Deplorable service. Travelcamp Brooksville did a terrible job in repairing the RV. First, it took 1 year. Communication with the insurance and the customer was awful.During the year, service managers were changed twice. There was some difficulty getting the metal, however, now that the main repair is completed, I have the RV home and the awful workmanship is now evident. First, the seals they placed around the slide are now coming off, the sheet metal edges are exposed. I will now have to spend several hundred dollars repairing those seals. There are large holes around the corners of the slide for rain and water to get in. The large D-seals fell off after two days. Also, the seals are not even bonded to the RV. No wonder they keep coming off.Secondly, the gutters are going uphill. I am not sure how that is supposed to get the rain off, but it is Florida, so it rains hard enough that gutters are pretty useless anyway. There is no caulking from the roof to the gutters, so not sure the amount of work I am going to have to do there.Third, the corner trim was not repaired, just caulked. The screws in all the trim are left exposed, no vinyl trim was placed. Another vinal trim appears cut.Next, no caulking over the entry door. First rain and it leaks.I cannot take it back there due to the poor work. There is no guarantee for the work, and so I am stuck to do it myself. The work is highly amateurish. I attempted to contact the general manager, only to be blown off.

Place looks good, has a variety of units. Beware went there on Sunday 10/29/23, went in travel trailer, smell hit us right away. The unit is full of mold. Becareful what you buy and make sure covered if you find the mold.

This place is a joke. Plain and simple. They have a team full of scammers and the people who work on your RV are teenagers and dont even know how to do the job properly. Payed $200 for a cleaning fee which included detailing the inside. And when it was delivered the inside was absolutely disgusting. DEAD BUGS in every window and on the floor, cockroach poop in my cabinets absolutely neglected but they will gladly take my money. It was also delivered without the keys so I called and asked if someone can deliver them to me because I live 20 minutes away. They said no we ll have them overnighted to you. They ll be in your mailbox by tomorrow morning and they didn t and I ended up having to drive up there three days later to pick up my keys. They promised a certain price when I got there and when I ended up leaving, my price was tripled and those people will scam you so make sure that you get the price that they originally quoted you. Avoid this place at all costs.

We purchased a Forest River 294GEBG. This was our first travel trailer purchase. Kari was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable with the wide selection of inventory. Kari and the team , especially the service department, at Travel camp were a pleasure to do business.

Our salesman, Aaron , was great but once we got our trailer delivered and started having problems with it(a few weeks later) , we couldn't get anyone to help. I stayed on the phone for 3 hours getting passed from one person to the next. Cost us $225 to have mobile tech come out and we only had it a month. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying a Vibe travel trailer.

Had the worst RV experience in my life there. Without going into every detail I would never step foot on their property again. The ONE good employee is Ori. (Not sure of spelling). I started with my first RV when I was 20..A pop up. Since then I have owned well over a dozen different units and managed a campground. I am no stranger to the industry. This is by far the biggest nightmare I have been through. In reading other reviews I am not alone. In my opinion if you are buying a used unit go to sites where owners are selling. If buying new go to a different Dealer. These are my own personal feelings but they literally put me through hell and back. I wont mention names but you know who you are. This was the Brooksville location but the are based in Jacksonville. They have Dealerships scattered in Florida and one in Georgia I believe. Dont put yourself through the stress that I was put through. In my opinion look elsewhere! Check out Glass Door to see what former employees think. I picked up my RV yesterday. I have a RV pad at my home with 30 amp service.OUT OF BUSINESS

Excellent customer service! We had our 2021 Vintage Cruiser in the shop for a few major and minor repairs. Thank you Kyle for your thorough oversight and completion of all the write-ups!! Also, recognition must be given to Bob, who cleaned and detailed our trailer for a very welcoming pick-up experience!! Thank you Travelcamp, you will always have our respect and business.Sandy and Eileen

We took possession of our 5th wheel on 12/23/2020. It was not detailed or even cleaned out, as promised, in writing. Still the same dirty mess as when we looked at it. We added all the extra warranty we could get as it was used. Our Refrigerator has been out since 03/22/2023 and we were told it needed to be replaced. Still waiting! Very frustrating! Hey, Travelcamp, how about turning that One Star into a Five Star?? Not impressed at this point.

Very professional and informative experience. Philip was very patient and explained the many types of campers and pros and cons. Maintained a sense of humor in the afternoon heat while showing the different campers. The manager was very pleasant and low pressure when much to my chagrin I had to return the next next day and cancel my order. I will use them in the future when my location is more fitting for an rv.

Had a wonderful buying experience at travel camp of Brooksville! Paul, Tim, and Joe were all very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Communication was great. Didn t feel like a car salesman gig. They were not pushy at all. All three experiences with each of them made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Joe did a great job getting camper ready for us. He definitely went the extra mile. Thank you for all your hard work. It was greatly appreciated.

