Don t buy any used cars from this dealership! If I could give zero stars I would. I m very upset with this dealership on how they handle situations after the purchase of a vehicle. I purchased my used 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership in March 8th, 2024 as a certified preowned. About a week and half into having the car, I was hearing a roaring sound while driving on the expressway. I called the dealership and explained my issue I was having and Greg told me to bring the car in for an inspection. I brought the car in, it was diagnosed with bad rear rotors, breaks and a caliper. They had me leave with my vehicle as they stated they had no loaner vehicles to provide. This made me feel uneasy as I learned the breaks were totally shot and unsafe to drive. They weren t concern for my safety one bit. I parked my new to me car at my house until I received the call. Two days go by, I don t hear anything. I called the dealership and they stated the parts were in and to bring the vehicle in the morning. I arrive the next morning dropped my vehicle off and picked it up in the afternoon. Upon arrival, I noticed the caliper was not replaced. Just the breaks and rotors. Well, a week and half goes by, I m driving down the road and all of a sudden my car starts pulling to the right and seemed I had a flat tire. I get out to inspect my tire and noticed the tire is completely off the rim. I call a tow truck, he comes to change my spare and noticed it is indeed not my tire, the rim exploded and snapped in half at the seem and the tire dislodged. I called the dealership immediately and spoke with Greg again. He told me that it was 30 minutes until they closed and I would need to call back in the morning and asked I send him a picture of the rim to his cell. I did just that. Next morning, yesterday April 9th. I sent a text to Greg asking for an update. He then calls me to tell me that they replaced my breaks as good will, as their service advisor failed to inspect the car before putting it on the sale floor and it was sold as is. This was on a recorded call. Right there I was immediately alarmed. Why wouldn t a car be fully inspected before reselling as a certified preowned with only 44k miles! Which I mentioned to Greg, he then realized what he had just admitted. And said he has no idea what the previous owner could have hit but a rim wouldn t just explode without impact . But if they were to have fully inspected the rims, breaks and tires. They would have realized the issue. The tires on the vehicle are still the same exact ones from the manufacturer dated 2018. It is completely unsafe to put a vehicle up for sale without a full inspection done on the vehicle. And shame on me for trusting this business to have good faith to ensure I was buying a car that was completely safe for my family and I. Thank god I was only going about 25-30mph when my rim exploded! This could have been really bad and I could have gotten really hurt. My car is very low to the ground stock, if I or previous owner were to hit anything hard enough for one rim to explode, I would of have front bumper damage, axle damage, fender damage, strut damage, etc. This dealership has failed to take any accountability for their actions. Now I am stuck with a car I just purchased from this dealership and having to replace a rim and tire because they failed to fully inspect their used vehicles before listing for sale. Shame on you Register Chevrolet, this is what happens when you try to bring business to a family owned dealership, they just care about the sale. They don t care about the after math of the sale and if the customer is happy and safe. Beware! I ll be looking into my rights as a customer and speaking with an attorney.

I recently purchase a used car from the dealership. The whole process was smooth. Andy and Jake were very professional and friendly. They both spent time just talking and making conversation. There were no high pressure sales or gimmicks. They spent a lot of time answering questions with patience and I do ask a lot. Thank you Andy and Jake for making the process very smooth. It is nice to see that there are still old fashioned private car dealerships with great customer service.

I am a 1st time buyer at Register. The whole staff was completely professional, courteous,.and helpful without any pressure selling. They went out of their way to ensure they met our needs and wants along with our price range we wanted! They didn't try to put us in a vehicle that we didn't feel comfortable with or like. Like the man says, "you be the judge"! I would highly recommend them to everyone as their 1st stop to look when purchasing a vehicle!!

Writing this review for Sam Service Advisor at Register Chevrolet she is the best Service Advisor that I have dealt with in a very, very long time. She cares about her customers and is very knowledgeable about vehicle issues. She takes care of customers and puts their mind at ease when it comes to mechanical issues.She makes sure that the vehicle is repaired to the best of the dealerships ability and wants to make sure the customer is happy and feel secure that the vehicle has been repaired correctly. If you have issues with your vehicle see Sam she will definitely take care of you.Thanks Sam your the best.

Cameron was very attentive when listening to the problems with my car. After diagnosis of the problem, he was very accommodating and timely in getting the parts needed and setting up an appointment quickly. I did not have to wait long for my car to be repaired; and the comfortable lounge area made the wait easy. I appreciated the wifi connection. We have been long time customers of Register Chevrolet and the repair shop is a big reason why.

In these times, selection was minimal at any dealership, however, Ryan at Register Chevrolet got us into our 2024 Traverse with ease. We found him and the team there to be more than accommodating and worked with us to get er done! Thank you for all your courtesy and expertise.

Andy was fantastic. No pressure, no nonsense. I told him what I wanted, needed and he took me right to it. No attempts to upsell or talk me into anything else. Very positive experience from everyone at the dealership. Gave me a very fair price for my trade in. Would definitely recommend Register Chevrolet and Andy and I love my new Equinox Premier!

