Jaco checked my battery for me, SHOWED me it was bad.He installed a new one for me on the spot. The price was very fair and a good warranty.Jaco was very professional and courteous. You just can't take that granted anymore.

Great people to deal with. this will be my place for parts. Keith and Daylin are good guys to know, and very knowledgeable at what they do in the Dade City store. it is always a pleasure to do business with them. they really caused this company to stand out.

I needed my car's check engine light scanned, and Edwin was great, he took the time to explain the issue of the thermostat being stuck open, etc. and recommended to get it serviced asap.

The people at this store are the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met. I broke down on my home to valrico. They let me work on my Jeep in the parking lot and never once did they rush me off the property. They were helpful and again I can't say how much I appreciate them. Keep up the good work guys!

Guys were very helpful. One carried my dead battery in, found the correct battery I needed and carried my new battery out to my car. They said thank you for coming in and have a nice day. I'm glad to know customer service is not lost on these guys. I'll be back.

As I was entering at store 9152 located in Brooksville Florida, I was greeted by Yolanda which was courteous and very professional, I was looking for an engine air filter, she didn't had it at the moment, but she made sure that she ordered it. Very pleased with the experience. Highly recomended.

Excellent customer service! Needed a set of wiper blades. Young lady looked up the appropriate size for my RAM 3500. And Installed them for me!

Prices are usually lower than competitors but must watch to ensure the right part. This store has been better than some of the other Advance stores and the staff very helpful and friendly.

I love Advance. I spend thousands with them monthly through my mobile mechanics service. But Id like to share my experience about this location and there employee Yolanda. I sent my wife to pick up an oil change while on a service call. Yolanda informed my wife that the vehicle required 5.5qts. Not a problem usually. However today Yolanda decided it best to sell my wife 1 oil change special of a filter and 5qt jug. Then instead of simply selling her 1 additional quart of oil for the 5.5 she decided to sell her an additional 5qt jug of oil for $32 + tax. Not another oil change special for $27 + tax but a plain ole 5qt jug for over $33 instead of a $6 1qt jug. Now typically this would not aggrivate me much. But seeing as I am a daily regular in Advance and spend A LOT of money here and no where else. If they don't have it, I wait. No Autozone or Oreilly. When I am on a job and she forces me to either use the .5qt and sit on the other 4.5 because I cant return it or make another drive back to the store to solve the problem, that is a problem! Taking advantage of a women who does not know better to boost your sales at the end of the month, THAT IS A PROBLEM! Yolanda, you can bet I will forever stand in your store and wait for the next employee to give me service because your sales will never be aided by me again.

Over the past year, I have had multiple problems with our 2 vehicles.A tow to their shop when my car died & wouldn't start. I was positive it was the alternator. A new battery & wiring fix was all that was needed/done and it has been perfect since. It would have been extremely easy to sell me on an alternator-I was that insistent that it was the problem...but they didn't. (Seriously. I had a test run at Advance Auto on Cortez that showed my alternator wasn't performing right, so I knew that was it! Apparently faulty wiring can cause that result also...)So, the next problem (other car): Stick shift was not shifting into gear. Could have charged for entire new tranny, but only the slave & clutch was needed and repaired (master was fine).Overheating-just a flush & thermostat. (Again, how easy would it have been to say the water pump, fan, ect were bad & needing replaced?)Prices were extremely reasonable (parts and the labor). Repairs done quickly & not over-charged for excess hours.The continuing theme is that they are honest and skilled. This can be hard to find and I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. I highly recommend. Go to Harold's at the DINOSAUR!

I hope I don't get anyone in trouble for this, but the employees here are the best.they know their products and in some cases, will help you fix your problem. My Kia has light bulb issues. I noticed my rear side markers were out. I just couldn't get the tail light assembly off enough to gain access to the bulb. An employee helped me get the old crusty rusty bulb out of the socket on both sides.This car has peices falling off it all the time. I'd like to make sure other motorists see me coming, or pulling over into the breakdown lane! Thanks advance.

Need rear tail light bub for my sure # 3057, had been to another store they didn't have, but you had it , store was clean , parking lot clean, well managed, gave me a veterans discount.

This store is awful , the manager hates her life and is unbelievably rude every time I go in there. Don t waste your time , go to AutoZone down the road .

Shop online pick up in the store tons of discounts speed perks etc. I can shop at five local stores but I choose advanced because of all the discounts that are available

If you pass the 7 other Auto Parts stores in same block and turn into this one (My favorite out of all of them) it's nice and clean with knowable staff.

I went up and Down Broad St. Hitting All the Auto part stores, and this these gentlemen where the only ones that took the time time to help him look up what I needed. They did not carry it but gave me the part # I needed from a Manufacturer and printed it out for me and i found It on Amazon for $8!!!! When All the other told me sorry cut the factory wires and figure it out!!(wire harness for a factory amp)
