Raul showed up in under 10 mins. He handled my car with great care and drove us home which was 57 miles away. Quoted a fair price, great customer service. I hope I dont need a towing company in the near future but if I do, I will use Palm Coast Towing again. Thank you so much!

The entire process from the 1st call to towing service today was super nice, easy and efficient. Highly recommend for any of your towing needs. Car was towed on bed from Daytona to Orlando. Raul made long drive pleasant. Great service.

Very friendly and fast. We had car troubles and he made sure we had enough space for the 4 of us to ride with and towed us to Jacksonville with no hassle. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I highly recommend.

Raul was amazing he picked our truck up and got it to our house on a Friday night. Very nice guy even showed our grandson all the lights on the rollback. If you need a tow he is your guy. Great price too. Thank You Raul.

Fantastic service at a more than reasonable price. Plus, the gentleman that came to my home to pick up my car was so polite and professional that I instantly knew my car was in great hands as he loaded it onto the flatbed. I was equally impressed with the flatbed itself. This company has top notch equipment.

Great company to deal with. We had a breakdown on I-95, and the owner was more than helpful. Hours after we were back on the road, he called to make sure that all was good. You don't find too many genuinely good people, but this guy is definitely one!

Had a deer go headlong at hy car and ruin the front, and they made everything about my experience easier. Good communication, above and beyond body work, and they made dealing with insurance a breeze, and did all of this during the end of year holidays no less! Super fast and friendly service. My son bought his first car and it locked up on the way home, at night, in the rain, on the side of US1 in Flagler County. Within 20 minutes after calling for service the wrecker was there hooking up. The gentleman who came out was very friendly. My daughter was traveling across country and her axel snapped clean in two. This was a very nerve racking experience for her and this company really took the bull by the horns and fixed the issue in no time. On my way to SC from Orlando when my BMW M3 electrical went crazy, resulting in my car completely shutting off exiting I95. Car was towed by Palm Coast Towing. JR, the individual operating the flat bed truck, recommended a shop he is affiliated with called GEA Auto. I was very nervous as this car is my baby in a shop 120 miles from my home. Patricia at the shop called me promptly in the morning when the shop opened and kept me up to date from there, throughout the day, as they diagnosed and repaired my car. Turned out to be a failed alternator combined with a 5 year old battery. They had it repaired and ready by the end of the day. I picked it up this morning and just pulled into my garage. I can t say enough about the quality of service and how happy and fortunate I was to come across Palm Coast Towing in a true time of need. Thank you JR for the outstanding care and prompt service and I would recommend you 100 percent. I also left a similar review for GEA Auto.Service: Special vehicle towing

I was driving into work from st Augustine to palm coast when the driver's rear shock broke off and was dragging. I was desperate to get it fixed and called and raul picked up right away and personally came to my work parking lot and inspected and fixed it enough to drive it out of the street. He said he could tow it and fix it by 4 pm before I was finished with work. I was so impressed. I plan on going back. He has a full shop as well. I plan on having him look over my vehicle for any other concerns. Considering the fact I had just had the problem fixed by Toyota and was charged over a grand to fix just to break the next week. The gentleman that towed my FJ back was kind and even looked at my tires when I asked because they looked low. The whole experience was pleasant and timely. Saviors. The best tow company out there. Worst area on 95- Broken down (tire toast and busted up car) it s Sunday near midnight- I am in literal tears when the sheriff said there s nothing they can do called these guys and they came quickly. Loaded my car, helped me to safety- and brought me in tow with my car all the way to Jacksonville Beach arriving after midnight. An hour away- I m so glad to be home after a hellacious day. He was so kind, talking about life on the drive and some nice jazz music helped sooth my nerves. It really has been one of the worst days but they really helped turn things around. Thank God for these guys. What a great family. Truly. This is not your typical tow truck service. These guys really care and want to help. Very good people. Thank you!

Making our way home to NC from Miami, our vehicle had an issue. Being it was a Sunday evening, Super Bowl Sunday at that nothing was open. Using Google to find a local shop near us, ran into Palm Coast Towing. Following morning after visiting a shop and being told they wouldn t be able to assist, I called Palm Coast. Saw they offered Long Distance Hauling and feeling it was my only option in getting home that evening. Had the pleasure of speaking to Raul, he assessed my situation and asked to let him take a look on possibly getting me back on the road and then we could discuss about the haul. These guys are great! Took time out to see what was going on with our vehicle, assured me that it would make it with no issues. Before getting back on the road Raul said if anything were to happen, to give him a call and he ll come to us and take us the rest of the way. Although we re not local, I highly recommend Palm Coast Towing for any towing services that one would need. They truly went up and beyond the call of duty.
