Great customer service. Lory answered right away and got me scheduled.Great people. Jay took his time with my problem to get it done right. Took time out of his day to answer questions I had regarding my fifth wheel. Down to earth kind of company. Definitely saved in my phone for issues in the future.

He replaced my ac motor that I purchased. Promised to come back to do water intake and black water valve. His business line went dark several months!Finally, someone answers. Made an appointment 2 weeks prior. No call that morning. Finally got a response at the end of business day. Came Ill-prepared to do any work. Promised to bring his assistant the next day. No call. No reschedule request due to bad weather.His assistant replies after 11am to suggest two times 4:30p or next day 11:30a I voiced my displeasure setting aside time fo no shows! She says I m rude? I wonder why?Do not recommend setting appointments with this company.

While the initial assessment visit was scheduled timely and he said he could fix the awning arm, there was no followup to us to get repairs completed. We called and left messages and texts multiple times over several weeks to understand status of ordering the arm. After a month someone finally picked up phone rather than voice-mail. She said checking on pricing and would get a call that night or next day. Again no response after that so they received the payment for initial visit which was to also go toward repairs and then no followup.posting a review to just be cautious on using this mobile service. Very disappointing after initial contact so will complete repairs when return home.Update: after your reply I left a voice mail as only option when calling office and left message to call me and again no response.

Just hung up the phone with Jay at Camper Care Service, and he was so friendly and helpful. He had immediate knowledge of our issue and explained what the likely cause was as well as the repair required. He will henceforth be our first call for our RV repair needs!

Jay and his team are awesome! He was able to replace our ripped awning and damaged arm. Timing was a concern as we planned to depart for Texas. He helped to make it all happen. I highly recommend his services to other!

Terrible service. Doesn t return phone calls. We have been waiting over 6 weeks for them to come back and fix the automatic steps on our motor home. Now they say he doesn t remember the call. If I could give them zero stars I would.

We were so fortunate to be referred to Jay at Camper Care Service. It was like winning the lottery. He is honest and knows exactly what to do. We were in Red Oak Rv park and our slide out would not move in or out. I called Jay and spoke to his receptionist. She called me right back after I left a message. She said that Jay would be out the next morning by 10 AM. He was out earlier than promised. He cured the problem fast. He was more than fair with his price. He told me that if I had more problems to call and he would come back out. I would call him again if I'm in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Jay's Mobile RV service. We had a blowout with our tire and the jack we had was too short to help lift our camper. Jay quickly came out on his own time and his friend came with a large enough jack. Honest, kind, dependable, and more than fair. I wholeheartedly recommend his service. Thank you Jay! You saved our vacation!

Jay replaced out water heater in our '08 Phaeton and did a great job! That being said, promised to return to complete sealing entrance of hot water heater, and never returned. Great worker, but seems to lack on follow up. I did call and leave a message, but never got a returned call or return visit.

We are full time rv'ers this summer and needed help with a water leak. I called several dealerships and they all were backed up 3 weeks. I found Jay and he responded to our call the next day. He came out right away and diagnosed our water leak AND fixed it within two days. I would highly recommend Jay. He is courteous, knowledgeable and very affordable. Thanks!

Jay s mobile RV service.Called Jay on March 12th ....I had a leak in my RVs fresh water system. He called me back within the hour and came to my RV park later that day. He quickly discovered the leak in the hot water tank and replaced the leaky connection. All done in half an hour!Reasonable rate for the work done! He stands behind his work. We contacted Jay when we arrived at Shady Brook Golf/RV in early December. Contracted with him to build a new deck, replace main awning as well as replace awning over one of our slides. He arrived a week or so later and worked on deck and awnings. He did fine once he EVENTUALLY finished. Took several weeks, but we understood this is his busy season. At the time he finally finished the work we contracted with him to replace stairs going into front door and purchased all material necessary. On Jan. 7, 2020, one of our son's was murdered. We added and supplied ALL materials for Jay to build a very simple bench in honor of our son. We had a plaque engraved to affix to the bench. We also paid him IN FULL (+ some) for the work. It is now Feb. 13, and we have tried to contact him numerous times regarding the dangerous stairs, as well as requesting the bench. He left two messages, one on the 10th of Jan. and again on Jan. 18th, saying he would be here the next morning. He didnt show or call either time. I left a very emotional message 10 days ago conveying my desire to have the bench if nothing else. I offered to go and get it, I offered to stay up all night if that would fit his schedule, I would do anything. He has in no way responded.

