Called, then drove to the center to have my truck tires top up with nitrogen. The Mgr at the front desk today 3-7-24 was very polite. The technician in the garage explained the whole process as he topped up my tires and they did it all for free !!! Highly recommended!! I will definitely take my cars here for future service.Thanks Tire Choice !!!

Shop is supposed to open at 8. I arrived just before 8 yesterday and the manager did not arrive to open until 8:15. I made an appointment to return this morning at 8:00 for a tire rotation. At 8:12 they were still not open and not answering calls. I took my business one mile down the street to Tire Kingdom where I received immediate and excellent customer service.

Ed was fantastic. He was super polite on the phone and said he could get me in right away. I was greeted with a friendly smile and positive attitude. He took my car in right away and it was finished in only 20 minutes,. Great hospitality and efficiency! I highly recommend!

Do not EVER go to this place. VERY UNHONEST, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! The unprofessional attitude and the fact that they tried to rip me off. They tried to say to replace 1 coil was a thousand dollars. I got another estimate for 500 and the guy called me a liar and tried to charge me $50.00 to get my key back. I called corporate office and it looks as if this is very normal because no one has gotten back to me.

Breanne is A1. Went to a previous mechanic, quoted regular price for 4 new tires + installation. Googled and even checked tire direct, had a price in my head. Came here on weekend, spoke to Breanne, was able to quote me a way better price with installation and alignment. She placed the order in for me since tires weren't in stock, went home and was called by lunch time, tires in. Drove back, tires installed quickly and effeciently. Exceeded my expectations, where you know a place that could order, install your tires same day and it's an affordable price? Thank you.

This place tried to charge 2 and 1/2 times the price I found else where. They refused to match the price, instead called me a liar. Then both employees would not give me the manager name or corporate phone #. Then they tried to charge me 50 buck to get my key back. This place is UNHONEST, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and frankly put they are THIEVES!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. East J&J Auto in Boynton is just down the road, they did twice the work at literally a fraction of the price!

Called ahead and spoke with Angel Fernandez, he was able to get me a same day appointment during the busy labor day weekend. He was professional and personable, but more importantly extremely knowledgeable! Angel went above and beyond to explain the maintenance process, and also helped me understand the best ways to correct some minor issues with the locking mechanisms. 10/10 would recommend coming here and it s all because of the excellent service I received from Angel.

My son got two new front tires. The price was very fair and the service was extremely quick one hour in and out without an appointment. They did not try to upsell him on anything else he did not need, Lawrence was extremely nice and informative and it was overall a great experience for my son.

So on Tuesday 11/9/2021 I had them balance my tires. When I got there I told the front counter rep (girl). To please tell the tech to be careful with the rims, she said don t worry we will. Today 11/11/2021 I was removing the old foam adhesive from the old weights and I notice the damage. I call the location and I suppose that manager said to come down, so I did. When I got there he said to pull to the front of a bay so he can look at it. As soon as he saw the damage he said a rock hit it or I hit a curb. I told him that the there s no way a rock can dig into the metal like that and if I hit a curb that the tire would also get damaged. I told him that the damage was done by the lift post bracket, he said there s no way and refuse to talk to me. If you look at the pictures there s no way a rock could damage the rim like that and it was a curb there would also be damage to the tire. I would like got the owner to contact me before I contact customer service and open a BBB case. The manager needs to learn customer service, very unprofessional.

This place has gone down hill over the last few months. I pay to have nitrogen put in all the tiresEvery time. Had nothing but issues the past two days trying to get them refilled because the tire pressure is low. They just don't seem to care about service anymore.

I visited this store this week because my tire light went on and asked if they can check it. The women told me to bring the car to check the air, they put air in all my tires and told me to drive around and it will go away. I drive around and the light was still on. I went back and told her the light is still on and she told me she is short staffed and couldn t help me to come back the next morning. I decided to go else where and they notified me that I have a nail in my tire. I m really disappointed with this service and I will never be back.

I work at Domino s right next door, and they offered to trade pizza for my oil change, and it honestly made my week. Free oil change, and all I had to do was make them 2 large pizzas and 16 hot wings. Great people here, and great arrangement we have going on. They were thorough with their inspection of my vehicle as well. Done in a timely manner. I will happily be a repeat customer.

I stopped by this Tire Choice after discovering a nail in my brand new Jeep I had purchased the day before. I walked in to find ED who was the manager at the Tire Choice near my home on Hypoluxo. ED saw I was distressed and said I am going to patch it for you free of charge. Not being super knowledgeable about cars, I really value having a place and mechanic that I know I can bring my car to and not only know they are going to do a good job but also trust that they have your best interest at heart and aren t going to take advantage. It is for this reason that whenever I have a problem with my or my wife s car we bring it to Tire Choice. While I could have afforded a tire patch anywhere ED s kind gesture is an example of why we will continue to have our car s serviced at Tire Choice.

Got 3 quotes. 1st from Lawrence at Tire Choice 2 others from local competitive tire shops. Lawrence s quote was more expensive (justifiably so) yet because of professionalism, trustworthiness and sincere care i decided go with him. You can t put a price on genuine care for the customers. If you re reading reviews debating on where to go take this as your sign to trust Tire Choice Auto Center & Lawrence for your auto needs!

This could be the BEST experience I have ever had at any repair shop. I couldn't get an appointment anywhere else in town only to hear abruptly "nothing until Monday" from every other place. I remembered that I had a great experience a couple of years ago at your shop so I called and spoke to Pascal. Not only was he able to get me in but he asked me what was going on and assisted me before I even got there. When I did arrive Pascal greeted me with Ryan and they were both so friendly and professional. After a little while, Steve the mechanic came out and explained everything in detail with me. They were all so honest and all repairs were made quickly. In this day and age it is so refreshing to find genuinely nice people that don't try to rip you off. The customer service they provided was top notch! Everyone here should be recognized by management as they are the best of the best!

Called in last minute for a tire replacement towards the end of the day, and Ryan the assistant manager was a HUGE help! He ended up being able to check out the tire and offer a patch up instead of a whole new tire replacement. These guys are honest, kind, and affordable. They will be my new go-to for any of my tires needs. Thanksguys!!

Outstanding! I had 4 tires with dry rot and Laurence was very, very patient with me and he went over all the different options. He had to get the tires and he worked to get them as soon as possible that day. Will definitely do business there again

What a hot mess of an experience, actual communication and transparency on parts/service would be super helpful. Story to long to tell, but it ended with being told an issue (that should be resolved upon putting on the new tires) could not be resolved and most likely a part likely needed to be replaced. I had enough of the nonsense and went down the street to another provider. They resolved the issue in 10 minutes and no additional parts were needed. An issue that should have been resolved with the purchase and installation of the tires.

Will never come here EVER AGAIN!!! I came here for new tires and they DAMAGED MY CAR! To the point I had to get body work done at a collision shop, they paid for it but once I received my car back from the collision shop which took an entire month, the next day my brand new tire that I purchased from Tires Choice completely burst open on the road and went completely flat. Being that I have a WARRANTY, I called tires choice and said my tire was flat on the side of the road and I will need a replacement, they then proceeded to tell me to take my car (THE CAR THEY DAMAGED & NOW HAS A FLAT TIRE THAT WAS REPLACED BY THEM) to another location because they refuse to work on it.
