Autotech provides prompt, professional auto service. More importantly they can be trusted to advise you of what is recommended to be done and what needs to be done, which is not always the same thing.I have always had good experiences with Autotech and I highly recommend them for your auto service and repair needs.

Mike is very helpful. He even had solutions to transportation issues I had. I felt taken care of and most importantly, not ripped off. My van is downward spiralling and I have been to another place. Autotech has been my favorite. I am pretty sure the work was fairly priced. My dad agreed. I called at 830. Mike helped me figure out how to get the van over. It was dropped off by 10am, and parts were purchased and repaired by 230pm. I will be back. Thanks everyone who helped my daughter and I today

Coming down from the north my car broke down. Luckily I found Auto Tech. Mike helped me and had my car fixed and our family on the road before the estimated time. Mike is great. Honest and Excellent Service. Would definitely recommend!

Disappointing experience caused me to change my rating. Tech damaged my vehicle and the shop wants to only pay for half. We accepted no money from them, and took our business elsewhere. Sorry to say because work is pretty good, but they recently raised their prices.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! Mike and Paul couldn t have been more informative and helpful which I m so grateful for. Super Friendly, honest, and fairly priced! I had my car back on the road by early afternoon and was able to make it to work. Thank you!!

I appreciate auto tech total car care. They are extremely patient and we re able to diagnose my car and give me a call back within an hour. They are also very fairly priced. I payed a lot of money to a previous mechanic to only walk away with the same issue (G.E.A auto sales) who I do Not recommend. As a young girl I fear mechanics, but I did not get anything but good vibes from them! They worked with me in contacting my warranty company and were able to cut the costs of the part needed. (All done and fixed in the same day) and ready to pick up. This will be my new mechanic! Highly recommend and will be making recommendations to everyone.

Pleasantly surprised with the work ethic, knowledge, and transparency of Autotech. They resolved my problems quickly and kept me abreast of the costs BEFORE they continued to repair my vehicle. I even got a call the following morning from the owner to tell me he noticed his billing dept omitted the one year brake warranty on my receipt and that it was active indeed. This was my first visit, and I already love this place!!! Complete honesty!!! I was told I needed to change out my alternator by other shop. I was called by Autotech after I dropped my truck off, and they advised me to take back my new alternator, as their was nothing wrong with my old alternator. They could have easily changed it out, and took the money, and Elizabeth said they do not conduct business that way. I love these guys! I had to bring truck back for another issue, and was not even charged labor for that work. Highly advise Autotech Total Car Care!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My dealer told me to see a muffler shop to fix a hole in my catalytic converter. I had no experience in this area, so I Googled muffler shop, and Auto Tech came up. So I took a chance. And boy was I lucky.First, they gave me the result of their inspection within 10 minutes of them taking the car in. Then they repaired the hole faster than they projected. And the $48 price was much so much better than what I feared, since a new catalytic converter is expensive.And while I waited, I had a chance to eavesdrop on some of the very knowledgeable discussions that Paul? had with people who walked in to discuss repairs. His matter of fact approach just made me feel confident in the shop s repair of my car.They are now in my contact app for future reference.Thank you folk!Ann

One of the most honest places around. Had brake work done three other places wanted between $1,800 and $2,500 and they fixed it for $900.

I have been going to Autotech for several years. Each time I have found their service prompt, reasonable and reliable. They also have never "found" an additional problem. I feel they are honest and responsible. This shop is fantastic, Paul & Jay are thorough, they even search around for a better price for parts and tires. On my new tires they even said go price what I wanted on my own. They called and I even saved over $ 175 from any price I had been quoted even online. I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone. Price, work ethics, honesty and timeliness of repairs are the hallmark of this shop.

Couldn't say enough positive comments in my 10 plus years dealing with Autotech to the extent of having my friends thank me for recommending them to this great auto repair company. They handle new and used foreign and domestic cars and search for the best price for parts. Key to their success is the professionalism shown by the mechanics who provide guidance on the options you have on keeping your car in working order for the short and long term. Comparatively, you will find they are very reasonably priced. Unique with repair shops, when they say your car will be done in a 2 hr. window for example, it will be done in time. Rate star 5.

These guys are great! We were just passing through and made a pit stop. That's when we noticed trouble with a wheel on our RV. It's hard enough to find a place in a small town to work on an RV, but this was a Friday at lunch time too. They were kind enough to squeeze us in right away and do our repair so we could continue on our road trip. Super nice people Jay the owner and Paul the manager. The work was great and the price was fair. Thanks for the great service AutoTech!

