Staff were polite and professional service was completed fast and efficient got an oil change tire rotation and 2 recall services in about 1 hour

Counter staff was pleasant and efficient. They seat you in the showroom to wait and the salespeople take full advantage. Very aggressive. Was there 2:45 minutes. No snacks unlike other Nissans i have used.

Service staff was sharp, polite, and very helpful. Only 4 stars because my vehicle was returned to me w/o a car wash, and a fair number of greasy finger prints on the hood, and driver & passenger side doors.A "discounted" price for just an oil change is $69.95, which seems a bit high.Good staff, I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership.Dealership is of recently under new management

Had a 730 am oil change appointment. Third in line, yet it took over 2 hours to get it done.Although, we did get a free car wash and a vacuum...Great service staff.Cappuccino, coffee and water was readily available in the waiting area.

Always get me in and out quickly- luckily my car came with oil changes otherwise kind of expensive but great customer service, very professional & nice waiting area

I wish I could give negative stars. A first thing in the morning appointment does not keep you from an over 2 hour wait for just an oil change. I know I am done with Nissan.

$1000 for a check engine light issue. Vehicle has 49,000 on it. Not under warranty. I bought a newer car for a good warranty.

I have a maintenance plan with Sutherlin Cape Coral and it's so useless that I have to take my car elsewhere any time I need service. Last time I received service it took over 6 hours even though I was told it wouldn't be more than an hour. I have a flat tire that is covered by my plan and was told they might not even have time to look at it. Now I have to take my business to another auto shop and pay extra.Service: Body & Trim