Professional, timely, helpful, thorough. Those are the words I would describe the services team and techs. Michelle, Earl, Kyle and then Joe (all start tech) appears to have done a great job fixing my camper. And then ran it through details to clean up where they had worked. I highly recommend them. Because my camper was out of warranty (bought private) taking my 5th wheel to a big name, over priced, under-delivering and backed up dealer wasn't gonna happen. I'm serious - Call Travel Camp. Think of them as the "I wish someone would have told me sooner" option. - Your welcome! :) (btw no one is perfect in this industry but they are doing great work right now. Thanks travelcamp)

I have a new Forest River Solera - purchased elsewhere - and the purchasing dealer could not look at servicing it for 3 months. I called Travelcamp and they had me in within a week. Hunter diagnosed the problem and got a new part within two weeks. When a different problem arose Caleb was on it and even fixed something I had not noticed. Braden is the coordinator and is very helpful. I am so happy to have them in my back yard.

Excellent and extremely fast warranty service for our 2022 Forest River Rockwood Mini Lite 2516S. Thanks very much to Kyle Moulton and his talented, experienced, and motivated service team. Had 5 service items completed in 24 hours, and excellent all-hours communications via email. No waiting for weeks for a service appointment, they took us in immediately for evaluation, and had the parts needed in stock. Very fortunate to have Travelcamp RV located conveniently nearby in Brooksville for our service needs.

Lots and lots of used and new campers. We were just looking did not buy. No pushy salesman although one did come out and gave us a card. Prices are good too. We called a few days later to get a total price on a camper we liked. Still haven't bought as we have a 35 tt just wanted to down size.

My mother and I went in on Friday to look at campers, we worked with Kerri Morgan she was amazing. She was knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. Kerri was friendly and took her time to make sure that we were happy with our choices. She was never pushy and we didn't feel rushed. Kerri made this experience exceptionally easy for us, both myself and my mother walked out with campers that we are happy with. The financing process was quick and easy as well. If you are looking for a camper I highly recommend that you ask for Kerri Morgan.

We rented a camper trailer from Travelcamp Brooksville. It was pretty simple. We ran into a few hiccups ( they don t take cash FYI ) but Jen helped us sort it all out. Jen went above and beyond to accommodate us including offering to come in on her day off to make sure we were taken care of. We ran into a few more hiccups while trying to pick up the camper but Jen pulled strings and worked it out. Can t say enough good things about Jen.Our camper was very nice. It was clean, new and comfortable. Everything functioned as it should. We enjoyed it very much. The only thing I would suggest is to train other employees to perform rental services in Jens absence. She was not there when we came to return the camper. There is a process of inspection and papers that need to be signed but no one there seemed to know what to do. Then when we insisted the camper be inspected in our presence the man helping us became visibly aggravated.Overall we had a great experience with Travelcamp and would definitely use them again and refer our friends!

We traveld to Florida on vacation and stopped in to see what was available. We spoke to Chris Morgan. He never gave us the feeling of the usual pushy salesman. After we left he co reacted us a few weeks later and sent us information on anything he thought would meet our needs. Although we purchased something in our home state, I highly recommend this RV sales company. Great people.

Outstanding experience!! Steven was our awesome and very knowledgeable salesperson. He listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly what we were looking for that would work with our truck payload. Not like other salesmen that would set you up for failure trying to get a sale. His integrity was impeccable. We got the trailer home and noticed a few tiny things we wanted addressed so we called Todd the GM and he got us 110% squared away. With the help of Pat the service manager and their strenuous effort they helped us get right back into it and ready to go camping despite the pandemic going on!!! This team of experts were nothing less then Outstanding!!! I highly recommend this team for all your needs!!! Thanks for the awesome experience guys!!!

We had a fantastic experience at Travelcamp of Brooksville! There was no push to buy, no push to upgrade. The staff is well educated on their inventory and the purchase process was simple and straightforward. We can't wait to take our first trip! Thank you Travelcamp for helping to make our dream of exploring the US a reality!

After having my 5th wheel in their possession for almost a year, i was rushed to pick it up "due to closing down" and it still has not been fixed.

I am from out of state, but I stopped in with my family to view some new trailers and 5th wheels to upgrade their current vacation setup. No hassle. Incredibly friendly. We felt welcomed and comfortable to take our time without feeling like we had to talk business right away. We wanted to just look at what options exist and decide if an upgrade or just a reno of their current setup was best. They answer questions but let you walk around and view everything. Their selection is great if you're looking for a trailer. Not many Class A-C options and depends on what they have used if you're looking for that, but they are knowledgeable and give you great feedback (including pros and cons). I can honestly say that my family is seriously considering an upgrade because of how easy they made this process. Love this place!

We have brought our new travel trailer in for warranty work twice now. Both times, the service department has been excellent. As soon as I got there for my appointment, Chris-the service manager-discussed the issues with me. He knew I had traveled quite a distance, and I had planned on dropping the camper off, but Chris suggested we get a service tech. over to estimate a working time. Joe came over and evaluated the issues-he felt the three issues I had could be resolved while I waited, saving me an extra trip. Joe showed me where the factory errors were, reconfigured it, and solved the problems very quickly. Both Chris and Joe are extremely professional and I was very pleased with the way I was treated. Thank you.
