This is my go-to mechanic, John. The owner is absolutely amazing. He's always willing to go that extra mile to make sure your car is working and that whatever problem you came in with is resolved. We use him for all our vehicles and always refer friends and family to him. He is a hidden gem of a mechanic. If you haven't checked them out, give them a shot. His prices are fair, the work is great, and he's fast.

I have used US Auto Repair almost exclusively for almost 25 years. They are by far the most honest, most reasonable and fastest repair shop in the county. I would never take my Car anywhere else.. We have been using Johnny for over 10 years an so has members of my Family. he is excellent mechanic, real Honest he would never tell you fix something that wasnt necessary. I used someone else once a tire company an then went get Johnnys to have it checked.. Not only was it Not Need but I was being over priced.. We have used John to repair our cars in the past. He is very good. He is very honest and doesn't over charge you or try to upsell for things you don't need. His prices are extremely reasonable and service is great....he is no nonsense and doesn't waste your time.....be forewarned John is not always super friendly but he is the most honest mechanic I've met. I can send my to him with her car and know he won't take advantage of her!

I was recommended to John when I moved here 6 years ago. His honesty, efficiency, and reasonable prices blew me away from the first visit! My daughter and I will never take our cars anywhere else!

Honest man John is indeed. He was about to fix a part but stopped and when he saw it was a issue than he told me. The original price I was quoted actually went down because he couldn't get the part. He is straightforward and upfront. Definitely give my go to mechanic for this area.

I called on a Thursday and the owner said he was too busy to call back tomorrow.I called on Friday. He said to call Monday. When I called on Monday He said he was still busy. Let me get back to you. I never heard from him.

I've been meaning to post this for a while now but I'm just now remembering to do it. John seems to be like a good honest guy. He's already fixed multiple parts on my car and I'm going back for some more in a few days! He doesn't rip you off like most shops will. Very reasonable and nice. Highly recommended!!

John's the only Mech my family has ever trusted, multiple vehicles of different makes, never had an issue, just be clear and succinct with what you expect from his services. I'd recommend him any day.

The shop (and John specifically) were recommended to me by my brother and my good friend (he's used the shop since 2000). John is honest and won't sell you work it won't need; if a less expensive service is what you need that's what he will recommend. The shop is always busy so it may take a day or two for him to get to your car.

Exceptionally poor customer service. I was spoken to in a condescending tone with short, abrupt rude quips. Staff told me I don t know what s wrong with your vehicle. (Neither do I! That s why I m asking you to take a look and diagnose it!) Refused to look at vehicle stating I can t help you when I mentioned I had an extended warranty on vehicle. Besides they were too busy and certainly couldn t look at it today. (Didn t ask for that; only asked if I could bring it in today.) Told me to take it to the dealer which, obviously I didn t want to do if I was calling your repair facility. The fact is, if additional non-warranty repairs needed to be made OR if the required repair was not covered by the warranty, I didn t want to be stuck with dealer prices. This man/facility couldn t have bothered with being a decent human being even IF he found working with warranty companies difficult. I m so glad I didn t send my daughter in law there. She would have been devastated. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Worst experience I ve had in a long time.

Honesty and integrity are traits few and far between for auto repair shops. For US Auto, they are the norm. Exceptional service, excellent know-how and reasonable prices make this shop our only for our whole family, 3 separate households totaling 5 vehicles. Thanks John and staff!

The worst customer service, that guy Jhon is so disrespectful. We had an appointment and when I got there he didn't even wanted to talk to me because "it was raining and he can't no work in the rain" while I was just stopping hoping to get a quote on something my car needed to get fixed, and I was whiling to wait for him. But he just look at my car and said, I'm can't do anything on that car to fix it, and then he walked away and let me there, I couldn't even explain what I needed. I was referred by a friend, but I don't even want to go back, I can't understand why he was so mean and lack of respect at least to give me some time to talk. So frustrated!!!

Johnny been there for decades . Johnny very honest with you . He will do everything in his power to get your vechile done by the next day if it's something major . Smaller fixes same day. He is extremely busy so he patient with him . Been going to Johnny's for over 15 years.

I have known john an brother joe over 20 yrs now although we dont pal around ive been taking many of my cars trucks n vans there for 2 decades its a constant top notch service and auto knowlage. No bull ever. Very fair cost and very good work. Why go anywhere else ...Steve

My experience has been the same as all reviews have stated, " honest, trustworthy". Didn't try to upsell me or rip me off by charging 4x what the parts cost. I would definitely would come back.

This guy that owns the shop was so rude to us yesterday and today. Because of all the reviews with his name as John, we went in the shop yesterday and asked for John because all of the reviews say that's his name and the guy there said there's nobody here by that name. So we went back today and Just went in to speak to him about working on her vehicle next week and he would not even speak to us he just said I can't help you today and turned around and walked off.. very poor business extremely rude will not be back!!!
