It was advertised as the best oil change 94.99 including tire rotation.When I went in they jacked it up to $113.28 plus tax. I wasn't going to argue for a few dollars.Then he tried to sell me a set of new tires for my 23,000 Mile driven Cadillac. I said no.After I paid the 121 dollars, I realized they didn't rotate the tires. When I asked him why, he said because the tires are not new enough.I had used this shop before and they had treated me well. But now I'm wondering how would I know if they actually gave me the better oil since I don't trust them anymore

These guys are the best, and they now have a customer for life! Jim is super nice, and helpful. All of the guys there are just great. I could not be happier with the price, the job done, and customer service. I'd also like to add that the work was done in a timely manner. These guys are simply the best! Maria was so kind and accommodating.

I went here a couple times. I'm a woman. I don't like scare tactics and the one time I went to get an oil change my car started jerking so bad right after that. I've gone there to get air in my tires and they can be rude. One of them went to cussing and yelling and saying something about either me or my car and one was rude to my 16 year old son who asked him to put air in my car. I never went back. This is why I hate having work done on my car. Hate dealing with the men.

Alex and Drew at Tire Choice lead an amazing team who go above and beyond to care for your car. The team works diligently to ensure all is taken care of with your car and are polite, friendly, and caring throughout their service. I could not more highly recommend this car care team!!!!

I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, amazing service, and quality of work they provided. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by Jim Foster with warmth and attentiveness, setting the tone for a truly exceptional experience.The other staff at Tire Choice, especially Jevon Harper & Quinton Thadeus, exude professionalism. They all are knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to every detail. I felt valued and respected by all three of these employees. Whether it was answering my questions with expertise or offering valued recommendations, their professionalism was evident throughout my visit.Every member of the Tire Choice team always go above and beyond to ensure that my car's needs are met with precision and care. Really bad customer service. I contacted the shop to inquiry about mounting and balance services. I was helped by Jim. He pretty much made fun of me saying why I don t get them mounted in the place you bought them from? . I explained that these were purchased separately and I need to get the set mounted. then he stated What makes you think we can? he just laugh at me and hang the phone. Very disappointed after seeing all the good reviews.

Super recommend!!! I went there a couples of weeks ago to change my wheel and to rebalance my car. Raphael was super accommodating and helpful! He explained everything to me and suggested a few other services. They were quick and thorough! I m going back to get two tires replaced and get my oil changed. They are my go to place now.

If I can leave more starts I would!!! I ended up getting a flat tire on the way home from work and needed a patch instantly because I have a long commute to work and it was only Tuesday. I called everywhere and no one was letting me bring in my car because it was close to their closing time. When I called Tire Choice Auto Service (which closes at the same time everywhere else I called) I spoke to Raphael and he told me no worries to come in that we will take care of the tire for you. I came in 45 minutes before they closed and they patched my tire. They really are so helpful and so kind I will be definitely returning and highly suggest anybody needing service to come here!!! Extremely kind, helpful, and considerate!

If you want to get into a shouting match with mechanics because they re trying to screw you over to earn more money on labor work then come hereI came in with a flat tire and they changed the tire and the wheel was completely bent to the right as if I was Turning completely unsafe to drive.I come in to get them to fix this problem they caused. They tried to blame it on something else and said I hit something and that s the reason. (When this isn t true )I came with steering wheel fine and a bad tire needed y to be replaced.Not too mention the extremely rude Jamaican man upfront doing customer service.If you don t value your time and want to be screwed over. For them just to sell you on finding a new issue they created this is the place for you

DO NOT COME HERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. My boyfriend came in for a new tire on his rear left. He had been getting the low pressure signal every time he would fill it up. He told the workers to just replace the tire. He paid and they "serviced" the tire and he went on his way. You think that would be the end of it. WRONG. The next day he was having the same low pressure signal on the SAME tire that was just replaced. Turns out they put the new tire on the wrong side. Terrible job. And when he called and explained the situation the first time a gentleman assured him everything would be fixed and wouldn't have to pay a dime. Although, when he came in it was a completely different story. They said there was nothing they could do and that they could just patch the existing tire when he had already paid for a new one!! DOT NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT UNMINDFUL SERVICE.

Shout out to Alex and Drew for helping solve the problems in my daughter s car. They didn't catch something during general servicing but took care of free of charge and very quickly! Honest Reliable car Service. I highly recommend!

Your front auto mechanic advisor Maria on Hypoluxo Ave. in BOYNTON beach- ( right off Lawrence RD.); store #1952 ( I believe); ,was so friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. I had an appointment for the purchase, and installation of two new front tires. I had picked two Good year tires.. for my Toyota Camry, but they were not the best tire for road conditions in FL Maria helped me select two comparable Good Year tires and explained the tires to me, the mileage life, road hazard coverage, stats the store was very busy on Sunday, 1/7/2024 Maria was calm, friendly, professional, and very organized with the flow of walk-in customers, appointments, and she collaborated with the mechanics in between handling the customer requests. They were working with a small crew and still handled every customer efficiently.. I have been a registered nurse for 26 years and I really appreciated the five star excellent customer service . which is what Maria - your front mechanic desk advisor provided.. Amazing service..thank you..

Best place in town! I called at 5:45pm & Raphael said to come on in and he would be happy to assist me. I got there at 6pm - I had two new tires & was out the door by 6:30pm!

Great experience! I worked with Raphael specifically but Jim and the other technicians were really pleasant as well. Raphael took the time to show me and explain what was wrong with my car and how to get the most out of my warranty in the future. He was kind and helped make things more affordable as well. I would definitely recommend his services!

I went here on a long Memorial Day weekend because my tire shop was closed. Maria, the service writer, took me in without an appointment. Even though they were short staffed, they managed to get the work done quickly. Maria gave me a really good deal on the tires and made some service recommendations for my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to coming back again.

Took my car in today to have a tire patched. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Bill was so friendly and answered all the questions I had . My car was all patched up in a timely manner , even without an appointment. So happy I found a place that doesn't over charge and didn't try to nickel and dime me with other issues. Thank you all so much.

Had a flat tire (screw was in it and then fell out) was able to get it there and was actually expecting to have to buy a new tire. Nope, they got me in asap and patched up my tire. Didn't sit there and try to sell me a new one. They also let me know that I need new brakes (which I knew but kept putting it off because of the prices I kept getting) and an oil change (also knew but haven't yet because of time). Anyways, gave me an excellent quote for both of them. So I asked if I could make an appointment for tomorrow cause I actually have the time. And he told me just to come in and he'll be sure to get me in. I will give another update after the services tomorrow. Today's date:7/13/2023.

I would like to thank Jim & Raphael for always being kind & professional & getting me the best price for service. I've had breaks & rotors replaced, 1st visit (Jim even gave me a ride home because it was going to take a while for parts)& today tire's, aliment & tie rods.Excellent service. I tell all my friends about this place!!

Rafael and Jim have always been good to me. Fair price and prompt service. This is my go to place for everything automotive. My wife works next door and our home 1 1/2 miles away. Always get great and prompt service.
