Scheduled appointment for an oil change and the appointment was fulfilled promptly and efficiently. Kyle was very helpful and able to provide me with detailed insight the to the mechanic recommendations and all questions I had concerning them. I was also able to get my appointment for the aforementioned recommendations scheduled at the conclusion of my visit with no up-sale pressure! Happy to patron this location as all members of the staff have been extremely helpful and reliable in my experience!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service writer came and told me the wear on my font tires was severely worn compared to the rear tires. I told him to put a new set of tires and align the the front end. He installed the Firestone Destination tires and sold me the life time front alignment. He explained that I could have the alignment with each rotation to make sure I won't revisit my previous problem. When I left the store I noticed a complete difference in the drivability of my car. Smooth, quiet and comfortable. These are the best tires I have ever driven on. Good job Firestone.

I had to reschedule my visit and the manager that I spoke to told me about a sale and a rebate that saved me almost 200$. After I arrived he made sure to set everything up to save me as much time and money as he could. I never caught his name but I recognize him from previous visits. The techs had me in and out for 4 tires and an alignment in 2 and a half hours. Great shop overall. It's always clean and everyone is always nice. I will be a firestone customer for as long as shops operate like this. They should be the example for other firestone operations.

Price, there are less expensive places to get tires.Your customer service is great overall. While everything went smooth, there is not a very friendly air about the place. Staff seems overworked. I guess the best way to put it is they are professional, but not very friendly.

These people are aweful, I purchased the package for free alignments and flat tires. And for the last 2 years everytime I bring my cars they say they can t help me and come with an excuse. I believe is because they no longer see me as a paying customer at one point I bought new tires from them, 4 months later I took the car because I had a nail in the middle of the tire. I dropped it off and they called saying I need 2 new tires I picked up the car took it somewhere else and they fixed it. Then I gave them another chance, took my Jeep to get an alignment they said their machine couldn t do it because the jeep was either too heavy or to high. I have never done a lift on the jeep. Again I took it to Tires Plus and guess what, they did the alignment. Negative 5 stars is what they deserve.

I ve used them so many times and they are always professional, the store is clean, and they always do good work. I will definitely use them again. And because I have a Firestone card I didn t have to pay for a flat tire repair. It s rare that a company consistently does a good job. They also take you in right away if you make an appointment.

They do good work. However, they're limited to certain work. They don't work on anything in your vehicle that is computer related. They're always helpful, and willing to work with you on almost everything.

Horrible service at this location. I paid over $900 and they forgot to rotate, balance, fix my flat, put air in the tires, change the oil, and then suggested I need another $7,000 of work done. Had it looked at by a local shop and they said the car is fine and doesn t need the repairs. This is the last time I buy tires here because your warranty sucks.

I recently visited this location for new tires, brakes, and an oil change, which amounted to a significant expense. Unfortunately, within two days, my wife noticed unsettling 'clunking sounds' while driving. Investigation revealed that all 20 lug nuts were left only finger tight. This safety oversight is deeply concerning, and despite my attempts to communicate with the corporate office, there has been no response. Safety is paramount, and I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements in their service quality.

I bought 4 new tires for $1,000.00 Along with a front end Alignment along with an Oil change.Then Firestone garage tried to sell me a "NEW" Battery and told me that my Sepentine belt was needing future repair soon ! I drove 1 mile and the Dashboard light came on saying that my CHARGING System needed repair ? Obiviously the mechanic loosen the belt so that my car needed the repair IMMEDIATELY ! ! ! I feel that was an Under Handed way of treating a NEW customer. I will go to another garage for repairs.

The staff was friendly and efficient! Josh at the front desk was profession and helpful while assiting with the issues with my vehicle and pricing out the best options for the repairs. Jimmy was the machanic completing work, he was profession, thorough and quick with the service to my vehicle. I would highly recommend Firestone north Cape Coral to all my family and friends!

Took my wife's car to Firestone for a synthetic oil change and paid $10 extra for inspecting the engine and fluids. I noticed the next morning when she left for work a large splotch of liquid under her car and figured it was dried up coolant. The driveway is a dark color and couldn't tell what the liquid was. The next day, the same thing. On the third day after the oil change, she said she felt the car was running hot. I had the car towed to our regular mechanic who found the drainplug washer or gasket was bad and should have been replaced during the oil change. Wouldn't one expect the mechanic would have found the leak during the oil change or inspection? I had to get another complete synthetic oil change. I requested a refund on my wife's Firestone card and now after two weeks of their customer service rep telling me the case had to be settled in "upper management" and to be patient, I ran out of patience and wrote this review. We plan to pay off her Firestone card and close the account. There are thankfully other options here and will not return to this store (N. Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral) or any other Firestone location.

I had 4 new tires just wanted them mounted and balanced, I was charged 171 dollars! I was not given a paper receipt, it was sent in email I see they charged me like 12 tires, I went back to store was told that is because I did not buy tires here, I will never return and be sure to tell others to try Tire Kingdom instead, absolutely a rip off!

I can't believe places like this still exist robbing people of time and money. I was told they could not patch my tire because of the angle of the nail in my tire. I asked if they could at least take the tire off the rim because there was no way to tell if it was patchable without looking at the nail. I went back inside the waiting room thinking they would actually check the tire and they did not. While in the waiting room I could hear the incompetent staff discuss that I was ridiculous for telling them the tire was patchable and how dare I tell their staff the tire was repairable. To keep a long story short went to a friends shop had them patch the tire came back with the nail to show the staff how incompetent they were. I feel bad for the folks these people con into buying a tire they don't need.

Came in because a nail was in my tire. At the time my low air light was not on, the man that checked where the tire was began to wiggle and pry at the nail. He then said let's check if it is leaking air (to myself I thought, 'well it wasn't leaking air, but it is now'). After realizing we needed to plug it, I waited 3 hours in the waiting room for this to be done, would have been longer but someone asked what I was waiting for and they made it priority...finally.A different day I went for oil change with a early appointment, didn't get my car back for 5 hours after. They never called, I called them to get an update since it was taking forever. After calling they gave me an estimated time of one more hour till it was done.I should have read the reviews before coming to this location.

I Needed to replace a leaking oil pan.Firestone got me in right away and replaced it while I waited. The final bill was $90.00 less than quoted! The car dealer I purchased the new car from in 2027 wanted well over $3,000.

I stood in line 35 minutes while i watched the guy with no name tag pick up 6 phone calls than tell me he has to keep my car overnight for an oil change with 3 hours left to close.. this shop used to be good needs new management

Wow an hour and a half to plug a tire. As I watch five of them screwing around through the window. Very poorly run. Maybe they need some adults working here. Texting on there phones. Now my car is out of the bay and still waiting. First and last time using this place.

Kyle, Troy, Jeff and the gang here, I feel, have put my best interests above all else. I feel safe and comfortable knowing these guys take care of all my car's needs. I would highly recommend THIS Firestone location based on my own satisfaction with their customer service.

I wish there were no stars to give. This location ripped me off with a "spark plugs" they supposedly performed on my vehicle. I found out the hard way that the "job" was never performed. After driving 1,000 miles I took the vehicle to the dealer and they ran a diagnostic test that showed that the spark plugs needed to be repaired immediately. After 4 calls to Firestone and two months of waiting and trying to get someone to speak with me and get this fixed, no one has called me. On top of that, Bridgestone Americas, Inc or Firestone Complete Autocare is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Please, DO NOT USE this location if you value your vehicle, your time, and your safety and your families'.
