Stay far away from this place. These clowns had my truck for eight weeks. Had to go back three times not only for improper repairs, but for things on estimate that I had to have the estimator call Dominick to remind him of the estimate for him to do the work. While in his possession, there was more damage that happened to my truck. My seat were removed from the back of my truck. He scratched up the plastic on the sides of them and then decided to paint them a different color and that is his fix, the wiring under my truck is so bad that Ram has to redo it otherwise it will void my warranty. He had to pay for a rental car for me for a week due to the fact that he could not fix it right the third time I had to go back to him, he then completely seals up the back of my pick up truck so that my pick up truck cannot drain water anymore so now I have a puddle that sits in the back of my bed all the time due to the fact that the drain hole is now no more. These guys cannot do their job in anyway of a professional manner no matter what. Sad to say this is the second time I ve used them the first time there was no problem, but it was a smaller easier job. This was a $10,000 job that this guy just cannot handle. My back up camera still does not work. I have to take it to a dealer to get it corrected along with numerous other things that he could not fix, while it was in his possession for almost 9 weeks, avoid this place like the plague, Geico made the statement to me and told me they would never use this place ever14 weeks still going back and forth with this clown Dominic. He even changed his phone number!!!!!!!!! AVIOD THIS CLOWN!!!!!

Referred here after a hit-and-run caused damage to my vehicle. Paid a fraction of what I would have at the dealership but more importantly the quality of the work is amazing. They were quick to reply to my inquiry and offer a repair quote, and they did a great job on my car. They called me and gave regular updates. Very happy, especially with the communication aspect.

John, Lisa and Dominick were terrific to work with, so nice and professional. My car had front end damage, I could not believe I was in and out in 2 1/2 days and my car looks brand new. They even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. Great service with awesome results! Price was very reasonable also. I can highly recommend USA Collision Center!Service: Body & Trim

Its extremely unfortunate my first review has to be such a negative review of a small business. Dominic Adeo, the manager of the business claims to be the owner which was his first LIE. The man is the biggest crook I have ever dealt with. He set out to not only steal from my insurance company, but when that didnt work, he attempted to steal/strongarm me. The situation from beginning to end is truly to long for me put detail into this review. But If I can deter just one person from doing business here I will feel successful in helping someone. ALL the proof you need in who this man truly is, is to look up his criminal history. Its truly a shame, Because the front desk girl as well as the true owner are very good people who set out to help you. A claim that should have taken a couple weeks to close out, wound up costing me almost 6 months in rental fees, double payments on vehicles and insurance. Thankfully I have been blessed in my life to be able to be able to afford that, most people nowadays would not have that luxury. This man preys on the weakness of the uncertainty you have after you have an accident. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting

The office staff and mechanics were courtesy and friendly. The work was done within a couple hours and I was on my way. Prices were very reasonable. I live in Palm Beach Gardens and will make the drive to Boynton next time I need service performed on my Toyota or VW. I recommend USA Collision to everyone. My car was towed to USA Collision Center after an accident. It was towed there on the evening of 8/2 and returned on 8/11. I never expected it that quickly. The car drives well and the body is as beautiful as ever! The staff is helpful and friendly which means a lot at a stressful time. As life lessons go, auto accidents are among the worst. As my young daughter recently discovered with her first. Luckily no injuries, just a shook kid and a messed up van. Having both her and her younger brother on our insurance, getting this fixed through the insurance company would have skyrocketed our policy premium. So we braced for the out of pocket price to get the vehicle repaired.Thank fully I made the call to USA Collision. I had used this company in the past and was surprised it had a new owner. Here comes the silver lining, his name is John. From my initial phone call to picking up the finished product, this gentlemen made the entire process as smooth as our new paint job!! John is knowledgeable, articulate, informative and free of any BS!!! His crew did an amazing job on the vehicle and everything John promised was delivered and on time!!! It is obvious that they take a great deal of pride in their work and were very excited to see our reaction to the finished product.I wholeheartedly recommend USA Collision, John and the whole team. I dropped my truck off for a body repair. I had to have body work done on my vehicle due to a fender bender. The crew at USA Collision helped with my insurance claims, rental car, and just overall exceptional service. They stayed on top of everything with updates between the claims process and all updates regarding the status of my vehicle. From my first call to the final result, the entire process of getting the estimate, explanation of work through the actual finished result was fast and easy. The staff was very professional. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed a very minor issue that the staff addressed right away and corrected. I came to USA collision to have some scratches taken care of that were brought on as a result of using an automatic car wash. The damage turned out to be worse than we originally anticipated and required more work than expected. Over all it was an amazing experience. Great hospitality from their super friendly staff. All of them being super informative and helpful. The reason I came here is I had recently been hit by a car, the front end was all banged up. I just received my car and now it looks like it s brand new!