If I wrote this review a couple of days earlier I might not have labeled Jay s RV Repair a five star. But after dealing with Jay on the phone and giving him the opportunity to do the right thing, he clearly is on the up and up. Not only is Jay an honest businessman, but someone who followed through and provided us with the information that my parents could use when he was unable to complete the job. We wish him well and hope he has much success with his company.

Jay failed to show or call to our first scheduled appointment yesterday so we got past his answering machine and rescheduled for today. Again he failed to call or show up. Since he came recommended by some of the FB groups we belong to, need to update those as well. He might do good work, but it's hard to tell when he doesn't make it to his appointments.

We called because we had a problem with our electrical system on our Fifth wheel. Jay cam out a few days later, found the problem and rigged it to work as a temporary fix.He explained he could get the part we needed by the end of the week and have it installed.We paid for the part in advance( I know, I know, we shouldn t have but we did)That was two weeks ago, we have called, left messages, no return calls NOTHING.He took the money and we haven t heard a word.Do not use this guy he is not dependable he will take your money and runHe is dishonest and untrustworthy.I will not use him and I do not and will not recommend him to anyone

I give camper care service 5 stars. He went out of his way to get our furnace going. Got the problem fixed quickly. He saw we had a bad regulator went to get one. I would highly recommend him . Excellent service. Super nice guy.

Just had Camper Care Service & Repair come out and fix our Motorhome. Let me just say; he was so professional, knowledgeable, and affordable!They have been licensed, Insured and legitimately in business for years!They fixed our AC, our water pump, our generator, our hot water heater and our connection from battery to starter.This guy came SAME DAY! I couldn t believe it when he said he could get here the same day! All I can say is what an amazing experience I wanted to openly share with all of you fellow RVers!5 Stars Hands-down! Now I see why they have such great reviews

My awning blew apart on June 2nd, and that week I contacted Camper Care. He came out and gave me an estimate and I agreed to it. He said it would be about a month for the parts. On or about July 1st I started calling. I called twice Friday, left msg., twice Monday twice Tuesday.Tuesday night the owner of the business called me returning my 6th call and stated the following:(This is not an example of what was said this is what was said)."MR. FISCHER, I HAVE YOUR NEW FRAME BUT I AM NOT GOING TO INSTALL IT! "OBVIOUSLY I'M MIFFED.THEN HE SAYS, THE VERY REASON I'M SELF EMPLOYED IS SO I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH "'PEOPLE LIKE YOU". AND I DON'T HAVE TO TO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE "LIKE YOU"I did nothing to provoke this gentleman unless the fact that I called 6 times somehow bothered him, apparently ALOT.Again I'm a 65 year old professional, owned my own business my whole life and been very successful, by treating people right.I know when somebody speaks "out of school" and I didn't ever say anything "out of school"I'm not too proud to admit I made mistakes and talked to people in a non empathetic rude annoyed way many yrs. ago, and it was always a lesson learned for me. Yhis is not what happened here.So he gets one star I wish I could do a "-1 star" and I'm also filing a claim with the B B B from Orlando.One of my neighbors saw him in here yesterday so he's obviously doing work I highly recommend that you do not do business with this gentleman.

Had a Carefree Travel'r adjustable awning arm assembly on my Jayco Precept Class A bend on my current trip around Florida. I ordered the part and contacted Camper Care Service Center about installing it onsite here at Three Flags in WIldwood FL. Jay arrived promptly and replaced the awning arm assembly in an hour. Great rates and great service, highly recommend this family owned onsite RV repair service.

I am impressed.Jay was at my RV the morning after I called, and had everything fixed within a couple of hours.My fridge had stopped several days before. Fixed.My AC was making a terrible racket. Fixed.And he offered to come out and do sealant on my roof if I decided I didn't want to do it myself.Jay has won a lifelong client because his prices were very reasonable, and because he put an end to several days worth of frustration on my part.Thank you Jay for a job absolutely well done!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Called Jay explained our problem said he would be in our park later today or in the morning 8:30 - 9am to look at it and give a quote no charge, we waited for him and saw him drive through at 8:15 am he never stopped at our Rv or called. I called him several times and no response. Not reliable at all. We are leaving the park today and still no return call??? If I could give less than 1 Star I would.