Paul and his wife made me feel so good about the work that needed to be done. I had complete trust and confidence in them from the moment I met them. Their knowledge and expertise about the work that needed to be done was AMAZING. We have found our auto mechanic!!!! Great job guys!!!!

My first contact with Autotech occured as a result of 3 warning lights which suddenly glowed when travelling from Orlando to Jacksonville late one day. After pulling off, locating it within a reasonable distance by google search, they agreed to look at my car after telephoning them.In the next 48 hours, Autotech did the following:-They stayed late even past normal closing time to inspect and initially determine my car as undriveable.-They assisted me in finding an available rental so I could continue my trip.-They fully diagnosed the problem, had an estimate for repair by 9:00 AM the next morning and were prepared to complete the repair that day.-Their estimate was at or just below the range of reasonable cost for such problems that my internet research revealed.-As my vehicle was 17 years old, the cost of the repair, even at that reasonable rate, made me pause to try to decide whether it was worth it.-Understanding my dilemma , they independently undertook to locate the needed parts at less cost by contacting vendors outside their normal area.-Because of that further reduction, I authorized the work.-They completed the repair by 2:00 PM the next day, 45 hours after I had to pull off the interstate- In sum, they understood the urgency of my need and responded to it without taking advantage by increasing the cost.I cannot recommend Autotech highly enough with just 5 stars.Should I need repair in the future, I will always attempt to have Autotech do the work if it is feasible in light of the fact it is 75 miles away from my home.

1) I was a previous customer...I had a Spring broken from getting my BMW transported from Michigan to Florida.I was told it was Only the Right side.By Auto Tech and a Near by Mechanic Shop.I allowed A.Tech to do the Job.My estimate was $360 parts & labor. Ok No problem,than I recieved a phone call. Oh Sabrina the other side just broke as well,(No proof) when we test drove it. So of course I believed them,had No way of Checking it,because my car was with them and I was in the hospital. So I authorized them to fix the other side. Ok you would think... That if one side was $360 that the other side,with the same issue would be $360 plus an Alignment was included ($720). But my total bill was close to a $1000 dollar2) My fiance brought his son's 2010 Madza3 4 cyl there,because it had some issues. But NO major Motor or Transmission issues. Motor mounts...They charged him almost $3800 Labor & parts. To purchase the car was cheaper$3200,it was purcashed 8 days prior too.3) Now I had a cooliant leak on my BMW I got it checked for free @ Nearby mechanic Estimate $150 parts and labor.(Diagnosis was Reservoir hose need replacing) I went to Auto Tech @ 9:15am the Next day to get 2nd opinion. The day before I told the owner A.T that it needed a Res. hose.(8-25-20) I was told it was the same hose connected to reservoir tank and it would cost me $309 dollar's. I said I wasn't gonna get it done. I'll wait!!!But for looking at it, she Charged me $55.91??? Really? Need less to say,I went back across the street to have the cooliant hose Repaired for only $150 plus the $55.91 that Auto tech charged me totalled $205.91...And I still saved over a $100... Not getting my Bmw repaired @AUTO TECH. The RIP OFF Center. They're TOO EXSPENSIVE AND YOUR SITTING IN A WAITING ROOM from THE 1960's... Small Out dated with dirty chairs. None of them Even Wear a Mask.Nor is a Mask required during this COVID 19 pandemic. They're legal Crooks Robbing there customers. They charge Double and Triple the price of other mechanical shops. Do your homework people.NEVER AGAIN WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS RIP OFF CENTER !

SCAMMERS!!! HAD WHEEL BEARINGS REPLACED THEY CHARGED OVER 700$ GAVE ME DEFECTIVE PARTS THAT DID NOT LAST MORE THAN 6 MONTHS NEVER TRUST THESE FAKE AUTO SHOPS ALL THEY DO IS TAKE ADVANTAGE ON WOMEN THEY JUST WANNA RIP PEOPLE OFF !!!!DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR ZERO FOR THIS SHADY PLACE.

Moved from out of state, was looking for a new mechanic and checked out reviews. This place has good reviews, but it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Was not helpful after the work was done, however the job wasn t even complete. Paul is Very arrogant! The girl in the office is rude, unfriendly & unhelpful. Wayyyy Over priced for the work that was done. Would never go there ever again! Reviews aren t everything! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Pretty sure they damaged my car as well and tried to cover it up. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment, Go some place else!
