Great service and enjoyed talking with Tom. He was honest an upfront with me over what repairs were needed to my minivan. I was dreading bringing in the car to the dealership and other places because of everything that needed to be done. His prices were the best in the entire area that I could find for replacement of my two front axles and some other service work that needed to be done. I will definitely be back in the future.

Tom has been the go-to guy for my whole family and, and he always does a great job. Honest, quick, affordable. The tire shop across the street is the same way! Both great guys!

My Wife called me on her way to work, told me her engine light came on. Called Tom's Automotive, and left a message. Tom returned my call, and told me to bring it in this morning. He ran the code, explained to me why it came on. Cleared it. He laughed when I asked him how much I owe him. Took him less than 5min. Can't wait to bring my Iroc-Z here. He told me early next year. He'll be ready.

Stop by to get a quote and spoke to Tom himself. He said to give him a call the next day and he would let me know how much the repair would be. I tried to call more than three times the following day as he asked and no one picked up the phone. The following day I decided just to drive by since I'm not to far from his location and spoke to a gentleman named Steve which is one of his mechanics as he informed me that Tom was off on Mondays. I told him what was wrong with my car and if he could possibly give me a quote, after about 10 minutes of speaking with him he said it should not be anymore than $300 max. I said perfect when can I bring it in. He said come back tomorrow and speak with Tom and he can get you all set up. When I came back the next day as he asked Tom had been there most of the day but had to run an errand. I said ok since Ive been here twice already can you please take my info down and please give it to Tom. He said no problem, that Tom would be back shortly and I will make sure he gets the message. So in Total I drove there 3 times and Tom never got back with me. Im not here to say that they are not good mechanics, since I never had the chance to get my car fixed with them, Im just saying, at least with my experience I would rate their customer service skills and communications very poor.

Bought a pickup a week ago. Took it to a shop to put my snow plow on it. The mechanic said that there were only 4 blades left on the fan and the bottom piece of the radiator shroud was gone. It had new front inner fenders on it. He said it looks like it was hit in the front end.

The dealer s service department t said it would be 3 days, no loaner, to figure out why my engine light was going on and off. My first visit to Tom, who scanned the dash, and found a minor problem in minutes! He was so friendly, wouldn t take $. I've been bringing various vehicles to Tom's for over 10 years now. They're always fair and trustworthy, and when they're not able to handle something, every recommendation they've given has proven reliable. I always recommend them to friends and family. Good people, good place

My father recommended Tom's to me a long while back. As a freelance delivery driver, I rely on my car for work, and Tom and his crew have delivered solid service every time. I have been doing business with them for maybe 1.5-2 years now, with about 7-8 visits, and I have absolutely no complaints thus far.They're reasonably priced (better than at least most places around the area), they are honest, they won't try to pile on extra services or sneak extra fees in, they actually try to work with the customer and give them the best routes to go about certain situations with their vehicles, and overall they just really care about their customers. Plus, if there's something they can't do or a part they can't get, they will freely give recommendations without hesitation.I would say they are the polar opposite of the "crooked mechanic" trope, and I feel so fortunate to live close to this place.They have easily earned 5 stars from me with all the business I've done with them thus far. Steve was extremely busy but managed to fit us in and get us repaired quickly. Pricing is straightforward and honest. I would not hesitate to bring my Honda in again. I drive 50 miles just to get it there because I know it'll be in good hands.

Great work for a great price by great guys that I trust to do what is needed and with the experience to let me know of any other things that they find wrong or in question to be fixed or not, which in turn gives me the options to fix then or not.I trust them to do the right thing.They have been in business for a long time, and it is due to their fair dealings that proves why they are still in business.

Tom is a wonderful man. I needed to get my car fixed a I had children to pick up from school by 3:00 he got me in and had the car ready by 1:30.he dose is a great mechanic.

Took my vehicle to Tom's for a second opinion after another shop in the area told me I need to replace my starter and it was going to cost $600. Tom called me after having my car for less then 2hrs to let me know the starter was fine, and all I needed was a new battery. He also wouldn't except payment for checking my car. That kinda of honesty is hard to find these days. Thank you Tom. I will be using you for any future repairs.

Great experience with Tom's Auto Repair! He replaced my air conditioning filter, front brakes, and rotated my tires. His pricing is more than fair, and it was an excellent experience. Definitely recommend!

Tom is by far the best mechanic I ve ever dealt with! I ve been dealing with him more than 6-7 plus years. He s been there I believe 30, almost 40 plus years. Most honest guy you will come across, I ve had other mechanics try to screw me over in the past but Toms always been there to save the day. He s the first person I would go to for any car problems cause if he doesn t do it he can refer you to another honest person that does. Thanks Tom for always taking care of my family and friends!!

I feel confident in unconditionally recommending Tom's- he does great work, is extremely knowledgable and has a great memory regarding services done previously and when...uncanny. Tom and his team are trustworthy, fair and very reliable. They always follow thru with the plan and the time estimation to get the job done. He helped us keep our cars going way above their expectant ages. A fair mechanic is all we look for and Tom is that guy.

Toyota dealership said I need brakes, battery, windshield wiper. It's obvious I don't need battery or wiper, Tom checked my brakes and they have plenty more wear before changing. Thanks for honesty! They replaced a few screws in my front bumper, charged me a very reasonable few dollars and sent me on my way. I'll go back when I do need brakes done!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've always wanted to "have a mechanic" and now I do! Grateful my neighbors turned me onto this HONEST and SKILLED shop. Best brake job I've ever had at half the cost and squeezed me in before a road trip during a very busy time. Great, honest place. I think I've found the Central Florida mechanic I've been praying for all these years. My partner took her truck here as well, and she had a great experience.