OVER PRICED AND RUDE!!! Service advisor Sam was very rude she gets frustrated easily. when I mentioned the tech ran the new battery I got from them dead and I would either need another new one or my old one back I was snapped at with a response of this isn't a chop shop "must be her go to with customers" even when I called for an update the day prior she was rude with her tone like i did something wrong. On top of everything I got quoted 1770 I am getting it done for 600 from another dealership that doesn't charge 3x as much. Do what you want but I would go elsewhere if you want a chance at a pleasant experience

Once again Samantha at Register Chevrolet shows her honesty and integrability. My son mistakenly brought our car to a competitor for an oil change. They stated the oil plug and pan needed to be replaced. Then he went to register Chevrolet Samantha took the car immediately and completed the oil change with only replacing the plug. I have a Stingray Corvette Chevy Malibu and Chevy Equinox they all get serviced by Samantha at Register Chevrolet. I am also very particular with my vehicles. Just had to swap out my thermostats because it wasn't reaching temperature. It appears they blew the gaskets off of them when pressure testing the coolant system trying to find a leak years ago.... Good thing the gasket didn't come completely off and get stuck somewhere in the coolant system.Response to your response...I didn't say the not getting to temperature was related to the gasket half off the thermostat. But, I know for sure it didn't come like that from the factory with the gasket half hanging off. I told y'all before and I'll tell you again. Y'all are hacks. Truck has 62k miles on it currently so your garble about mileage and time past is irrelevant.

I had THE BEST experience buying a 2021 Chevy Equinox from Ryan, Andy and Miriam. I dread the whole process and postpone it for as long as I can. Andy was the first salesman that approached us, and he was courteous and friendly. When Ryan came in, he continued the process with us. He is extremely knowledgeable and respectful. And Miriam knows her stuff! I love my car and will recommend Register Chevrolet to anyone who will listen to me!

After reading reviews on the service department and customer service in general I ve decided I will not be bringing my 2022 Chevrolet 1500 Duramax diesel in for oil or transmission fluid changes, brake services etc. These things I can do myself which will give me piece of mind from possible shenanigans. Buyer beware of this dealership.

I had to wait 70 days for a part to repair a rear end that came off the production line bad.When I took the truck in for the repairs I called and requested the oil be changed.When I picked up the vehicle there was no evidence of the oil change so I called and left a message asking if the requested task had been completed. Since then I have not received a return call.To say the least my experience has not been good with Chevrolet or itsdealership.

Picked up a new chevrolet equinox yesterday and was very pleased with the delivery and salesman Ryan. We had agreed on a price and they didn't try to sell a bunch of extras and stuck to the price. Paul in finance was great and went over the rebates and got the car less than what we had thought. would highly recommend this dealer.

Register Chevrolet provided my wife and I with the most pleasant ,and easy car buying experience. When shopping for a very expensive toy you want to deal with someone whoe cares about you not your ability to buy the car, well our salesmen Robert Suess was just that. I can't thank him enough for the ease that he brought in doing a deal that was a bit scary for me, i will drive 2hrs north again to deal with him...HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

My shopping experience was excellent. Mike was great to work with i had pretty much made up my mind before i got to the dealership what i was going to get but Mike wanted to make sure that this was the right purchase for me so we did the test drive and once we finished with the drive Mike took the time to explain every feature and patiently answered all my questions. After that we went back to his sat down and crunched some numbers and met with the finance team and after little nogatiations we were able to shake hands on a amazing low mileage pre-owned Chevy-TRAX. This is the 2nd vehicle i have bought from Register the 1st one was back in 2001. So if you are looking for a great vehicle with a extremely reasonable price along with zero pressure sales Register is the place you want to be. Thank you again for making what is usually a stressful purchase into s pleasent experience

I bought a used car from them in September of 2023. I highly recommend getting a warranty if you get a car from them. I've had nothing but problems with this car that my grandma paid for for 17k plus fees and taxes.

Staff was friendly when scheduling the appointment and dropping the car off. The technician performed the routine service on my vehicle however did not top off the windshield washer service. I did not complain because I am new to Florida and wasn't sure if that was included as part of a routine oil and filter change.In addition, when entering my vehicle after paying for the service, I found greasy finger prints all over the drivers door and door handle. Again, in an effort to keep from making a scene, I simply took care of cleaning the car when I got home; even though before taking the car for service, it was taken through the car wash.The dealership did call me the next day to ask about my service experience and I did tell them about my experience. They assured me that this was not typical of their service department and would speak to the technician who performed the service. They could not have apologized more for the service provided. I will use this dealership again to have my vehicle serviced and hope that this was a mistake on their part and not an indication of how they treat customers cars.

Purchasing a car from Register Chevrolet was a pleasant experience which is not common when buying a car from a dealership.My sales person Andy White and Paul Gomez handled all the paperwork and getting my new tag was great in helping me purchase my 2006 Chevrolet Corvette convertible with under 34,000 miles.I would definitely recommend and I would purchase another car from Register Chevrolet, which I have now purchased three cars from Register.All car dealerships should take a page out of Register Chevrolet s book and they would probably sell more cars and have happier customers.
