My insurance company set me up to have my windshield replaced by Advanced Auto Glass. Reading the reviews on here I got a little nervous but everything went great. The gentleman who came by to do my windshield replacement was prompt and professional. He showed up on time and I had no issues at all.My windshield was on backorder from Toyota so they had to delay my service a day, but they called me to inform me they would need to do so the day beforehand.

The lack of communication at this place is ridiculous, I ve never experienced anything like it. I had an appointment to get my glass fixed on Friday so that I could sell my truck. They had my address, insurance card and everything was set but I never received a confirmation and no one ever showed up. I ve sent them multiple text messages that have not been answered and my calls go straight to voicemail. I m wondering if they didn t block my number to avoid any issues they caused. I figured I d give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe there was an emergency or someone was sick. But I haven t heard from anyone in a week. I d say just find someone else to get your glass fixed. Edit: 6/24/22 Just found out today that this place filed a fraudulent claim against my insurance and am now filing a police report and pursuing legal action against them. Scam of a place.

I was scheduled for 1:00-3:00, Jason was here at 1:00, had replaced the windshield on my Wrangler in half an hour. Very professional, made sure to not leave any mess, checked to make sure it was placed right and properly secured. Super nice guy. Set appt. 8-11 time frame, took off work. Texted a confirmation, no call, no show. Called and left a message and never returned my call. Obviously does not need the business. Very glad that the tech was able to replace the windshield at my home. Tech did an excellent job of replacing the windshield. Would highly recommend Advanced Auto Glass.

they no-show'd me and now they don't answer the phone, tried calling 3 times this week, left VM... i wanted to use them because they say they're a family owned company, but now i have to go with the big chains. at least the show up when they're supposed to. it's a shameService: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

I love this place the people were very honest and on point all I did was make a phone call told them my vehicle type they gave me a price and they showed up the very next day and I had my new windshield by 11:00 in the morning Thanks Advanced Auto Glass I will definitely recommend your company to anyone that I ever come across or know that needs a windshield or window for that matter five stars thumbs up

Do not go to this place they lie to you they told me that they would give me $100 deductible and it never showed up these people are liars
