Brought in my 07 Camry with a problem others couldn t fix. Dave fixed my car perfectly. He was very friendly and informative. We definitely found our new mechanic for our 17 year old car.

I called Toyo doc with a question regarding my 2015 Toyota Tacoma 4cyl base extended cab pickup. I needed to know what type of oil it uses for the transmission, Synthetic or Conventional. I did receive a call back from them after there lunch hour, understandably. They knew what they were talking about confidently. The man said T4 Synthetic. He even gave me a quote on changing it. The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is they know there product. I called Wesley Chapel Toyota where I bought the truck 1 1/2 years ago and there service department had no clue. They could not say with confidence what I had even when I gave them the vehicle VIN number. So, I would recommend Toyo Doc they are a great source of knowledge and information regarding a customer's Toyota.

Horrible experience. This business is an example of why the general public has a distrust towards auto mechanics. I know there's great, trustworthy auto shops in town, but this one is definitely not one of them.

I'm posting this because I just had a strange experience with them, and I'm hoping the owner reaches out. I called because I'm new to the area and am having an issue with a 45,000 mile 2006 Scion xb. It is making a shudder with a quick dip in RPM while idling, and it's intermittent. If I run a tank of Techron, it goes away for that tank and comes back the next tank. I am not getting any codes or lights. The man on the phone asked where I was getting my gas, and I said Costco. He said that was the problem and I should be getting gas from Racetrack or Wawa. I was perplexed and said Costco gas is highly rated, and he said "by who"? Costco gas is independently rated as "Top Tier" fuel, which is the top rating of fuel you can get. The same rating as Shell, Mobil, etc. Wawa and Racetrack are not rated as "Top Tier" fuel.I have to question the knowledge of the person I spoke with not knowing what "Top Tier" rating is. Not sure I'd want to take my car there now. Which works out I guess since they're not open the day after Thanksgiving and don't work weekends. It's a pity. I'm new to the area and was looking for a good mechanic.

Being a small business owner at one time,I like doing business with smaller businesses. I'm new to the area and called late in the day, leaving a message with Toyodoc. Michael, the owner, called me back the following day, and we spoke about servicing my car. He answered all my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the Toyota-Lexus brand. I had a fleet of Toyota trucks for well over 40 years when I owned a service business before retiring, so I know a little bit more about Toyotas. I made the appointment and will be dropping my Lexus RX350 off in a few days for service. If Hopefully, Michael and his staff will service my car properly, and I'll be able to give them a 5-Star Rating the next time.

My visit was very interesting, but the end result was fantastic. Michael is a great guy, and very knowledgeable, extremely knowledgeable about what his expertise is. I went in with a particular problem with my vehicle, and I left trouble free with some follow-up advice on further action that I could take that would even better the situation, very detailed. He took his time and went over everything. I cannot say that I have ever been to a shop that was that customer involved about explaining what my problem was, how he fixed it, and possible follow up care. I look forward to a long business relationship with Toyodoc. Thank you very much.

Very knowledgeable staff and mechanics. Great prices. Will always recommend any Lexus or Toyota to go here. Had a water pump issue, they were very honest with their Diagnostics. It was in and out in one day.

Guys, you can trust that don't use cheap parts. I've never had a problem that they could not figure out. It's the only place I take all my Toyota vehicles.

Very knowledgeable on all things Toyota, I recommend to anyone with a Toyota made vehicle.Edit: This place went from 5 stars to 1 star.Years later I went back, the receptionist is incredibly rude to everyone. They down-right refused to even look at the issues I had and they actually charged me more than the Toyota Dealer in Wesley Chapel. Save time and money by avoiding this money pit.

Toyodoc are great people! I had an unexpected emergency repair to my 1013 Prius-C. They got me in and got it repaired sooner than expected. I think Ann was more excited than me when it was done! LOL. I was having a few issues with my Toyota and took it in to have the entire car checked over. I was completely surprised by the professionalism and how he was upfront with what needed to be done. He didn't try to sell anything that wasn't needed. He was very honest, trustworthy, and did excellent work on my car. All for a very reasonable price. I would recommend his company to anyone that owns a Toyota.Most derive stations see a woman and suddenly the estimate alone would pay for a wonderful expensive vacation. This was NOT the experience I receive with Toyodoc.Go there!

Beware the Owner of this repair shop LIED!This repair shop gave me an estimate in writing in the amount of $5000 and indicated not to drive our vehicle because it was highly unsafe.Another mechanic checked vehicleAnd only found one minor issue. Which took him approximately 30 mins to remove the Catalytic converter heat shield which was the rattle we heard. I advise do nottake your vehicle to this shop. Go to a Toyota Dealer.

Toyodoc replaced my drive belts that were cracked and worn out. They use excellent quality parts and the head mechanic is a very knowledgeable about anything Toyota. The prices are great and the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely be taking my Scion back there in the future.

EXTREMELY Honest. He explained that I was in the wrong gear. (Drive [D] was side-by-side with 3rd gear= 3 D) That's it! Now I get 34.9mpgOther places told me I needed a new transmission!!! $4000Remember! HONEST HONEST HONEST

I had a brake problem with my prius and the initial money to diagnose the problem was a concern but the more I looked in to the problem I realized better to pay and replace the correct part than have it done two or more times. They fixed my prius in the exact time frame they said it would be done at a reasonable price, Mike was very up front with the pricing before they did any work and they did a overall health check of the other systems while it was there. This was my first experience with them over a dealer and I will not be going back to the dealer.

Michael has always done a great job with my sienna! On numerous occasions he's quoted me a price, then it ended up being cheaper. Peggy and Michael are good people you can trust!

Honest, capable and extremely knowledgeable. They only work on Toyota products (including Lexus). They will tell you, and show you, what needs to be done and what can wait. Your safety is their main concern.

Today I took my 2007 Toyota Avalon Limited in for a second opinion, my dealership had told me I would have to replace the entire rack & power steering unit, due to a ripped boot on one side, also stating how dangerous it was to drive.. the staff at Toyota Doc, fixed my damaged boot,while I waited , these guys are Toyota certified !! Also saving me over 1000.00..Wow. Family owned to..Mike & his wife Peggy take pride in satisfyingEvery customer.. I have been bringing my Toyota to Toyodoc for many many years and I highly recommend them. Their prices are very fair and I am always treated very well. I trust my vintage Toyota Supra to no one else!

I went in for an oil change but it was a good experience. They were honest people and the price was more reasonable than the dealer. If I need my Prius serviced in Brooksville again, I'll likely go to them.
