service near me. Apex Rv & truck was less than 10 miles. I called a REALLY nice man named Tony answered the phone and said to drop by. We are all hooked up towing our van on a dolly, so they hooked up 2 hoses to reach so we didn't have to unhook. They filled, checked and sent us on our way .I now have we our go-to spot for RV repairs !!!! Thank you Tony and the other gentleman, I forget your name,but thank you thank you !!!!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. We were able to get our RV in for service within just a day or two for two separate issues. Both repairs were completed thoroughly and expeditiously. Communicated exactly what was completed.

My experience was great. The front desk staff were professional and kind. The waiting room was clean and quiet. My oil change took about 30 minutes, it went well, and the price was fair!

Very nice to have a service company that you can feel confident in their abilities. Not only answered several questions about current service but had good suggestions for future needs. Been going to Ford for service and after 5 different dealers realized they have no idea what an issue is unless the computer tells them exactly what is wrong. The dealer turn over in mechanics at the Ford dealers is a nightmare. Look forward to having confidence in my service company.

I'm very sorry I can't give you a positive review. My truck ran worse than when I drove it to your shop. It broke down on Ulmerton, just around the corner from leaving your shop. I had to tow it to another repair shop. I was told by a friend that you guys are experts with diesel engines. I wish I had something better to say but I'm sorry you couldn't fix my 7.3 diesel.

I took my car for a check engine light and the team was able to resolved the issue and made me aware of other necessary repairs. They explained clearly what needed to be replaced, they reminded about the appointment the day before and the whole process during the repairs went smoothly. I love the space they have for business owners that need to work while waiting for the car. Outstanding customer service.

I was passing through Clearwater and desperately needed an oil change on my Motorhome. Since discovering this company when we arrived for a long-term stay in Largo in July 2020, I ve used PM for everything on our motorhome from repairing both our electric and hydraulic slides to an HVAC unit replacement (and then a warrantied repair 10 months later when the blower failed), to the installation of new shocks and a steering stabilizer, to the clearing of a persistent black tank plumbing problem, and other issues. Rob and his crew are responsive, professional, knowledgeable and nice guys to boot. They can make appointments quickly and usually get their work done the same day. Highly recommended!12/2023 update: 2006 Grand Caravan SXT: So nice to have the new HVAC blower system online, and the battery negative terminal secured. Both were intermittently failing.And the replacement of a hidden blown 20amp fuse during the install fixed an irritant I hadn't mentioned: the fact that the upper 12v socket that switches on and off with the ignition switch was dead. With my powered rear-view mirror now plugged into that instead of the always-on socket below, I no longer have the occasional dead battery when I'd forget to unplug it overnight! 1/4/2024 update: installed new OEM spark plugs & wires (after 106k on the ones I d done in 2014) and replaced valve cover gaskets. No longer throwing off as many cat converter CHECK ENGINE codes!Service: A/C installation & repair

Avoid at all costs. They overfilled my car with oil causing a gasket to give way the day after my service causing hundreds of dollars in damage. They refuse to acknowledge their incompetence and have opted to ban me from their FB page and ignore my messages.Pic of my dipstick after 17 days of it leaking.

Tony and everybody at Apex are top notch. Had a problem with the generator on my RV. It only had 75 hrs on it. The carburetor became clogged because I failed to run it monthly. They found the most economical way for me to fix it and educated me so I don t have the same issue in the future. I can t say enough about the team of professionals there.

I took my new used RV, but new to me to them to get new tires & a stabilizer installed. They got it done in a by the next day. Had a small problem, but like any good company, they fixed it right away. I would take my RV back again for sure.Tim Schoenberger

I had never heard of them - found them online. WOW! was I impressed. The office, lobby, waiting room, and shop floor are the cleanest I have seen, period. Robert is super friendly with no nosense.
